清哂海鮮後就叫左其他配料, 估唔到除左海鮮之前, 連任食配料都係店員幫手蒸, 所以d店員都真係幾忙!
極度推介手切和牛肉, 絕對唔係平時任食個種一般貨色, 有厚度而且肥瘦均勻有牛香, 我都唔記得食左幾多轉
另外有一系列手打丸, 我都係中意牛肉丸
再特別d有糕點甜品, 馬拉糕紅棗糕同埋蜂巢糕, 即蒸既糕點永遠係最好味既, 馬拉糕鬆化, 蜂巢糕甜甜地好得意而且係出面未食過
食完d糕點其實已經飽左, 但係都冇忘記個粥底, 中意佢係由生米煲, 你食幾耐就煲幾耐到勁綿, 出面有d鋪頭係最尾放d一早煮好既粥落去滾一滾, 咁一定無由生米煲足兩個鐘咁好味架

蒸氣鍋普遍收費都唔平,一般幾百蚊都走唔甩,今次300有靚海鮮食之餘仲有任食食材食到飽,真係抵到爛。我同朋友兩個聽人介紹話呢間蒸氣鍋好抵食就搵日夜晚特登黎試下。先講下非任食海鮮。全部海鮮都好新鮮,食得出鮮甜,亦唔洗好多調味。花甲大大隻好好味。蟶子份量唔多但一樣好好食。扇貝個人最中意食,大大粒又甜。仲有鮑魚,勁彈牙,好新鮮。之後到任食類,牛我食左好多和牛片,雖然唔係高級嘢但都食到油香味,相比平時放題類既肥牛已經差好遠。

今日有朋友生日,佢話想食小炒喎,香港西式餐廳愈開愈多,反而大家都少咗食中式野,有少少掛住添。跟住朋友嘅腳步,佢帶咗我黎呢間叫做新華苑酒家食晚飯。同朋友一樣都好鍾意食海鮮,於是嗌咗一個金蒜蒸北海道元貝,總共有四隻,四隻大細好平均,都有手掌咁大,元貝肉厚,肉質好甜,粉絲有吸收到元貝嘅海鮮味,加埋蒜蓉嘅少少辛辣,每人得兩隻唔多夠喉。最近鹹蛋黃大熱,薯片呀,魚皮乜都有,我地就係餐廳點咗呢味黃金海生蝦試試。上菜時就聞到鹹蛋黃嘅鹹香,海生蝦隻隻大小均勻,鹹蛋黃同炸海蝦嘅味道幾夾,蝦仲可以連殼食添,啱曬我呢d懶鬼。

今日接朋友收工,他說附近有間酒樓不錯就話不如去食消夜,去到都十點多,都仲有不少人食緊,酒樓當然有我最愛的小食花生,好香口。待應都快問我地要什麼茶茗,今次我地就叫了三個小食,份量比心目中大,都差點吃不完。這裡坐得都不錯而且仲有電視又幾乾淨,朋友都沒有介紹錯,結帳每人付一百五十元都幾抵食。小炒皇來到己經十分香,有了乾蝦炒的確惹味不少,腰果都十分香脆,九菜花好新鮮沒有渣,都有不少魷魚,十分大碟而且不油不錯。另一個朋友推介的紅燒花菇豆腐,豆腐都幾滑身有不少花菇,醬汁較得不錯不太咸,味道剛好。最後是我們都喜歡的薑蔥魚頭煲,薑蔥好香都吃了不少,魚頭都十分大個,幾香夠惹味。這些餸送白飯就好,我地就一人一碗,食了大半都十分夠飽。
