自從第一次試過這裡的semi buffet 之後, 每季都來一次, 近來更是每月一次的約會添. 今次試咗另一主菜, 係devil baby chicken...何謂devil 就不得而知, 但春雞皮燒得剛剛好, 有少少炭香味, 又不失雞的嫰滑, 至於調味, 只係略加了少少海鹽, 已把雞的鮮味帶咗出嚟. 真係唔錯.今次, 又試咗個新甜品, 係長方形的朱古力蛋糕. 上面有一片朱古力, 中間係朱古力mousse, 最下面係拿破崙, 朱古力mousse 好似金莎味, 好rich, 又軟滑, 底部的拿破崙香脆, 新鮮 不過而家又加咗價, 成$308/位, 雖然獅仔頭白金咭有15% off, 但折咗都成$300, 都幾豪!

忍不住點了一客長通粉,份量只是平常的三份一,配濃郁的茄醬,味道不錯,不過廚師沒有把煮麵的水隔乾就下鍋,變得有點濕。

意式生魚片麵包還是第一次吃,烤香了的小麵包上,放了鮭魚二件、立魚一件、紅椒及洋蔥。忘了放醬汁便拿回來了,吃來不是太特別,可能加了醬汁的風味會有所不同。

主菜我們要了鵝肝及羊架分享,很巨大的兩片鵝肝,煎得焦香,入口化成濃厚的鵝油,令人充滿罪惡感。不過比較之下,好像是在 Le Mieux Bistro 吃的鴨肝好一點,沒有鵝肝那麼膩。

羊架比平時吃的大,但反而烤得不及平日的香。可幸羊肉還是頗嫩,若是再生一些更佳。

甜品己不大吃得下,切了些我至愛的藍起司就算。

最後來杯咖啡,來個完滿句號。

女友兩年前係SABATINI一試後,一直念念不忘所以今次籍著三週年紀念日同佢去重溫美夢第一次食佢既自助午餐就俾佢既「頭盤」嚇親~所謂既「頭盤」其實足以以「美輪美奐」去形容火腿、龍蝦、沙律等都已值回票價仲有即燒既意大利腸、三文魚扒以及即煮既意大利粉「頭盤」都食左差不多兩個鐘~主菜點左鴨肝、羊架賣相不是最好,但味道同質感就真係前所不試咁正~唔係食慣好野既人,鵝肝同鴨肝就真係唔識分但個口感就應該分別不大係可以叉住既同時又入口即溶、外脆內軟十萬九千七個正!!!相反羊架就平淡D唔係唔好食,只係高潮過後既平淡而己甜品有不少選擇,當中以tiramisu較好~跟餐有紅酒,不過我都唔識分好OR不好...奇遇:隔離枱有位好特別既「梁生」(全場待應及經理都係咁叫佢)一個人一張枱(過左頭盤位右手第一張)好似個個WK 黎食咁著住AC米蘭波衫一路食一路睇「飲食男女」一道以為佢係老闆之一...但最後要俾錢...所以應該唔係...其他食家可以留意下有冇個咁特別既「梁生」睇場~哈哈~

賣相不是最好,但味道同質感就真係前所不試咁正~
唔係食慣好野既人,鵝肝同鴨肝就真係唔識分
但個口感就應該分別不大
係可以叉住既同時又入口即溶、外脆內軟
十萬九千七個正!!!
相反羊架就平淡D
唔係唔好食,只係高潮過後既平淡而己

甜品有不少選擇,當中以tiramisu較好~
跟餐有紅酒,不過我都唔識分好OR不好...
奇遇:
隔離枱有位好特別既「梁生」(全場待應及經理都係咁叫佢)
一個人一張枱(過左頭盤位右手第一張)
好似個個WK 黎食咁
著住AC米蘭波衫一路食一路睇「飲食男女」
一道以為佢係老闆之一...但最後要俾錢...所以應該唔係...

雖然明知會好飽, 但都要了4 Courses:

1) 麵包:

非常好味, 最喜歡就係個sun-dried tomato facaccia, 好有香草味, 又夠軟熟.

3) Antipasti:

係自助的, 非常多野食, 有成差唔多20款, 款款精緻.

Risotto with Prawns and Zucchini - 個飯非常鮮味, 聽大廚Luca講個湯底係用幾款特別的魚熬製的, 唔怪得咁鮮濃. 飯亦粒粒飽滿, 夠哂Al dente, 總之就超好食! 最驚喜係食食下Luca無啦啦走出來放左舊野嚮我個飯上面係咁磨, 我起初以為係芝士啦, 原來係白松露來的 (哥陣正值White Truffle當造期), Luca話係佢送的Compliment, 我咁大個女第一次食白松露咋, 開心到爆呀!


5) Main Course:

Grilled Lamb Chops with Potato Gratin and Garden Salad: 個Lamb Chop要了Meidum Rare, 出來係Medium, 好彩仍非常膻嫩!!

6) Dessert:

今次係萬中無一自己食飯都會叫甜品, 係好唔正常, 亦無法理解. 要左Chocolate Cake, 好滑好香濃, 不過當然無可能食哂.

7) Coffee: 香濃幼滑

呢次嚮Sabatini的經歷, 可以話係一個非常美好的回憶.

3. 大蝦 -> 比白蝦仔的SIZE 大一些, 當然不是白蝦仔的質素, 蝦肉很爽, 新鮮!
4. 瀨尿蝦 -> 幫你除埋 D 殼, 加了一些調味, 吃起來不會乾爭爭的, 很好吃!
5. 台上的面包條 -> 非常好吃呀! 外脆內軟!
6. COLD CUT -> 計埋 PARMA HAM, 一共有4款腸腸。唔駛講PARMA HAM 真係一流, 仲要係即切!! 食左好多!正呀!! 相對於PARMA HAM, 其他腸腸當然比下去啦, 當然試試都冇壞, 因為三款都OK!
7. Salad -> 都不錯!!
8. main dish -> 我要了 duck liver, 男友要了 羊架! 兩樣賣相很好, duck liver油左d, 但都ok 既.... 羊架都ok 好食, 當然沒有buffet 台上的食物好吃~! 俾分的話, 我會俾 7分 out of 10分~
9. bbq items -> 試了魷魚、大蝦~~ 魷魚好食, 不會有根!
10. pasta -> 點了兩種意粉, 一是茄汁整的、另一款是白汁, 本人較喜歡茄汁那款, 可能白汁很滯......
11. dessert + fruit -> 生果實在太正!! 有我至愛既 "雜莓系列" , 有blueberries, 紅莓、strawberries! 我拎了很多很多很多的藍莓, 實在非常滿足!!!!!!
至於dessert, 帝苑的signature dessert, i.e. Blueberry Cheesecake & Tiramisu 一定要試!! 很有水準! 其他都不錯, 樣樣試了一些, 因為太飽, 已盡了力~~ 冇法, 因為樣樣dessert 都好值得試!!
12. beverages -> 餐飲包了cappucinno, sparkling wine & red wine, 我每樣都試了!! 先說cappucinno, 賣相不但討好, 味道很不錯! 一喝就知不是 cheap 咖啡豆。spakling wine 很易入口, 飲了兩杯only~~ red wine 也喝了半杯, 本人不太喜歡飲red wine, 當試試算了。
13. 環境 -> 地方雖少, 但氣氛很好, 身邊都是中產人士, 有家族飯聚、有朋友聚舊, 感覺不錯! 你要知道, 食野的環境好之外, 食野既人都是另一種影響因素。
環境裝修得很歐式的, 牆上掛了酒晝、身後有一排酒櫃、牆上又有一些碟、吊燈, 感覺很舒服。整個自助餐過程都吃得很開心的, refill又夠快, 唔駛怕食唔到某些食物!! GOOD!

Main course後就係大家等左好耐的時候. Waiters推左一架dessert車過黎, 俾我地望住黎揀. 我地揀左幾款唔同的desserts share黎食. 每一件都好好味, 真係好想成架車都試哂為止. 不過去到呢一刻大家都太飽啦, finish 唔哂d甜品.

最後的係coffee time, o係一個咁好的環境食business lunch, 我覺得好幸福, 希望下次黎係同阿細一齊, 試下佢地weekend的lunch buffet先.

I am quite particular when it comes to food, especially Italian, Spanish, Shanghai, and Korean. I had a dinner there tonight with my family and it was pretty good. For appetizer, we had an self-served appetizer plater (of which the Parma ham was great), a beef carpaccio, a scampi ravioli, a funghi soup, and blue mussels cooked with white wine. Then for Primi/Secondi, I ordered the black and white taglioni with tiger prawns and asparagus. The aroma and the virgin oil base was awesome yet the taglioni is not quite al dente--well I didn't request al dente anyway
The australian wagyu steak looks decent; the mussels risotto looks fine, the bolognese lasagna is, well, just a lasagna. Then we got the monthly lobster special--the lobster rigatoni with black truffle oil. Obviously the lobster dish was quite significantly more pricey than other pasta dishes, yet the lobster bits in the plate did not look nor taste appetizing. This was the downfall of the night. By the way, they had a live band (Meditteranean decent I believe) there to perform to each table. Service was good and not over-the-top. Otherwise, it was good til the very end with the petits four.

We ordered Classic Parma Ham as appetizer; instead of getting the appetizer on our own from the antipasti table, the manager prepared for us.

We ordered seafood linguini and porcini mushroom risotto as our first course. Linguini was very chewy and porcini was very fresh.

We ordered lamb rack as our main course, and medium rare was prefect.

The dessert was very tempting and we ordered chocolate cake and their signature dessert of St. Honoree.

The best part was the live band. The band came to our table and sang at least 3 songs to congratulate our anniversary. We were also able to request them singing a particular song. The manager took a Polaroid photo for us as a gift/souvenir for our anniversary.

Sabatini is definitely an upscale restaurant, but worth having dinner there for special occasions. The taste was not the best (maybe 2nd best), but this restaurant gave us a total experience.

講到main course,lamb rack自不然係一個穩陣嘅選擇。order medium done,肉裏透點微紅還有少許血水,不多不少火喉啱啱好,肉一切即斷,好tender,羶味亦點到即止。小弟最欣賞當然係黐响骨邊嘅肉,有咬頭之至,不顧儀態地用手揸住狂啜。有些人會覺得儀容盡失,但老實講,老子付錢,干卿何事 ?
甜品不能任吃,只能任選一款,St. honore及tiramisu自必然係上上之選。St. Honore酥皮鬆脆,cream下得足,puff一咬之下如一咲風般口感輕盈,依舊出色。始終,這款甜品不是經常有機會吃得到,有得食當然要盡興

以一杯濃濃嘅coffe及petits作結尾。望一望太座...哈哈,今次眼仔碌碌wor...

我鍾意都係食下午既semi buffet, 因為晚飯太貴了, 實覺得浪費. 今次終於食到其皇牌甜品, st honore...其實我一向以為只有tiramisu 係皇牌, 原來仲有其他. 這甜品係由拿破崙餅底, 加中間兩種慕絲, 再加上泡芙而成. 拿破崙餅底, 我一切開, 便有清脆的"沙"聲, 新鮮. 而慕絲, 一邊為甜酒味, 另一邊有朱古力味, 兩者都很幼滑, 甜度適中. 泡芙外層, 有一如拔絲香蕉的糖衣包著, 半透明的很精緻, 但甜了點. 雖然這甜品有美中不足之處, 但它多重的口感又帶給我嶄新的驚喜. hsbc platinum 20% off, 抵, 但也發覺加了價.

另外可以任點的包括pasta(spaghetti, linguine, penni), 配以紅汁(紅酒牛膝, 這汁不大稠, 酒味香濃, 又有牛膝肉碎)和白汁(prama ham青豆). 也有各式即製燒烤(三文魚, 腸, 魷魚, 牛, 雞等), 燒得極香.

上了主菜便不會再添汽酒了, 我便喝他們的蒸餾水. 主菜反而不突出, 有點"喧賓奪主". 少說有10多款選擇包括魚, 牛, 羊, 雞等. 點了鴨肝(有兩小件), 覺得外脆內軟, 但和其他地方相比不算非常出色.

之後吃了各款芝士(可惜我對芝士沒研究之至!), 配以cracker. 甜點吃了多款, 水準皆高, 包括tiramisu(可惜質地仍有點濕), 藍莓芝士蛋糕, 巧克力蛋糕, 巧克力慕絲, 燉蛋, 奶油酥卷等, 水果除了普通生果外, 有我愛的桑果和藍莓. 之後還要了熱檸水解滯, 劃上完美的句號.

另外這裡服務亦佳. 人手充足, 侍者友善有禮, 只有適當時刻出現(如主動添酒和點菜點飲品), 而自助餐的refill也迅速. 環境方面, 燈光微黃, 裝潢很有外國風情, 有點像家的感覺, 也夠寬敞.

我覺得這裡食物非常豐富, 不惜工本地推砌出來, 物超所值. 難怪位置不便而價錢不菲仍可有近8成入座率. 若要雞蛋裡挑骨頭的話, 我想他們可以在各款食物前標明名字和一點簡單的介紹. 我想他們也可以供應多些澱粉質的食物例如薄餅, 水餃, 各式pasta等, 因為真正意大利風味的這些食物在香港是踏破鐵鞋無覓處的.

The tenderloin is tender, but tasteless. Not a good quality piece of meat. The overall dish quantity is small. I don't mind paying a high price, but I would expect for the price I pay I can fulfill my stomach.

We have spent $1700 for the dinner, and this is the worst $1700 I have ever spend in my life. I strongly recommend you do not go to Sabatini. and I will never dine there again.
