剛剛昨天食完呢餐晚飯,簡直不知所謂,師傅全程黑面,D野食又冇秩序咁出,在我地面前同D同事嘈交。講真,食鐵板燒坐吧枱當然想廚師同客人有交流但呢間餐廳全程冇對話,全程對住個師傅黑面我哋食到都唔開心因為佢一路煮一路鬧啲食物又冇程序禁出。又熱食,又凍食。一定唔會再次幫襯,因為除咗師傅態度環境又非常狹窄洗手間又污糟,見到把枱面放碟度有蜘蛛網非常之恐怖。我覺得根本呢間係吹出嚟如果有人食個話好味的話。自己本人覺得非常之假。嚴重中伏

趁著佢套餐做緊半價優惠,計落都幾抵食。呢間餐廳位於佐敦,住九龍區就比較就腳。門口真係好有日本居酒屋feel,入面環境都有啲深夜食堂嘅feel,夜晚去氛圍更加好。我同朋友都係揀咗:A5和牛北海道原隻粒貝套餐 整個set嘅設計都俾人感覺幾好,食得幾舒服。服務都幾親切,套餐內容設計都唔錯,分量安排都係啱啱好,唔會太飽。覺得最好味當然係A5和牛,和牛係薄燒,配上水蜜桃爆珠,好新穎特別。火候控制得岩岩好,牛肉滑嫩,牛味香濃,煎鵝肝都唔遜色於主菜,口感綿滑香濃。配上生果好解膩。其他菜式都幾好,就不一一評價了。防疫方面都做得幾好,有消毒酒精和口罩套提供。令人都食得幾放心。

先分享一段小插曲,一個月前喺openrice訂枱,註明為朋友慶祝生日,竟然當日到達食店前廿分鐘收到食店職員電話,話因為太好生意,賣淨鮑魚餐,問我介唔介意,如果介意可以取消booking,但我臨時臨急諗唔到同朋友改去邊度食生日飯,唯有照去。所以如果真係想食某個餐,訂枱時註明會安全啲。鮑魚餐原價$680,午市優惠半價$340連原價加一$68,即係每位$408,都抵食。青檸花旗參茶,味道幾特別,感覺清新。沙律冇特別,合格。刺身解凍程度剛好,新鮮個人覺得西京醬太鹹,銀雪魚鹹咗少少。鮑魚釀入去骨雞翼再用牛肉卷起,三樣食材煮熟嘅時間需時唔同,但有處理得好好,有心思,好味芝心和牛漢堡扒,好味,但食咗一件已經飽。蟹膏炒飯好味過鵝肝炒飯焗什菌好香牛油味,飽都要食。好彩個湯唔係好鹹,花膠蜆湯係搵唔到花膠甜品係雪糕泡芙結論,$408一客鐵板燒係好抵又好食,一人食一客可以飽到夜晚,可以再去。

The layout is a traditional Japanese restaurant setting inside. The three of us enjoyed a wonderful evening there last week. I had the A5 Wagyu & Foie Gras set. It was a very generous meal of a mix of quality seafood, as well as wagyu beef and fried rice & soup. The chef there were very accommodating as to special request of the food served. Every piece of food I was served was quite fantastic and I couldn’t even decide what I liked the most. The A5 Japanese beef was so juicy and tender, it just melts in my mouth.

Teppanyaki highlight items – A5 beef, Foie Gras, Crab Roe Fried Rice and the soup was quite interesting also.

Wonderful to watch the food being cooked right in front of you. A fair price, given the quality of the food and service.
