物"非"所值 - It's good, but not great, and with no pleasant surprises... and food was a bit on the salty side.Can definitely find something of similar quality at a much more reasonable price.Wine list can be more extensive & impressive.

接著甜品餐車推出來,我們選了St. Honore 和 Tiramisu。

先試了Tiramisu, 是濕底帶酒味,輕盈得一下子就吃完了。

再試St. Honore,非常好味,外脆內軟,咬開酥皮和奶油混在一起在嘴裡融化。令我們這麼飽都想立即Encore, 可惜胃納不爭氣。

餐廳人多時其實頗嘈吵;我們坐至人客都差不多走光了,又四處留影后,才慢慢離開寧靜的餐館,熱鬧過后,氣氛其實也挺浪漫的。

這裡的服務也很專業,也不會太貼身。

期待下次再來Sabatini過一個如此美好的時光。

Antipasti有兩樣可選,是日餐湯同自助頭盤二揀一,我倆同樣要自助頭盤,但同Sunday Brunch的不一樣,後者較多花款之外,兼且無限任吃,如果在平日午餐上的自助頭盤,沒有一些冷凍海鮮之外,亦只能夠去拿一次.說得明白一點,即是昔日Pizza Hut的自助沙律吧的玩法.雖然不及周日的多花款,但一樣不少選擇.有沙律,Parma Ham,芝士等等.身處在高級酒店的西餐廳,自然要顧及禮儀,斷不會好像學生時代,同朋友仔在Pizza Hut的沙律吧面前,來個沙律鬥高比賽?

每樣也拿一點,有青紅椒,風乾火腿,水牛芝士,蛋卷,番茄乾,雜菌,雅支竹等等,份量恰好,吃得十分開胃.個人吃Parma Ham,不一定要連哈蜜瓜吃,皆因我不大喜歡哈蜜瓜.

Pasta有七款可選,小弟要個Spaghetti,內容是Calamari,Prawns,Black Olives,Capers and Tomato sauce.用料新鮮,蝦肉爽甜有鮮味,墨魚肉同樣地彈牙,意粉同酸甜有度茄汁相襯,每一條也咬落感到Al dente.E小姐的是自家製的意大利雲吞,雲吞內釀著水牛芝士同蛋,配上香草番茄汁.我很喜愛Ravioli的外皮,吃落很煙齦,帶點麵香.E小姐更說是吃過的最好Ravioli之一.

吃罷Pasta,便到Secondi Piatti,同樣有七款選擇,雞,羊扒,燒三文魚扒太過普通,魚湯一早比法國的海龍皇寵壞.黑鱈魚又沒有大興趣,剩下兩味,是焗羊膝同Beef short ribs.就是我倆的選擇.E小姐說,早前某飲食雜誌,曾經介紹過Sabatini的羊膝,但不知是午市抑或晚市.

深信高級餐廳午市同晚市水準,不會相差太遠.而焗羊膝是用慢焗數小時的做法,由早焗到中午.所以肉質特別軟稔,肥膏位極為豐香,羊肉帶有羊肉應有的騷味.這是最可喜的事情,最後用手拿住羊骨頭,啜得津津有味.羊膝下的薯茸,香滑可口.而小弟的Beef short ribs in mushroom sauce,Short ribs的肉質較為軟熟,這道菜不是用燒的做法,又是用慢煮做法,質感軟稔到沒有牙也能入口.肉味濃郁.很夾伴碟的惹味磨菇汁,同樣地,薯茸又是好吃.E小吃顧著吃羊膝,薯茸再吃不下,於是小弟一個人,吃兩份薯茸.

主菜之後,稍為緩衝一下,接下來還有甜品作結尾,午市serve甜品是流動推車仔形式,同酒樓的點心車原理一樣.相信如果班甜魔成員來到,一定將部車洗劫一空,同頭盤一樣,只能有take one,一人一件,沒多沒少.年前吃過的Tiramisu很有水準,今次故劍重逢,口感帶點濕潤,有朱古力的苦之外,不經意散發出一陣酒香.E小姐要"聖安娜",我沒有吃過,還打趣說是否聖安娜餅店的出品?

兩個多小時的午餐,在餐廳本身的高雅氣氛之下(係有點點嘈),我倆吃得逍遙自在,無論頭盤,意粉,主菜同甜品也很出色.一頓豐盛的午飯,實在是平日忙碌生活的一大緩衝.

呢個好離譜, 成舊都只係有少少酒味嘅Cream, 底層夾咗少少吉士Cream同幾片生果, 上面酒D杏片….
無特色, 感覺好求其, 搵笨咁, 食Cream 唔使係度食啦

這個lamp chop個人認為非常有水準, 首先是羊味丰富但不會過分"蘇", 而且外層煎得香口而肉質仍juicy, 加上mustard吃很是滿足... 發現我這個本來不吃羊的人越來越喜歡這種肉類呢
duck liver
這個更精彩! 外層香脆, 內裡的liver口感仍在, 配上black truffle sauce, 簡直天衣無縫! 現在想起也令人回味~~切下去有油流出來, 很香, 即使個人獨吞兩塊也不會覺得太漏~
這兩款主菜絕對為是次buffet加了不少分~的確令人很是滿意

~~~甜品環節~~~
上次吃雅苑座時已覺得, 雖然有樓下的fine foods, 但帝苑的buffet的甜品環節始終是不夠完美
tiramisu是好吃的, 也有一粒粒的朱古力值得吃, 可是就是沒有拿破倫呀!
cheesecake的餅底也做得不夠好
Panna cotta倒是不錯的
吃了很多水果 (berries是值得吃的!又新鮮又可以回本哈哈) 去為這一餐畫上句號, 同等價錢, frankly我認為還有其他更好的選擇, 但很高興可以有人與我分享美食, 分享美酒, 還有其他一切的事情... 所以...至少還有你^^

这家餐馆所在的酒店不是最好的,但这家意大利餐馆在香港却可谓数一数二。环境很有欧式情调,幽静典雅。服务也很周到,侍应会主动给你解释各类意式粉面的特色。中午有商务套餐,选项不少,可因人制宜。头盘是沙拉吧或例汤,较一般。粉面要了海鲜意粉,海鲜细细粒有滋味,意粉稍嫌硬但有精神。主餐要了烤羊扒,做得精致而美味。甜点要了巧克力蛋糕和提拉米苏,质量都属上乘。香港这一类高级西餐厅,去之前最好预订,不一定是座位不足,而是这个档次进餐的习俗。

In the past, it cost $500 (after 10% discount) for two but now it cost $570 (after 15% discount with special offer from memberhsip card). However, there were more ppl than before. There was no bell pepper but had brocolli with some salty fish. yummy.


Melon and parma ham were really very tasty
. i had squid and shirmp spagehtti with toamto sauce as main course. The shrimp was smaller than before but they were very fresh. My friend had lamb chop. There were three pieces. very juicy.

For dessert, I had a piece of signature cake, very delicious. My friend had napoloen. There were many sweet strawberry inside between the smooth custard and crispy crust. very delicious.


A cup of good coffee ended my delcious lunch on weekend.

星期六兩人去左食午餐, 個價錢都唔係平, 不過都有成9成人客捧場,果然受歡迎!1. 首先食麵包2. Appetizer都有好多choice, 當然以巴拿馬火腿同哈蜜瓜啦, 真的是很甜, 口感很豐富, 平時食到既, 真係無得fight呀...個火腿呢, 就咁食就太咸,3.主菜分別叫左Beef 同羊架 - 個牛肉質好軟屬好似牛腩;而羊架都好味肉還是頗嫩4. 甜品己不大吃得下,我要了我至愛的Tiramisu, 因這處是最出名5.coffee time環境裝修得很歐式的, 牆上掛了酒晝、有一排酒櫃、牆上又有一些碟、吊燈, 感覺很舒服。整個自助餐過程都吃得很開心的, refill又夠快, 唔駛怕食唔到某些食物!! sunday brunch有很多海鮮有龍蝦, 生蠔, 長腳蟹腳, 大蝦拼盤,全都super 新鮮parma ham加哈蜜瓜是必食的. 最鐘意就係甜品 tiramisu is my favourite, 太美味啦! 又滑, 咖啡味濃, 洒味夠! BRAVO!!!

岩岩o係上一個禮拜去左Sabatini食brunch!個價錢都唔係平, 不過都有成9成人客捧場,果然受歡迎!我地坐低左之後,侍應就問我地飲果汁定sparkling wine, 當然飲wine 啦!雖然d麵包唔係咁熱, 但係都幾鬆軟!食完麵包就梗係食頭盤啦, 不過出到去已經見到人山人海排食海鮮反而大大碟既parma ham就無咩人理,其實平時叫一碟都要成$268 啦, 食2碟已經回本啦!!其他既頭盤都係一d傳統既意大利前菜, 味道都唔錯!食完龍蝦,海鮮頭盤,已經7成飽......有個經理仲走黎問我地試唔試即煮意粉, 既然黎到,不妨一試啦! 試左白汁海膽意粉,個汁都幾creamy, d意粉都al dente, 唔錯!食完意粉已經8成飽,都無咩位可以食到主菜.....最後都點左焗羊架同海鮮意粉....個羊架就有d overcook, 差少少..... 海鮮意粉就唔錯,用料新鮮!食完都無肚再飲酒同食甜品........hea到2點先走!!!!下次可以再黎既!

我地坐低左之後,侍應就問我地飲果汁定sparkling wine, 當然飲wine 啦!

雖然d麵包唔係咁熱, 但係都幾鬆軟!

食完麵包就梗係食頭盤啦, 不過出到去已經見到人山人海排食海鮮

反而大大碟既parma ham就無咩人理,其實平時叫一碟都要成$268 啦, 食2碟已經回本啦!!

其他既頭盤都係一d傳統既意大利前菜, 味道都唔錯!

食完龍蝦,海鮮頭盤,已經7成飽......有個經理仲走黎問我地試唔試即煮意粉, 既然黎到,不妨一試啦! 試左白汁海膽意粉,個汁都幾creamy, d意粉都al dente, 唔錯!

食完意粉已經8成飽,都無咩位可以食到主菜.....最後都點左焗羊架同海鮮意粉....個羊架就有d overcook, 差少少.....
海鮮意粉就唔錯,用料新鮮!

食完都無肚再飲酒同食甜品........hea到2點先走!!!!

下次可以再黎既!

今次頭盤剩係食Ham+Melon,勁食!勁夾勁好味~!pasta試o下daily special的茄子大蝦蕃茄汁意粉,好正!蕃茄汁味道剛好,甜味和酸味都恰到好處,意粉質感也一流~甜品是推車的,感覺好grand!不過食到呢度已經好飽…Vanilla Pudding有好香杏仁味,我覺得似Almond Pudding多d…好味~最後以一杯Latte作完結。捧住個肚行出去…P.S. 帝苑酒店外觀麻麻但原來入面裝修得好靚

某日大車車同花倫同學and mii一齊去食"爸爸天li"的buffet, 我第一次食ja..其實我都無咩expectation的, 因為我知道自己本身唔係特別中意食依個type的食物, 就算佢煮得幾好食, 我都無咩feel.果然, 不出我所料, 我真係無咩feel, 除0左對狗骨面包同個st honour之外!appetizer都有好多choice, 當然以巴拿馬火腿同蜜瓜啦, 真的是很甜, 口感很豐富的蜜瓜, 平時食到既, 真係無得fight呀...個火腿呢, 就咁食就太咸, 一定要捲住蜜瓜食先得~ 花倫同學食0左好多件...多到..我都唔知佢食0左幾多....羊架 - medium 真係做到medium的effect, 一切開, 真係有d d 血滲出來的, 羊肉有微腥, ok...只係不對我的preference而已~

果然, 不出我所料, 我真係無咩feel, 除0左對狗骨面包同個st honour之外!

心儀已久,若非小師姐吹雞,恐怕仍難以為事。就在這個天雨矇矇的假日早上來個豪brunch。等齊人之間先看見麵包和招牌香檳,在這暗暗而恬靜的環境,未吃其他都已經在享受著那華麗的悠閒的感覺了。Parma ham是其中一款最讚的頭盤,添完了又添,確是百吃不厭。其他頭盤,番茄配mozzarella、瀨尿蝦和沙律等都不俗,其餘的賣相也很有歐洲的地度感覺,其餘的只能說是不太合大家的口味。當然還有原隻開邊的龍蝦,肉地算豐富,而且十分新鮮,還是無限量供應的。到主食了。任選的燒烤食物和意粉通粉都中規中距,其實並不算是差的,只是給後來的主菜比下去了。鵝肝和豬柳都令人印象異常深刻,縱使只是配菜的薯和菜都處理得相當好,實在無話可說。最最最最讚的還是那再後點的海鮮意粉,海鮮配料與意粉的比例達到五五之比,各款海鮮沒有一種是配角,全都是新鮮貨色,誰也搶不了誰的風頭,醬汁也非常出色,如果有空(肚子)的話,實在應該多叫一碟啊。時間關係小弟未有機會試甜品便要走了,有點可惜,但已經可以捧著肚子走了。整體而言最可口的都是點的,可惜沒有一個詳細的menu,由始至終也不知道其實有多少食物在檯上看不見而有供應,幸好各人都做了些功課,

功課,問了幾次才問得齊,結果除了服務,差一點就取得滿分了。

有份吃的師兄竟指責咱們這餐窮奢極侈。事實上既然是吃得值的,可
算不上是奢侈,就當間中獎勵一下自己好了?況且這比吃a la carte
menu化算多了,最多夜晚食平尐食少尐囉。
