成日行太古 Aeon 都淨係知最下面有餐廳,原來上面都有。其中一間係3樓,感覺頗低調,可能行過你都未必會留意到。裡面環境幾舒服,主打扒類,提供的套餐選擇選擇都幾豐富。先飲龍蝦湯,味道濃稠,送上熱辣辣的牛油餐包,還帶點脆口,無期望卻有驚喜。巴馬火腿配水牛芝士火箭菜沙律 $108呢個沙律以為開開胃,原來份量都幾大,食極都有,酸醋開胃,亦飽肚。燒紐西蘭羊架配薑味甘筍蓉 $288羊架質素幾好,肉嫩又有羶香味,而且啖啖肉。要試吓薑味甘筍蓉,啖啖薑味配羊架另有一番風味。香煎比目魚配滕椒牛油忌廉汁 $238比目魚魚皮香脆又厚肉,先加少量青檸汁,再試試滕椒牛油忌廉汁,提鮮的效果更佳。

星期六中午辦完年貨後,攰攰地,於是選了Quattro’s Cafe吃午餐。🥣白洋蔥西湯碗湯有好香濃既白洋蔥甜味,足料,用心製作。
🐄西冷牛扒配燒汁我哋叫左medium熟牛扒。牛扒上枱是的確五成熟,外熟內紅分明,食落肉汁豐富。

知道餐廳搬了上3樓後,一直想去吃,正好今天午餐突然很想吃牛排,所以第一時間先想起它,坐下後叫了份西冷middle red,怎知道一上菜就覺得不對勁。剛上完湯,還沒喝3口,牛排就已經上菜,吃第一口略鹹,第二口是正式切進肉塊裡面,發現牛排表面很乾,裡面雖然不是全熟,但一點肉汁也沒有而且是涼的,明顯是預先煎好3,4成熟後就一直放著待上菜。還好蔬菜類伴碟還有一些溫度,不然我直接反台,收我$174蚊卻給連鎖店的質素食品,因回到公司後發現我口裡一直有梳打粉的副作用,這是真的不能接受。基於不浪費原則,我全吃掉了,但如沒有改善的話就不會再來吃

干邑龍蝦湯龍蝦味非常濃郁,口感好厚身,龍蝦肉非常之多,飲落去唔會特別咸,非常開胃。蟹肉菠菜忌廉湯蟹肉意外地多,甚至有成條蟹腳肉。本身以為菠菜湯唔會好濃郁,味道偏鹹,但菠菜味都好出,意外地非常之夾!白酒忌廉煮藍青口藍青口作為appetizer黎講,份量好多,亦都冇淨低個殼嘅情況,白酒忌廉煮得好濃郁,朋友甚至仲當佢湯咁飲都得🤣上面三塊蒜蓉包整得好脆口,但又唔會油。

心太軟這甜品,我哋兩個都好鍾意食😆,見到餐牌有,豈能放過!朱古力蛋糕加上流心朱古力漿,蛋糕外邊微脆,內裡軟綿再配上雲呢拿雪糕、鮮菠蘿及蜜瓜,實在令我哋非常滿足💓。

🌹Rose Garden
☕️Double Espresso
「玫瑰園」很美麗的名字,茶身色澤如紅寶石,好靚💓,裡面有玫瑰花🌹、Currant、芒果乾及粟米花,可自己加入蜂蜜,味道酸酸甜甜,十分解膩。朋友則點了她喜歡的Espresso咖啡,味道香濃。


颱風前的這頓晚餐十分滿意。
