烚大蝦伴紅菜頭油醋汁,鳳尾蝦彈牙有蝦味,再點餐廳自家製既紅菜頭油醋汁,比起一般既油醋汁多咗紅菜頭既味道亦都減輕咗醋既酸味,食落清新好食。

香煎鵝肝伴焦糖無花果,鵝肝煎香之後放上焦糖無花果上面,鵝肝外脆內嫩,油膩豐富;焦糖無花果就添了一種焦糖既香氣,配合鵝肝正好起到解膩既作用。

🔆 慢燒走地雞

走地雞🐓先用上日本啤酒🍻醃製20小時,之後先拎去慢燒🔥,最後用返燒出嚟既雞汁再加rosemary同蒜片煮返個汁淋上雞上面。食落雞肉嫩滑,即使係雞胸位置都充滿肉汁,再加上煮過既雞汁,雞味濃郁,而墊底既蔬菜🥬吸收咗肉汁都變得十分好味。

豬扒係厚切既,面層再放上巴馬臣芝士、麵包糠、牛油鋪面焗出脆面。豬扒雖然厚切,但煮得剛好,切開仍有嫩滑肉汁,唔會乾爭爭。上面既巴馬臣芝士、麵包糠、牛油令到嫩滑既豬扒多一個脆脆鹹香既口感。

這間位於大尾篤的餐廳,晚市主打fine dining,而且價錢比尖沙咀的平一大截,質素卻不俗,由5星酒店師傅主理,質素絕對可以媲美酒店。蘇格蘭煙三文魚蟹肉卷配柚子汁&烚大蝦伴紅菜頭油醋汁煙三文魚包裹著蟹肉,鮮味十足;大蝦新鮮彈牙,加上紅菜頭汁甜香味,另有3年的Parma ham,咸香味又帶肉香,沙律菜新鮮爽脆,帶點柚子汁酸甜味,十分開胃。蘑菇、椰菜花大蘇蒜薯蓉湯表面淋上了黑松露油,所以入口充滿松露香味,而且有蘑菇香,加上打得幼滑且濃郁。蔥油薄脆餅同香脆蒜蓉多士薄脆香口,多士香脆好味。秘製慢燒走地鮮雞用了本地黃油走地雞,加啤酒醃製24小時,再加入rosemary、蒜等香料調味,皮下脂肪不多,但有雞油香,而且肉質嫩滑多汁。香煎澳洲鱸魚配紅菜頭汁鱸魚煎至表皮香脆,加上牛油蒜蓉及百里香等焗至魚肉剛熟,再淋上紅菜頭汁,有魚肉甘香且有彈性。最後食返個熱情果&朱古力蛋糕作結,十分豐富的一餐。

可樂本身沒有放在雪櫃,冰底看着也像快溶的那種,豈料喝起來卻是不錯的冰冷度,可樂也並非保存不佳,而且使用可樂杯了,加分。

二人享用,人均💰468hkd。

❤️‍🔥當天只有我們一桌客人,整個用餐都受到店員的熱情款待,過程十分輕鬆愉快。

原來大埔大尾篤有不少前舖後居餐廳,改天再逐一試試。
