日本菜最吸引人的地方就係佢的多變性。上星期同女朋友去左呢間專門食活海鰻的日本料理餐廳,叫左佢地的活海鰻會席(鰻魚Omakase我真係第一次試),真係回味無窮😋😋前菜係 季節沙律🥗用炸鰻魚皮配日式沙律,酸甜開胃刺身盛盒 分別有 北海道帆立貝、甜蝦、間八,即紅鰤,正面看時左右眼部上方一直延伸到背部的兩條黑綠色帶很象漢字的八,所以在日本叫做「間八」,口感嫩滑,爽甜!另外,因為女朋友好喜歡食刺身,店員推薦我地優惠,另外點左一條當造的池魚刺身。(+$188)果然係原條上,頭尾的刺身亦無浪費,做了醬油漬😋😋活海鰻蒸年糕利用口感軟糯的年糕包裹新鮮的海鰻,再炸脆其表面!另放芡汁坐底,赤椒絲鋪面,口感豐富!最後,甜品係海鰻玉子蛋糕從未想像海鰻都可以作甜品又幾夾,佩服廚師的心思和廚藝。

刺身盛盒 分別有 北海道帆立貝、甜蝦、
間八,即紅鰤,正面看時左右眼部上方一直延伸到背部的兩條黑綠色帶很象漢字的八,所以在日本叫做「間八」,口感嫩滑,爽甜!

另外,因為女朋友好喜歡食刺身,店員推薦我地優惠,另外點左一條當造的池魚刺身。(+$188)
果然係原條上,頭尾的刺身亦無浪費,做了醬油漬😋😋

朋友話中咗獎定六合彩話帶我去威。咁今日放咗工就去佐敦去佢約好咗間野度開餐。會合之後行一陣就去到呢間叫鱻88嘅日式餐廳。門面都好光猛,睇上都幾靚,睇得出帶好野食。鱻,三魚,讀作鮮。同鮮同義。上到去埋位,位置好帶情調,好有格調。環境舒適,座位密度合適。好舒服。杯茶應該係日式煎茶,幾香濃,好飲。睇下個菜牌,價錢都好公道。環境相當精緻,吧台仲可以睇住師傅整野袋。先嚟係三式刺身,帶子,蝦,應該仲有劍魚腩。另一份外加當日嘅池魚刺身。個餐主打鰻魚,呢個係鰻魚年糕。好好味。鰻魚蒸籠飯,好香濃,飯又夠黏。相當正。曼後仲有個甜品,係兩塊蛋糕仔,非常精緻。旁邊有個焦糖甜醬。總之多謝佢請我嚟到呢度食咁美味嘅野食。

第一次到訪,環境舒適。刺身好新鮮喔魚皮沙律,好得意,無諗過可以用炸魚皮整沙律,魚皮好香脆。沙律就係普通沙律菜。 今日order左好多鰻魚產品,有鰻魚天婦羅同埋鰻魚蒸年糕,用天婦羅方式整鰻魚都幾好食,唔會太肥太油鰻魚蒸年糕都幾特別,我本身鐘意食年糕,雖然少左鰻魚味,但湯汁豐富,夾埋一齊食好好味,年糕口感煙韌,值得一讚。 食鰻魚宴點可以錯過鰻魚飯,有兩大舊鰻魚,好香口,鰻魚肥美,好好食喔但飯既口感相對失色。 食完仲有個飯後甜品,海鰻玉子蛋糕,係有薑味既海綿玉子蛋糕,好有創意。 另外,員工服務態度友善殷勤。整體來說,值得大家一試。

鰻魚真係好肥美厚肉!曾經我食過鮨文即燒嘅鰻魚飯,當時覺得唯一係香港食到咁高質嘅鰻魚🥰外皮燒至香脆內軟腍!見到有人評價依到都皮脆所以很是期待~加上先先吃左鰻魚博多有點失望😞夾起件鰻魚🥢可見非常厚肉!應該是用中段部位,同平時爭鮮/居酒屋/立食店都不同層次~入口果然😍外皮燒至微脆(沒有鮨文的脆)肉質嫩腍厚身,柔軟不韌😌平時食到鰻魚下端皮位會有點難𡁻,但沒有這個問題😮加上鰻魚醬汁不鹹不膩,剛好提升鰻魚的鮮味,不會過分濃稠,我覺得不算重鰻魚香是屬鮮味突出一點的味道🤔是因爲活鰻魚嗎?沒有過分調味。試了原汁原味後加了芥末蔥花紫菜,我比較喜歡這種清新的吃法👍降底了肥美鰻魚的油膩感,鰻魚底還有少量蛋絲,不過略厭飯底的醬油有點多,底層飯有點過濕,幸好醬汁味不算太鹹太濃👌最後加入茶湯脆米做茶漬飯~暖心的味道,很濃鰹魚香味🍵浸了湯的鰻魚皮有份煙韌食感,另外米飯覺得有點鬆散,覺得可以粘一點點🙈
整體在鰻魚方面得分最高!這個價位質素都值,加上鰻魚都有幾多件,夠吃到夠喉~

未食之前都幾期待,因為看介紹評價都幾高~初初看到圖片 我以為會像是蝦多士的概念,一層厚鰻魚,一層酥脆蝦肉多士🙊依個價位會寧願比多($30)食多個鰻魚丼😂鰻魚肉厚身~但外皮不脆,沾滿醬汁,甜甜的少煙韌口感,下層的蝦膠不覺有特別爽彈的蝦肉質感,口感有點粘糊,也沒有蝦味🤔雖然沾滿芝麻增加了香氣,但就是一般般~這個有分底面兩種食法,放入口的味道都略有不同,我比較喜歡鰻魚在底,蝦膠置頂的味道,嚐到鰻魚的肉汁甜味,不過索價高了一點,就是只有小6粒🥺不夠喉~

我覺對比起鰻魚博多(上post)價錢唔算太貴🙊這個set還包 蒸蛋,麵豉湯,前菜漬物~因爲平時係一田個d買份壽司都差不多價🤔蒸蛋好夠熱,嫩滑好動L🥄仲有粒大冬菇粒係入面😌少少鹹味清清地,而前菜就是燉蘿蔔薯仔🥕🥔薯仔幾入味,粉腍😀漬物是比平時食到嘅都迷你細塊,但酸酸甜甜幾開胃!

Saw this restaurant on the street went in, was surprised by the amount of sashimi and sushi we got for a lunch set inexpensive omakase.The chef made sure the dishes were displayed perfectly. From the appetizer of fresh sashimi, jelly fish, squid - to chu toro sushi - uni sushi ( super fresh!) - ... too lazy to put more names but there were just a lot The thing that made the sashimi taste especially delicious was the sprinkle of mandarin (mikan) spread on the fish by the chef. Anyways recommend.

平政係屬頂級食材,有呢款食材嘅都唔會係普通嘢,食落清甜香嫩,味道濃郁。帆立貝厚切有口感,放喺檸檬片上面,味道好清新。最意想唔到嘅係,三文魚油香十足,老土啲都要講句,真係好有魚味,好耐冇喺香港食到咁高質嘅刺身😋
