天氣開始轉涼,朋友已經話想食雞煲,呢間店比我想像中大,枱與枱之間有啲距離唔會太迫!! 出面有個打卡位幾靚架!! 主角雞煲上枱啦,上枱嘅時候只有六七成熟,確保唔會過熟令啲雞肉鞋晒,開火再炒一陣就食得,叫咗半隻小辣$168,有大量蔥芫荽一齊炒所以幾香幾惹味,感覺都幾多雞腿肉,幾滑而且多肉食!! 食完雞肉就叫店員加湯打邊爐,叫咗頂級雪花肥牛、牛柏葉、響鈴同埋油麥菜,肥牛肉質唔錯有牛味,牛柏葉非常爽口但滾得太來就會鞋要留意時間,響鈴自家製有紫菜喺入面,整體食物質素唔錯!! 飲品叫咗水蜜桃梳打同烏梅汁,兩杯大大杯但都幾甜,食完雞啲冰融晒嘅時候飲就啱啱好喇!!

同班打開機既公會朋友夜晚收工8點倒去聚會,介紹呢間新店攞個就腳既香港中間點深水埗,開頭少少驚,但原來唔近深水埗警處,安心晒,食到收鋪。每人叫左個$298海鮮餐,黎到賣相同份量都以為唔係1日份量,正常你係普通食量係食唔晒,但係質量真心高,全部都係新鮮高級料安格斯牛、黑毛豬、龍蝦、蟹、帶子、鮑魚、聖子已經值回票價,仲跟埋日本烏冬、手打丸、冬菇、菜籃。另外,店員介紹左個椰子雞煲俾我地叫埋都幾抵食,啖湯好似阿媽煲老火咁一定要試。另外,值得一提個炸響鈴係即炸裡面有芝士可以就咁食,放落個雞湯浸一下仲正,食完同班朋友打機打到收鋪店員都無炸型,老闆走黎吹水問我地意見,話近排社會環境唔好當賣大包,希望做好個口埤,蝕住做遲D先賺番,叫我地班機友介紹俾班團友,趁新張仲賣緊大包可能會再同第二班朋友試埋其他雞煲睇隔離枱都多人食想試下。

朋友喜歡吃丸之類,我就點了手工四寶丸給她。四寶丸分別是蝦丸,墨魚丸,黑墨丸及鯪魚丸。鯪魚丸很重魚味,裡面有一點點蔥,不腥,入口柔軟。另外三款丸很彈牙,黑墨丸外型特別,黑媽媽的,裏面夾著一些白的墨丸。四款丸都很鮮味,各有自己的味道,朋友好like。
