但呢間係新開,

一去到環境真係幾好喎!

因為味道濃厚唔同,所以我地由淡到濃咁食,即係:
真雕、三文魚、平政魚。

真雕雖然淡淡的,但佢唔會係無味,而係爽口、甘甜個種新鮮。

三文魚我地平時都會有食開,
不過呢度既三文魚超厚身,而且都比出面食既較為鮮甜。

最後係平政魚,佢的確係最濃味,

我本身都好鐘意食牛舌,因為口感比較彈牙,

之後黎到一個幾得意既菜式,
叫做活海鰻塌塌米,塌塌米係非常脆口既脆米,
因為鰻魚既味道好濃,平時係配飯食,
今次以脆米去代替,個感覺好得意。
而且個名叫做塌塌米,就變成除左係口感上既新鮮,視覺上都有種刺激,

最後我地再叫左碗牛肉喬麥麵,
牛肉好滑,滑底清清地,麵條好長唔易斷,
一湯一麵咁落口,感覺好舒服。

總結黎講,因為係高級餐廳,所以價位比較高,
不過對得住食物既質素,而且都幾多特別既款式可以簡。

第日大時大節既時候,可以考慮再黎呢。

食omakase當然要坐吧台食因為可以睇住師傅既刀功,環境舒適, 唔會坐到好迫。整體而言壽司,刺身都係好食,有部份做到入口即溶既感覺左,有d 用火槍燒完,更加帶出魚既油香, 魚既油香令我好回味,當日食左深海池魚,油甘魚,金目鯛,左口魚群邊, 反而蒸蛋,炸物中規中距 客人同師傅都有互相交流,整體氣氛唔錯。
