雞件雖然唔算太多,但係都算嫩滑,不過重點係個魚肚,好大件,配合佢個醬,非常精彩,絕對想encore,如果食大辣,應該更精彩。

由於佢哋嘅炒工實在出色,我點多個澳門好流行嘅椒鹽粟米,呢個又係食到佢嘅鑊氣。

豬什出名就叫咗個招牌豬什四式大拼盤,有豬肺、豬肚、豬粉腸、豬膶,好大份,而且洗得好乾淨,我個人喜歡豬肚同豬肺,後者好爽,前者夠厚。

上星期去咗朋友介紹位於太子砵蘭街的[寶寶雞煲],之前已book位一行三人6點半鐘準時到達,店員即刻安排入坐,環境唔算好大係典型地道火鍋店嘅格局,食物方面一心原本諗住食雞煲但因當日小小唔舒服喉嚨有啲痛而且食雞煲食唔辣真係冇咁過癮,最後放棄左至愛嘅雞煲就嗌咗一個(時令)瑤柱冬瓜湯底,食物方面叫咗個牛魔王拼盤,椒鹽脆鯇片,爽脆白鱔片,姬松茸, 鮮魚卜,台山桶蠔,魚肚同豬仔生腸頭等,點完食物隔咗一陣先送上湯底,個瑤柱冬瓜湯底表面上平平無奇但落埋姬松茸滾起之後這個湯底係出乎意料之外地香濃,湯底裏面大量的瑤柱同姬松茸出哂味,所以梗係要飲返碗湯先至開始打邊爐la,食物特別推介牛魔王拼盤裏面嘅封門柳配搭牛峰一齊食(係店長教既食法), 封門柳肉味香濃牛峰就煙煙靭靭,兩樣夾埋一齊食,原來係咁夾口感亦幾特別,和牛肉同牛肉粒同樣高質,個魚卜新鮮唔會腥大大件夾抵食, 豬仔生腸頭味道亦唔錯,而且唔係間間舖頭都有得食最緊要係啲內臟清理得乾乾淨淨食得放心,鱔片同佢個名一樣非常爽脆亦好大塊,台山桶蠔滾完一樣大大隻唔會縮水,蠔味比平時啲美國桶蠔更勝一籌更加鮮味,魚肚吸哂湯既精華好食,開胃小食椒鹽脆鯇片都唔係度度有得食,非
