第二味主菜是羊架,一上檯香味撲鼻,肉質豐腴肥瘦均勻,烤的火候適中香口得來仍帶肉汁,是十分有水準的羊架,我們兩個都吃得滿意。不過要論到肉質靚,這味稍不及Toscana的羊柳,那陣香味才真正令人難忘!
  
來到期待萬分的甜品時刻,精美的甜品車來到,每一款甜品我都想試!最後,叫了tiramisu, mango mousse cake與blueberry cheesecake。三款中,最失望竟是tiramisu,不是不好吃,而是因為大家說得太好而我覺得並無特別,根本就是在外面buffet都食到的質素嘛;mango mousse cake就非常之美味,芒果與蛋糕的甜香融合得天衣無縫,龍說是他吃過最出色的芒果蛋糕!藍莓芝士餅其實亦十分的美味,芝士香滑細緻與藍莓清甜是絕配,真是啖啖甜美啖啖幸福!最後再來latte與cappuccino各一,風味不錯,到此兩個人都感到非常滿足了。
  
又,意料不到渣打咭有折,離開時兩個人都盤算下次幾時再來!

antipasto 點了parma ham with melon.... waiter 在我們面前一片片的切下.... ham 味道不太濃, 可以, 但不是最好的...

soup 叫了vegatable soap 同mushroom soap.... 她的mushroom 一般, 喝過太多好的mushroon soap 了.. vegatable soap 反而不錯...

first course 點了. original sabatini linguine... linguine 都算al dente... 是我喜愛的口感... 不錯的...

main course 點了. grill wagyu beef sirloin...
好味, 牛味十足, 入口鬆軟... good... 7 成可能熟了點... 但和牛不同美國牛... 熟點吃才好...

dessert 在trolley 上點了tiramisu 同chocolate cake... tiramisu 真全城最好嗎??? 不認同...chocolate cake 反而好一點...

說說這裡的live band... 真的好... 點了兩首歌, "moon river" 同"what a difference a day made"... 很陶醉...

但願她今晚也快樂呢!!!

是日跟同事一行六人到此吃午餐. 頭盤係自助形式. 巴拿馬風腿跟哈密瓜為最推介的. 另同事覺得煙三文魚也不錯. 想不到是他們對sabatini的自家製麵飽也十分鍾情. 吃了一籃, 還要refill. 正!主菜點了我的至愛羊架, 今次羊架熟的程度仍然掌握得恰到好處, 外熟內嫩. 好好味! 很飽足的一個下午, 晚餐也不用吃了.

作為一個美食愛好者,一想起今次只係首先品嚐,實在太慚愧...

聽得太多朋友話佢哋嘅sunday antipesto buffet如何精彩,實在有太高嘅期望。所以直頭打算取消平安夜嘅celebration dinner,當呢餐慶祝埋...

一入門口,一大堆antipesto已經响度等緊你--- grilled eggplant、紅青甜椒、魷魚carpaccio等等。還有蒜粒蝦蛄、大蝦及小龍蝦;當然唔少得佢哋省招牌嘅parma ham with melon...

試想想,平時單叫一碟sliced parma ham with melon都要HK$238,家陣鐘意食幾多都得,水準一樣出色。簡直係人生一大美事..^0^

坐低,先跟太座order sparkling wine。不停地refill,喝得不亦樂乎;再吃一口grissini,然後開始出去獵食...

差不多每款antipesto都有試一口。當中自己反而最欣賞最平凡嘅青紅甜椒,味道相當的清甜;其次就係西班牙式蛋卷tortilla,香甜之餘蛋味濃,跟响toscana食到嘅各有千秋....

海鮮類以小龍蝦較好,勝在多膏肉厚,但肉質較粗糙,比較飽肚,只能淺嘗;蝦蛄及大蝦則無甚特別...

parma ham肥瘦有致,跟melon配食,一鹹一甜,絕配...但當然亦只可淺嘗,正所謂小食多滋味ma...

除了antipesto外,亦有兩款pasta (spaghetti及penne)可作side order,且無限供應。配料有美國牛扒、魷魚、BB salmon及大蝦等。一吃,炭火味十足,太座食得極高興。牛扒淰糯,火喉亦剛好;魷魚絕無擦膠feel;大蝦亦鮮甜。食食下聽見鄰座客人稍嫌炭味蓋過應有嘅肉味。於自己嚟講,正所謂各花入各眼,人嘅口味各有不同而已...

食飽antipesto,主菜跟住就嚟。太太一見到有duck liver,即叫;自己就選擇食羊架,放棄咗原本想叫嘅linguine alla sabatini..

duck liver有兩大片,切得夠厚身,口感豐腴,有鴨獨特嘅膻香,亦冇乜"根",但略嫌表面煎得不夠脆口,其中一片吃落亦有少許苦味,不過已可滿足太座呢個"肝"迷嘅慾望...

羊架例牌要五成熟。肉質夠tender,膻味點到即止,但好奇怪,跟duck liver一樣,兩塊羊架水準有點不平均--- 一塊煎得火喉剛好,另一塊卻係有D overdone,表皮亦冇微脆感覺。怪不得身旁有位熟客將佢碟羊架打回頭,難得廚房亦好樂意再做,且不停走出嚟問意見,實在值得一讚...

卒之食到甜品。tiramisu呢個鎮店之寶依舊出色--- 酒味濃,mascarpone cheese夠滑,跟响fine foods食到嘅一模一樣,仲要不停refill,正;其他意式甜品如panna cotta、puddings等當然亦有供應。但最特別嘅係連經典法式甜品如floating island及Saint Honore都有得食。試了一件Saint Honore,cream份量極多,底層酥皮脆口,伴埋cream puff而食,相當特別。太座吃後大讚....

飲埋coffee and tea,食到個人呆吓呆吓咁,太飽嘞。見到太座嗰個"飽"樣,都唔知好嬲定好笑


連加一HK$490每人,但antipesto、pasta及dessert任食,再加sparkling wine任飲,點可能咁超值?

service一流;環境屬smart casual,又冇特別嘅dressing code,唔似响toscana食得咁拘謹,較適合小弟...

若果要食semi或類似brunch buffet,呢度一定係全港頭三位之選...

終於試左佢地個sunday brunch。真係飽到夜晚都唔駛食。服務、環境、食物,真係物超所值。唯一係甜品冇想像中咁正。下次再去要試加錢既chef's special 先得。

餐廳裝修富有地道意大利鄉村小屋嘅特色,仿木(可能係真木)嘅柱同埋橫樑,色彩豐富嘅拋光瓷磚,簡潔嘅餐檯佈置,再望向buffet bar 嘅食物器皿,圖案十分精緻,撇開裡面嘅食物,單係呢啲器皿就已經係一件藝術品。食物選材亦上乘,巴馬火腿配上蜜瓜,要幾多就可以食幾多;海鮮包括有龍蝦、生蝦、蟹腳等。這裡稍嫌美中不足嘅就係龍蝦味道普通,要扣少少分;不過蟹腳就十分新鮮,隱約仲有一陣海水味。Buffet bar 嘅食物固然吸引,放响檯上面嘅餐前食都毫不遜色,細細如一件麵包,亦睇得出師傅係下咗唔少功夫,尤其係那一塊有蕃茄响面嘅麵包,食落有啲似薄餅咁,食完還想再食多一塊。不過為咗之後嘅美食,都係忍一忍為妙。

呢個lunch buffet,其實係一個semi-buffet,cold cut、appetizer等放响buffet bar任食之外,仲可以無限次同侍應落order食呢度嘅意粉。講起意粉,呢度可說是數一數二,意粉身煮得非常之有口感,十分彈牙,就算放耐咗質地一啲都唔會走樣;阿K叫咗一個「黑松露忌廉意粉」,忌廉汁非一般滯肚,還有黑松露那種無法偽裝嘅獨有香氣。如果唔係驚眼闊肚窄,我完全諗唔到有乜嘢理由唔再嗌多一客。不過留肚還留肚,食吓食吓,已經大半飽,幾乎唔記得我地連主菜都未食。

主菜有魚、羊、牛、豬等選擇,我就叫咗呢度享負盛名嘅「燒羊架」;阿K就叫咗一客煎鱸魚。首先講吓鱸魚,食入口嘅質地,我只能用個「爽脆」嚟形容,爽脆嘅原因,唔係話因為煎過,而係條魚本身嘅肉質已經係咁,咬落真係「索索聲」。另一方面,羊架燒得非常出色,完全冇投訴嘅機會。用餐叉一拮,會感覺到塊羊架被一層薄薄帶少少脆嘅外皮包括,再用力深入一拮,會驚覺裡面軟綿綿,而且感覺到入面蘊含豐富嘅肉汁,未食已知十分對辦。將羊架切開,肉汁慢慢慘出,入口充滿羊肉味,在香港可以食到咁精彩嘅羊架,我想不出五隻手指之內。

食到中途,有一隊註場live band巡迴各餐桌獻唱,我地冇乜心水歌點,阿K就請佢地唱一首佢地嘅飲歌,歌名我就無從稽考,但係其中一句「…HOW MUCH I LOVE YOU…」就唱出我對阿K嘅心聲。所以,阿K當天都特別心花怒放。除咗食到好食嘅嘢之外,咁當然可以同我一齊食啦!

價錢每位四百四十蚊再加一,數字上可能有點嚇人,但絕對物超所值。好簡單,上等羊架响普通餐廳食都要成兩、三百蚊;好味啲嘅意粉都要百零蚊左近啦!呢度仲要係任食架。揀選嘅食材優質,加上殷勤嘅服務,絕對值得一來再來。嗜杯中物嘅朋友,呢度嘅開酒費五百蚊,不過我建議選用餐廳所揀選嘅餐酒,因為餐廳會响各地搜羅美酒,部分仲係响香港其他地方搵唔到。駕車者有兩小時泊車優惠。嚟呢度,要預備飽滿嘅荷包,同埋空空嘅肚。

had lunch on saturday afternoon. my favourites are all on the appentiser table, parma ham with melon, pumpkin, yellow and red pepper, tomato and cheese, dried tomato, cucumber, smoked salmon salmon.......really very deicious i had shrimp risotto and my friend had seabass. the risotto is chewy and creamy. the seabass is excellant. taste like the cod in Chesa.we chose tiramisu and chocolate cake for the dessert. both tastes very good. but it is really very very large. felt a little bit guilty afte

i had shrimp risotto and my friend had seabass. the risotto is chewy and creamy. the seabass is excellant. taste like the cod in Chesa.

I and my husband went to Sabatini to celebrate my birthday. This is the first time I went there. The waiter introduced a dish called Sabatini Seafood Spaghetti to me which costs HK$368, very disappointed, not worth at all. For the appetizer, the duck liver is quite good. Other than that, other dishes were average.

自新廚來了後未有機會一試.終於上星期去了吃午餐, 吃了waiter介紹的海膽garlic炒意粉, 少少辣好開胃, 麵質好有咬口. 仲好parma ham點可以錯過. 現在更有款新麵包, 有些海聯, 香草同鮮茄, 相比麵包條, 真係欲罷不能.另外友人叫了個原條鹽焗鱸魚, 超正!魚肉好滑.最後都有留肚俾甜品, 你栗子朱古力泡夫, 美味無窮.

Simple advise: Food is average, not worth the money!!!I can eat much better food in any restaurant in SOHO. With that kinda of money, i could go SPOON or LAWRY's for even Four Seasons!! Sabatini is outdated already..not trendy anymore. Waiter service extremely bad, except if u are "white and blond hair". Macdonald server is even much better than their service. 一路以來,見到呢間餐廳咁高評價,真係好奇待! 試過之後,發覺無想像中咁好! 上次去sabatini 食lunch, 一大發現竟是伴食的薯仔. 初見到一層一層, 以為係千層寛麵, 但一叉下去, 已感到不像. 有點硬硬地, 原來係薯層. 但這裡的薯, 片得相當薄, 一絲絲的, 跟寛麵的厚薄差不多吧! 十分驚喜,平時總把焦點放在羊架, 今次連伴吃的也這麼出色. 作為全港數一數二的意大利餐廳, 實當之無愧!

與友人在周六初到SABATINI,只是慕名而至,沒有甚麼認識。定位時Waitress介紹頭盆只有一個serving。於是每種試試,但都不太特別。惟是那PARMA HAM 配sweet sweet 的MELON 的確非同凡響,有wow 的感覺。我只要了小小一片,十分可惜。我們坐近食物桌,看見其他人竟吃了數次頭盆。我們不好意思效法,不禁若有所失。至於main course, 我點的pasta不錯,但也不叫人有驚喜,友人的牛肉則不合口味。看見別人的羊架,好像很好味的,便打算下次試試。幸而dessert 的Tiramisu 香濃幼滑,Cheese 和了酒香,補償了main course 的不足。
