高質銅鑼灣火鍋收工想食餐好於是揀左亞古鍋一坐底就有餐廳職員遞上調味料混落豉油,調味料新鮮,其中有個醬內有蝦乾,幾出色叫左招牌亞古鍋湯底,有幾舊花膠同螺頭肉仲有其他藥材店,滾左職員第一時間盛起半碗叫我地飲,幾好飲而且花膠有得咬幾正!配料有騙牯三寶(牛三個部位),食落口真係勁有牛味好新鮮好好食,外面未食過!好回味但價錢係有點貴,不過黎到應該試下,另外仲叫左廣島蠔,濟州豬,四合丸,豚肉韮菜餃同一份生菜,樣樣都好新鮮好食,值得黎一試。餐廳環境幾好feel,而且有孤形卡位方面同朋友傾計,仲有大螢幕電視睇世界盃。職員服務好周到,特別會幫忙隔走湯底啡色渣,呢點好貼心!有機會一定會再去食

夏天一到照樣擋不了我的火鍋癮,今日呢間位於銅鑼灣開業不夠3個月,裝潢走高格調路線先點了招牌亞古鍋,入面有花膠、螺頭、碎瑤柱及藥材,仲用豬骨及老雞餚製多個小時,入口充滿濃濃膠質又夠哂濃郁鮮味騸牯三寶分別係牛頸脊、邊抓及腩包,色澤嫩紅牛脂分佈都幾平均,牛頸脊充滿牛味有咬口,而邊抓及腩包就較嫩腍帶牛脂香味蒙古涮羊片都不錯,入口都嫩仲有少少羊羶味,但唔會好重好抗拒廣島蠔好新鮮,食落鮮甜蠔味都好出白膳片同樣新鮮,焯一陣已經食得,入口帶少少爽口,配埋湯底食更鮮另外仲有四合丸及皇帝菜整體好高質,而且餐廳都好大,仲有一個吧檯位置,行出少少原來係室外露天,可坐係出面飲下酒

端午節同老公兩人撐枱腳, 來到位於銅鑼灣金朝陽中心的亞古鍋打邊爐, 來這間食是因為聽朋友講過話它的打邊爐好正, 今日過節, 兩個人都唔知食咩好, 一於來打邊爐!

一入到店鋪內就被一種好香濃的湯味吸引, 侍應話是他們的招牌湯底(響螺花膠湯底)散發出來的湯香, 於是我們都叫了一個響螺花膠湯底, 當個湯底摆在我們面前時, 聞到好香好濃郁的鮮甜味, 待個湯底滾起, 侍應就將已剪成小塊的厚身花膠放入湯中, 再滾多一陣, 我們已急不可待的各自舀了一碗湯來飲, 個湯實在太香太吸引, 湯煲得好溶, 黃黃地色的湯底, 撈一撈見到裡面有花膠, 響螺, 仲有大量的蟲草花, 仲有金筍, 淮山, 個湯好鮮甜, 有響螺的鮮, 仲有淮山及金筍的甜, 每人飲了一碗都覺得唔夠喉, 個湯底實在是非常好味, 我們仲想添飲, 侍應哥哥都好好人, 見到我們仲未開始食嘢, 個煲湯已被我們飲了一半, 於是又幫我們添加湯底, 我們對呢個湯底是讚不絕口, 咁溶咁好味的響螺花膠老火湯底打邊爐, 我們都是第一次食, 淨係個湯底我們都要先俾個讚!

打邊爐的食材全部都係非常的新鮮, 我們order了牛三寶, 韮菜餃, 手打豬肉丸, 等等, 全部都是新鮮製造, D牛肉是手工切, 片片都切得均勻而且厚薄適中, 牛三寶樣樣都好食, 而我最鍾意食牛頸脊, 爽口得來又有牛香, 食完口有余甘, 回味無窮, 好味道! 手打豬肉丸都相當唔錯, 新鮮彈牙, 仲有濟洲豬肉片, 肥瘦相間, 淥熟之後在口中咀嚼, 越嚼越有豬肉香. 就連的青菜放入湯中煮了都覺得零舍好食, 朋友真的無介紹錯, 這間的打邊爐無論是湯底或是食材, 絕對令你讚不絕口, 正!

隨即店員係我地面前將鮮花膠剪好放入湯底裡,大廚先用上湯煮花膠至軟腍入味,我地只需要放入火鍋湯底輕涮一陣便可。經店員介紹,知道原來是用了20-22頭的南非花膠筒,再放入老雞、火腿、雞腳熬足六、七個小時,湯呈現奶白色,我地二話不說地連飲了兩大碗湯,好入味,好香濃,膠質好豐富。
 
除左湯底外,知道呢度D牛都好出名,最出名係騸牯牛,睇番資料,原來騸牯牛通常一歲左右就被閹,會養到六至八歲先被劏,肉質比較細緻,油花多,口感嫩滑又有牛味。不過因為我同朋友都唔食牛,所以無得試。
