當日喺大坑舊舖食過,一試難忘,咁啱想約好耐無見嘅朋友聚舊,一邊飲手工啤酒食小食一邊吹水,Second Draft係非常適合嘅選擇。搬到銅鑼灣店後第一次到訪,座位比大坑店舒服。一坐低即刻叫杯手工啤酒,邊飲邊看菜單。我偏愛淡麥味和花果香味啤酒,於是叫左清新之選嘅Jasmine Green Tea. 老公則愛濃味,所以叫左Hong Kong Black試試。Hong Kong Black飲落有咖啡香味,同一般黑啤唔同,幾特別。小食方面,我地叫左麻辣牛舌,牛舌厚薄適中都幾入味,不過醬汁可以再濃一點。蒜泥黑肉係將肥豬肉變成牛肉,所以質感冇咁嫩滑,普通。大坑薯條,當年喺大坑食過已經一試難忘,每一條薯條都沾上孜然粉,配上手工啤真係好夾,我地忍唔住encore再叫一碟😋 另外仲試左麻婆Burrata同雞油毛豆。Burrata滑溜溜配上惹味嘅麻婆肉醬好夾,不過肉醬記得要攪拌一下,唔係就會食左一大啖辣椒,辣到傻左。雞油毛豆係用雞油炒的,好香,正常發揮。主菜叫左香油雞意大利飯,好好味呀!雞塊非常嫩滑,每一粒飯粒都充滿醬汁,仲有好香麻油香,真係好正。我地由7點幾坐到10點幾,傾足三個幾鐘,非常盡興😁
