辛苦左一年終於出bonus啦!為咗慰勞吓自己,今日去咗尖沙咀食期待已久嘅Omakase!朋友介紹咗呢間新開嘅舖頭 — 鮨盛,今次第一次嚟就揀咗Business Lunch Omakase($680),有先付 appetizers、刺身、季節料理、八款廚師發辦壽司、手卷、玉子燒、湯同甜品。一早預約左,去到舖頭店員就已經招呼到吧檯前坐低,弧形吧檯大概可以坐12人,仲有高私隱度VIP房。店內裝修以簡約木系同灰色為主,近門口有一大個酒櫃,有唔少細節位都突顯設計師心思。除咗洗手間、儲物櫃等全部隱藏於木門後面,保持店內設計一致性,其中一面牆裝咗大型LED屏幕,顯示楓樹帶出秋意,呼應一陣將會送到客人面前嘅時令食材!同師傅打咗招呼就坐低係中間位置,食omakase其中一個樂趣就係隔住吧檯欣賞師傅們每一道工序。係用餐前,一位師傅在木板上面現磨山葵泥,另一位師傅就低頭切葱絲。蕃茄寒天、汁煮黑梅貝 ⋯}一開始先食咗蕃茄寒天開胃,咬落有少少似啫喱,旁邊嘅時令貝類係黑梅貝,入口鮮甜彈牙!毛蟹茶碗蒸⋯}熱辣辣又超滑溜嘅蒸蛋,加上毛蟹嘅鮮甜,忍唔住好快食完!白子 わかめ 芽ねぎ⋯}白雪雪嘅白子唔係個個敢食,其實食落

辛苦左一年終於出bonus啦!為咗慰勞吓自己,今日去咗尖沙咀食期待已久嘅Omakase!朋友介紹咗呢間新開嘅舖頭 — 鮨盛,今次第一次嚟就揀咗Business Lunch Omakase($680),有先付 appetizers、刺身、季節料理、八款廚師發辦壽司、手卷、玉子燒、湯同甜品


一早預約左,去到舖頭店員就已經招呼到吧檯前坐低,弧形吧檯大概可以坐12人,仲有高私隱度VIP房。店內裝修以簡約木系同灰色為主,近門口有一大個酒櫃,有唔少細節位都突顯設計師心思。除咗洗手間、儲物櫃等全部隱藏於木門後面,保持店內設計一致性,其中一面牆裝咗大型LED屏幕,顯示楓樹帶出秋意,呼應一陣將會送到客人面前嘅時令食材!

同師傅打咗招呼就坐低係中間位置,食omakase其中一個樂趣就係隔住吧檯欣賞師傅們每一道工序。係用餐前,一位師傅在木板上面現磨山葵泥,另一位師傅就低頭切葱絲。
