Sabatini午餐最吸引到我的, 依然是她的Pasta, 沒有額外加錢Order海鮮Linguine, 她的Penne已經相當吸引, 蛋香味濃之餘, 口感Q彈而不死實, 簡單的Cream Sauce及磨菇已令其十分滋味. Roast of the Day是豬扒, 外表上沒有任何脂肪, 但用刀一切已感受到其很Smooth的口感, 咬下去沒有渣也夠舒服. Ended up here on Valentine’s Day when the Japanese restaurant was full. They were offering a set menu for $3200 for two or ala carte with minimum spend around the same amount. We opted for the set menu. The food was good and service was attentive but IMHO a tad overpriced. They also have a live band serenading diners but it so too loud that it was difficult to have a decent conversation.

Do not go if you’re looking for fine dining experience. Table setting was already dirty with dirty cutleries, wet and humid table cloth. Reported this to the staff and was unattended. Only offered table changing when we informed staff again then they mixed up our wine and just simply put in the middle of table like how they do in CHA CHAAN TANG. Food was average. Live band was there but too noisy that you have shout to talk.

吃Sanatini的Weekday Semi-Buffet Lunch是一件很開心的事, 價格便可以宜, Antipasta和甜品質素又高, 特別是那架甜品手推車, 雖然不是任食, 但見到甜品的外在和內在美, 比起胡亂堆砌的更吸引, Tiramisu和拿破侖更是一絕, 前者咖啡味是我吃過調得最平均的, 後者的酥脆和層次可和Belon媲美.來到主菜, 不是牛扒也不是魚, 而是最有Sabatini特色, 其他意式餐廳找不到的. 其一是以其餐廳名定名的Linguine, Linguine夠Al Dente這不用説, 最喜歡的是大量新鮮的海鮮和充滿蕃茄肉的醬汁, 沒有水汪汪令人方討厭的口感. 其二是燉小牛肚, 同樣以番茄為主的醬料, 但比前者更惹味, 是因為大量黑胡椒和百里香的原故, 一點腥味也沒有, 和鹵水金錢肚一中一西, 各擅勝長.

Sabatini的名氣算是不少,很多年前已得知它的存在,作為一間意大利菜餐廳,它的裝潢真的有讓我感到與曾光顧過的意大利當地餐廳氛圍一致。選用的桌椅枱布、四周裝飾、吊燈、圓拱等等無一不是把意大利當地的餐廳拼湊起來,尤其天花和横梁以木條子規劃成的格子狀就特別讓我感覺很意大利。午市套餐可自由組合頭盤、意粉或飯、主菜與甜品,但不允許把甜品剔除,我把頭盤意粉主菜甜品飲料全點了😎 麵包是西餐的必備品,不管選擇什麼組合都會送上來,我只吃了中間和右邊兩種,留下戰鬥力迎接其他菜式。形狀如打狗棒的長條麵包深得我心,我很愛法包皮的韌勁,但法包皮除了韌勁還帶硬脆口感,這條"打狗棒"則是從外到內都是法包的韌勁。它的表皮厚厚的,咬起來嚼頭十足,沒有法包皮的硬脆口感也可以,反正嚼頭足就愛了❤ 右邊正是一般法包,法包中心柔軟,這種口感不吸引我,我更愛打狗棒正是因為不用白白多吃柔軟的部份。頭盤之一Selection of Traditional Italian Appetizer是自助冷盤吧,可任意取各式沙律、火腿片、煙三文魚、芝士等等凍食,要是多吃幾盤真的用不着點意粉和主菜。冷盤款式不少,質素挺高,味道到位且有鮮味,

頭盤之一Selection of Traditional Italian Appetizer是自助冷盤吧,可任意取各式沙律、火腿片、煙三文魚、芝士等等凍食,要是多吃幾盤真的用不着點意粉和主菜。冷盤款式不少,質素挺高,味道到位且有鮮味,要不是接下來的食物太多,我還想再多拿一盤呢。

頭盤之三US Prime Beef Carpaccio with Arugula Parmesan Cheese需額外多付$108,這筆錢是花在食物安全,我可不敢隨意在餐廳吃全生的肉。全生牛肉非常嫩,我雖然愛吃硬物,但這種軟嫩口感也能討我歡心,因為生牛肉吃起來還是有它的韌勁。我又愛吃火箭菜,當生牛肉的軟嫩口感夾雜火箭菜要苦不苦的清新味道,這組合奇妙地誘人。這道菜的美中不足是味道偏淡,生牛肉沒我預想的鮮甜味道,火箭菜說到底是沒有調過味的菜葉,它能為整道菜添清新,但不能成為主打味道,盤中幾片薄薄帕馬森芝士也添不了多少滋味,至少得多放鹽加強味道。

意粉選項下還可選飯Risotto with Pumpkin, Shrimps and Red Wine Reduction,我對這道菜很失望,因為我一直找不到滿意的Risotto,想着在酒店級的有名意大利餐廳應該能遇上不錯的,可是它連我光顧過的一般西餐廳都比不上。近乎整顆米飯都是硬的,口感是沒煮透的硬,失去它應有的柔軟,完全做不出Risotto的嚼勁。味道不過不失,南瓜的清甜是挺明顯,但醬汁沒有很濃郁的感覺,不過飯已至此,汁再好也徒勞。

意粉之三Sabatini Original Linguine with Seafood需額外多付$128,個人建議把錢省下吧,不值得加錢吃它。質素對不起這裡應有的層次,海鮮嚐不出什麼鮮味,我是因為酒店餐廳才不敢認定它是雪藏太久......扁意粉當然沒有做得軟乎乎,但並不是什麼難事,大部份西餐廳也能做出有嚼頭的意粉。蕃茄汁不見濃郁鮮甜,帶不起食慾,即使不加錢我也提不起興趣吃它。

若硬要在意粉選項中挑一個最好吃,那就是Raviolo Caprese stuffed with Mozzarella and Oregano served with Tomato Sauce and Basil。意大利雲吞釀入芝士和牛至,我想不起牛至帶來什麼味道,不過塞滿芝士的雲吞必然留下味道的回憶。然而,香濃程度不算強烈,所以我說"硬要"挑才選這個。雲吞皮比我預想的軟滑,我以為意大利雲吞皮跟意粉一樣追求Al Dente,不知道是這裡做不好,還是本來就該這樣,我極少吃意大利雲吞,無從對比。我不討厭這種軟滑,因為中式雲吞皮也是滑滑的才好吃,意大利雲吞皮則更厚,比中式雲吞多出軟的口感。這道菜的蕃茄汁比扁意粉所用的鮮甜多了,照片也可以看到用上更多蕃茄,塞滿芝士的雲吞在鮮甜茄汁下對味蕾造成衝激。

主菜給我的感覺比意粉更差,意粉之中至少有一個簡單而美味的黑松露長通粉,及比簡單而美味好一點的蕃茄意大利雲吞,主菜我真挑不出一個有意思。主菜之一Grilled Lamb Chop with Baby Spinach in Mustard Seeds,羊架不難吃,但是比平庸更平庸,日式放題吃到的都比它好。羊架溫度只有微暖,羊羶味偏淡,吃起來不香,肉質不粗糙,但也嫩不起來,毫無特點的一道菜。

主菜之二Pan Seared Salmon with Avocado, Olives and Tomato Salsa又是一道平庸菜式,不過它的表現比羊架好一些,至少我有感覺到三文魚比平常吃到的嫩滑多汁一點。估計歸功於烹煮時間得宜,平常吃到的三文魚因煎或燒的時間稍微過長,耗掉魚肉的水份導至口感偏乾硬。然而,味道方面沒什麼特別,也沒配個醬汁,整體感覺其實不差便宜貨很多。

我問侍應當天的Roasted of the Day是什麼,他回答是Pork,我以為是烤豬扒,但從實物理解是兩片厚切巨形豬肉腸而己,外觀也吻合 (豬扒一般沒那麼圓吧)。口感不像豬肉真身,夾雜着爽口感,味道也挺有豬肉腸的惹味。以味道來評,它比其他主菜好,但主菜是兩片腸,難免感覺有點敷衍。吃過四道主菜,我覺得最好吃是伴碟的土豆片,煮透的土豆沾上奶油,入口是又香又滑,不過土豆片能勝過所有主菜挺諷刺......

侍應以手堆車把甜品送到客人面前,選擇不少,但是我不喜歡口感軟的甜品,所以只挑了當中五種。左邊是芝士蛋糕,芝士味弱,口感不夠結實,我形容它為濕泥開始乾掉剝落下來的感覺。右邊是拿破崙,早知道拿破崙是帝苑酒店的名物,還好沒讓人失望,的確做到餅皮酥脆與吉士香滑,但並沒有讓我感到驚為天人。印像中某些餅店與它質素相若,當然那些都是高質餅店才能拿來跟它比。

最後是重頭戲聖安娜蛋糕,這款蛋糕應該是帝苑酒店獨有,總之我從沒在其他地方見過這種配搭。以酥皮為餅底,配上吉士忌廉及朱古力慕斯,與忌廉泡芙,我對它可是又愛又恨。愛的是酥皮餅底與吉士,我不喜歡忌廉,但喜歡吉士,雖然兩種都是口感屬軟的食物,但吉士的質感比忌廉厚,又有蛋香,而且我不會單獨吃它,必須塗在"硬物"之上,就像拿破崙的做法。另一更愛是忌廉泡芙,在泡芙的包裹下,忌廉口感被蓋掉,所以我可以無視它。最讚的地方是整個忌廉泡芙被厚厚的焦糖包裹着,這層焦糖又厚又脆,脆脆口感令人大滿足,甜甜的焦糖香充滿口腔。焦糖層單吃膩人,可是當它與忌廉泡芙走在一起美味加成,泡芙使焦糖不會太膩,忌廉又帶來濕潤感,否則一大坨東西塞進口挺乾。恨的當然是面頭的朱古力慕斯與忌廉,不過我還是吃了一些,因為單吃酥皮餅底太乾了,塗上一些滋潤它。與拿破崙相比,我會為了裹着焦糖脆脆的忌廉泡芙選擇聖安娜蛋糕,而且聖安娜蛋糕也有拿破崙的元素,要不我把慕斯與忌廉挖走好了。

這裡是酒店的餐廳,咖啡就如我在其他酒店喝到的差,我一直不解為何所有我光顧過的酒店餐廳做出來的咖啡都很苦,難得餐廳把奶還煮熱了呢,可惜放多少都沒救。

餐廳佈置重塑意大利當地餐廳環境,這比裝修精美更高層次,把相距幾千公里的情壞重現眼前。服務質素達標,酒店附帶的餐廳對服務要求一般較嚴謹,不過我沒體驗出什麼過人之處。價錢方面,這頓飯人均六百,以四道菜連飲料來看不貴,平均每部份$150。平常在西餐廳點cold cut platter也得花上二百,這裡更可無限添食。當天除了Soup of the Day沒吃到,其餘所有頭盤、意粉與飯和主菜都吃遍了。個人認為酒店餐廳該比大街上的餐廳更具質素,這家又特別有名,可惜意粉表現平平,主菜更是遜色,只有頭盤與甜品有些看頭,但平均值未達至上等質素,頂多在中上水平。以當下質素來說,我若在晚市時段光顧,肯定要負評,因為晚市價錢貴很多。幸好現在小試牛刀,消費溫和,我才能平心靜氣給出中評。

太太突然想吃意大利菜,就近選了尖東的Sabatini。平時晚市時段,客人不算多,女侍應的服務很好,熱誠細心。這期推介的是法國藍龍蝦跟黑松露。Tasting menu是main menu的紅蝦意粉、煎魚跟豬扒,不甚合意。主餐牌前菜沒甚麼好的選擇,今天想吃Calamari,女侍應竟能替我們問廚師弄一客Daily special,感激不盡。最後點選菜式如下:Daily special 炸海鮮黑松露蘑菇忌廉Tonnarelli藍龍蝦(轉Tangiolini)慢煮和牛臉頰肉焦糖燉蛋、拿破崙、綿花糖Mousse自家製麵包麥味香濃,特別是即焗的條狀麵包,香脆有口感,高質。炸海鮮炸粉薄,不油膩,像超薄天婦羅。魷魚、帶子、蝦都很新鮮,下次會翻點。黑松露Tonnarelli自家Pasta配優質忌廉,一如以往的美味。不過黑松露味道略嫌不足,忌廉亦沒黑松露油,感覺是配料多於主角,有點對不起「期間限定黑松露」的賣點。藍龍蝦很新鮮,肉質鮮嫩彈牙,龍蝦味濃郁,完全不是普通龍蝦可以媲美,可惜只有半隻。Tangiolini上次一試難忘,這次再點其實同樣出色,但感覺配忌廉好一點,蕃茄醬可能Linguine 或傳統意粉更好

自家製麵包麥味香濃,特別是即焗的條狀麵包,香脆有口感,高質。


炸海鮮炸粉薄,不油膩,像超薄天婦羅。魷魚、帶子、蝦都很新鮮,下次會翻點。


黑松露Tonnarelli自家Pasta配優質忌廉,一如以往的美味。不過黑松露味道略嫌不足,忌廉亦沒黑松露油,感覺是配料多於主角,有點對不起「期間限定黑松露」的賣點。


藍龍蝦很新鮮,肉質鮮嫩彈牙,龍蝦味濃郁,完全不是普通龍蝦可以媲美,可惜只有半隻。Tangiolini上次一試難忘,這次再點其實同樣出色,但感覺配忌廉好一點,蕃茄醬可能Linguine 或傳統意粉更好,是我自己失誤。


慢煮和牛臉頰肉,慢煮過後和牛臉膠質軟腍,油脂適中,感覺像牛筋但更勝一籌。值得推介。


甜品點了焦糖燉蛋、拿破崙、綿花糖Mousse。侍應見我們已9分飽,替我們將拿破崙跟綿花糖份量減半,很細心。綿花糖Mousse很出色,軟滑不太甜,但忘了拍照。焦糖燉蛋跟拿破崙就是酒店級品質,平凡但高品質。


然後晚市有Live band,之前Sunday brunch都是全男的,這次有女主音,歌喉不錯。


整理來說,Sabatini是香港頭幾位的傳統意大利餐廳。性價比可能不算太好,但精品高質路線還是值得一試的。4星。

今天和有人到意大利餐廳慶祝順道慶生,第一次來到sabatini,呢間是一間非常有情調環境和食物質素都非常高的餐廳,如果要慶祝紀念日啊,生日的話,最好預先訂位。新鮮麵包上餐湯,餐包還是暖的。牛扒配上黑松露,雖然瞓晏少少,但是味道配搭10分滿意,牛肉很林。龍蝦意粉質素高,鮮蕃茄配上茄汁煮龍蝦,龍蝦肉質新鮮,不像一般吃到的雪藏龍蝦。整體而言,我對餐廳的環境和食物質素都非常滿意,為何要提早預訂?因為我要為朋友慶祝生日,餐廳會預先安排蛋糕和祝福字句,服務非常周到亦很滿意。

喜愛意大利菜的我已是Sabatini的常客,上網見到餐廳最新推出了藍龍蝦菜式,便馬上約朋友來聚餐。在點餐時,職員用心介紹以法國藍龍蝦炮製的菜式。第一道前菜十分適合夏天品嚐,藍龍蝦肉配上蕃茄凍湯,還散發淡淡薑香,清新又爽口。這個藍龍蝦湯味道十分濃郁,内有爽口龍蝦肉,口感豐富滿足!主菜我點了藍龍蝦意粉,藍龍蝦鮮味十足,意粉亦很入味,非常不錯。這裡的甜品很多選擇之餘,味道亦很出色。最後更有樂隊現場演奏,在意大利風情的餐廳環境,顯得更有格調。仿如去到了意大利一樣,無論是食物質素、環境、服務都不會令人失望~
