打邊爐從來不分季節,當戶外仍是30幾度,又如何? 因為新鮮食材再配靚湯底,熱辣辣的美食,絕對是一種享受。今日同友人留港消費,來到寶寶雞煲,不過今次唔食雞煲食火鍋,見到有兩個湯底都想揀,分別是新疆蕃茄濃湯底及上等藥材醉雞鍋,但個人喜歡蕃茄便選擇前者,好味。新彊蕃茄配上牛抗腩,未落配料前先飲湯,茄味好濃,一飲就知連茄膏都沒有,所以未落配料前都飲番兩碗湯先,茄香樸鼻,番茄好清甜,正呀!呢款招牌頂級雪花牛頸脊,店長話是來自貴州的牛頸脊,雪花牛油脂分佈平均,肥瘦適中。就咁灼4下咁上下,就食得,入口時肉味堅濃,肉質仲好彈牙,與新疆蕃茄濃湯超夾。汕頭牛筋丸,一啖咬落去是爆汁,牛肉味很濃,那種彈牙的口感,吃得出是手打才能那麽的出色,真是一試就難以自拔。新鮮鵝腸,入口好爽帶膏更添香,好好味。日本黑豚肉,肉質軟滑又有肉味,薄身一口放入口中剛剛好,完全感受到肉質的嫩滑。即叫即炸魚皮,脆到無得彈,就咁食或灼一灼同樣好味。鮮竹笙經過蕃茄濃湯的洗禮,竹笙吸收晒湯底的精華,爽口又帶有番茄的香甜,好正呀!鮮粉腸,灼一灼就食得,粉腸軟滑,超好味。手打蝦滑,食得出是用新鮮海蝦打成的蝦滑,啖啖蝦肉用作打邊爐絕對是一流。打邊
