The sirloin steak itself was a masterpiece this local steakhouse. Each bite was a revelation of tenderness and juiciness, with a robust flavor that hinted at expert seasoning and careful cooking. You can tell it’s a high quality steak even though it’s from a local steakhouse.
The fries, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, were the ideal companion to the steak. Seasoned just right with a sprinkle of salt, they provided a satisfying crunch that contrasted beautifully with the tenderness of the meat.

🍖beef Wellington
Cant believe beef wellington is offered at this local place. Encased in a perfectly flaky puff pastry, the tender beef fillet inside was cooked to a precise medium-rare, oozing with flavorful juices that melded perfectly with the savory mushroom duxelles.
To top it all off, the black pepper sauce served alongside the beef Wellington was a bold and peppery accompaniment that elevated the flavors even further. Though bit disappointed with the spaghetti which was just served without seasoning at all.

This local gem certainly exceeded expectations. I left the table with a full belly and a contented smile, already planning my next visit to savor that delectable sirloin steak once again.
