到Dessert,呢到會推架甜品車去客人隔離俾人揀,蛋糕size啱啱好,仲要俾人揀2件,可以試多樣。小弟叫咗cheesecake 同chocolate cake ,cheesecake 香而不膩,chocolate cake香濃朱古力cream 配上酥餅,食完極有滿足感!
可再配茶或咖啡,中和甜膩,另外再附帝苑極出名嘅蝴蝶酥,出名當然有原因,甚有層次,口感鬆化!
小弟再次盛讚帝苑甜品,果然係皇牌,名不虛傳!

小弟食開大排檔,意大利pasta 真係唔識欣賞,不過帝苑呢種高檔西餐,Main course 同Dessert值得一試!見侍應又咁熱心!如果想振興吓香港酒店業,小弟在此誠心極力推薦帝苑嘅餐廳!

上星期Uncle請左我去餐廳吃lunch,佢推介尖沙咀Sabatini,其實都好一段日子冇去嗰度食嘢,細個覺得呢度係全香港最好食的意大利餐廳,真係唔知點解,而家大佐少左去尖東食飯。餐廳裝修冇乜改變,感覺classic ,有氣派但有點老派了。前菜麵包幾出色,三種包我都好鍾意食,主菜叫咗個魚,同埋侍應推介的海鮮蝦意粉同意大利燉飯雙拼。個魚煎得好香脆,魚身夠嫩夠滑,又夠油份。鮮蝦意粉,有意大利特色,蝦彈牙有點蝦味,海鮮味十足,意粉口感有點軟身,吃不出小麥香。意大利燉飯,飯身chewy有口感,味道就一般。甜品有芝士餅及水果tart,餐飲叫咗個cuppicchino 口感好滑好香,果然是意大利的餐廳出品,配上蝴蝶酥絕不失禮。

德國黑森林3A白蘆筍 • 5月最當做今年係喺香港品嚐白蘆筍嘅最佳年份,基於歐洲疫情原因😫,當地沒有了旅客,令以往未能大量出口的3A級白蘆筍,今年喺香港都有機會吃到。大家又知唔知點解白蘆筍係白色的呢? 白蘆筍於生長過程中不見天日,農夫種植時須不斷添加泥土把蘆筍遮蓋,避接觸陽光,才得以保持白淨鮮嫩。全球種植白蘆筍的國家也不少,當中以德國南部黑森林地區出產的質素最高,獲譽為極品。而3A級別就係極品中的極品,以大小直徑評級,達28mm或以上才稱得上最高之3A級別。今晚吃的這條粗壯肥美的白蘆筍味道真的非常鮮甜,嫰滑冇渣,根本不用點任何醬汁,原汁原味就最好食。配埋Sabatini招牌48個月風乾黑毛豬火腿,這碟期間限定白蘆筍菜式,只售$244(半份),如圖中的是半份已有一大條,如叫一份($488)份量就會加倍,個人認為超值。另外亦推介大家喝白蘆筍帶子湯($188)及白蘆筍carbonara($348)。每天由pasta chef精心炮製的貝殼意粉,質感超級Q彈,有別於坊間的煙肉蛋汁,這個沒有下忌廉的輕盈版本非常合我心意,亦能突出白蘆筍的清甜。五月及六月都係最當做季節,大家千祈唔好錯過呢個可以喺香

我哋其實今次有幸去到 Sabatini 食飯,並唔係慶祝紀念日,而係見咁平,買左帝苑酒店嘅一晚住宿連意大利餐廳晚餐套票,都只係承惠$1760,平時雨位去 Sabatini 食一餐可能都唔止呢個價,抵呀!我哋嘅套餐包以下幾樣,頭盤蜜瓜拼巴馬臣火腿,仲有鵝肝多士,意大利雜菜湯,而主菜方面有兩個選擇, 分別係羊架或小龍蝦海鮮意粉,我哋兩個人各叫左一份,餐廳仲好貼心咁幫我哋分咗兩碟羊架,方便我哋食。最後仲有一個拿破崙蛋糕同埋朱古力黑森林蛋糕做甜品,當然唔少得帝苑酒店餅房最出名嘅蝴蝶酥同埋朱古力啦,所以都算係多嘢食,唔錯唔錯!

小龍蝦海鮮意粉:

呢個意粉個人有啲失望,比較普通。首先意粉唔夠彈牙,食落冇乜感覺,其次意粉醬汁味道唔夠突出,只係好普通嘅番茄醬,而且醬汁一舊舊,好似未煮得均勻,但係勝在海鮮配料夠多。雖然整體嚟講味道都唔算差,不過係呢間餐廳食得,期望一定會高啲,可惜以呢個意粉嚟講真係好普通,甚至外面好多平價餐廳仲好食過佢,失望!

整體嚟講呢間餐廳真係好高質,但係又點會有嘢係完美㗎。我哋訂嘅呢個 Package 包 Sabatini 晚餐兩位,一入去侍應問我哋飲唔飲嘢,我哋本身都知道應該冇包嘢飲,但係又見佢咁樣問,所以我好奇問佢有咩飲,之後佢用一個歧視嘅目光望住我,再講咗一大堆飲品,咁我見佢有提到有香檳可以叫,我哋就叫咗兩杯,點知去到最後要收我哋三百幾蚊,我哋真係O 左... 雖然知道來得呢啲高級餐廳, 多數啲有錢人都係唔會問價錢,但係我認為如果侍應見我哋係 Package 唔係街客散叫,而個餐冇包飲品,佢就唔應該咁問我哋飲唔飲嘢,令人感覺以為係包埋,正式嚟講係唔應該用一個歧視嘅眼光望住我哋咁問,仲唔比price list我哋睇,令我哋誤會,唔係話畀唔起錢,但係嗰個Experience真係唔係咁好,好似畀佢焗咗我哋咁。 呢個我覺得餐廳真係要改善下!

For the dinner - the quality of the food is not one would expect for the price you are paying, especially the entree. The pasta was equally disappointing. They regained some points with the main but the dessert was just like a mix bag. To top it off, they nearly forgot our anniversary dessert which I had pre- arranged!

For the weekend brunch, due to the current situation, there is no longer the buffet. You can still top up on the entree and seafoods but the quality is not very good. The soup was especially disappointing- my friend said it tasted just like tinned soup! They no longer have the cheeses and limited to three tiny pieces of cakes for dessert. The cakes are still good but it was so much better before when you can eat what you want, and can go for seconds. Because they no longer to the buffet, it seems like they are filling the place with more tables, so it was more crowded than before.

去拜訪了一次。

紅蝦意粉是我最近一直很想吃的,他們都說Da Dominico 是最好,我反而比較喜歡帝苑酒店的演繹。

其實我鍾意去Sabatini 有幾個原因:
1)義大利菜嘅fans,特別喜愛自家製pasta
2)食物質素高,而且水準好穩定
3)意大利風格裝潢,好多傢俬擺設都係意大利運過嚟
4)服務質素好好,所有staff都好nice同細心,dinner仲有live band
