朋友发现了一家好吃的日本餐厅,约上我一起去。才发现帝苑酒店里面还有这么好吃的铁板烧。而且环境也很不错,宽敞又舒适。我们吃的尝味套餐:吸物:澳洲花胶和鲍鱼清汤,里面有花胶鲍鱼还有蟹肉,整碗汤很鲜美。这个真的很适合秋冬,喝上一口整个人都暖暖的。天扶良:里面的鱼子酱酿带子天妇罗,吃完还想吃,外脆里嫩!西班牙火腿搭配又脆又爽口的芦笋,越嚼越美味。铁板烧:美国牛肉厚烧七分熟刚刚好停嫩的,外面烧得焦焦的很香。再搭配自制的山椒汁,让口感更丰富了。蟹肉炒饭配黑松露酱:真的好喜欢黑松露,好香啊!米饭粒粒分明,里面还有蟹肉。真是又鲜又香!很好吃。自制红豆栗子班戟:有点惊艳到了,很特别的甜品!里面有红豆栗子吃起来很绵密,甜度也刚好。我觉得这里很适合情侣朋友生日聚餐,环境安静又舒适。食物出品也不错!

朋友发现了一家好吃的日本餐厅,约上我一起去。才发现帝苑酒店里面还有这么好吃的铁板烧。而且环境也很不错,宽敞又舒适。

這次我點了天婦羅套餐,每一道菜都讓我驚艷,花膠和鮑魚的湯清澈鮮甜🧡主打的天婦羅也是口感滿滿,搭配的巴拿馬火腿和蘆筍超贊的,帶子的外皮酥脆,裡面肥美多汁,魚子醬更是增添了一絲奢華的感覺😋
 
美國厚燒牛肉的火候恰到好處,山椒汁的香氣撲鼻🍽蟹肉炒飯的米粒飽滿,黑松露醬的香氣四溢🖤面豉湯的味道濃郁,漬物的酸甜適中,紅豆果子班戟的甜度剛好💓

嚟到最愛嘅月份,要對自己好啲❤️今日決定去酒店食lunch,於是就同老公去咗帝苑酒店四季菊嘆鐵板燒同天婦羅啦😋餐廳嘅裝修係典型高級日式料理,坐位寬敞舒適,而鐵板燒區域就喺餐廳嘅另一邊。我地今日叫咗2個set,分別係鮑魚廣島蠔美國鐵板燒定食同特上天婦羅御饍!食過沙律,先上嘅係鐵板燒鮑魚同廣島蠔,師傅張廣島蠔先上薄粉再鐵板燒,而燒鮑魚就配埋即炒嘅海帶,廣島蠔煎到皮脆內軟,生熟程度啱啱好,鮑魚連埋海帶一齊食,非常鮮味之後就係天婦羅御饍嘅3款刺身,包括有池魚同呑拿魚赤身,全部都非常新鮮,仲切得好厚添!之後上嘅就係美國牛,我地加咗少少錢升級做美國牛肉厚燒,師傅將牛扒燒成5成熟,配埋炸蒜片同特制醬汁一齊食,入口鬆軟又有牛肉味,正!再嚟就係天婦羅十件,有蝦,魷魚,沙追魚同雜菜!天婦羅係四季菊嘅招牌菜,果然無令我失望,皮薄香脆,又無多餘嘅油份,一食就停唔到,再配天婦羅汁同咖哩鹽,感覺無得彈👍🏻之後就食埋鐵板燒嘅牛肉炒飯,新鮮即炒,飯粒乾身勁好味,食埋生果,超滿足❤️

想去好少少又坐得舒服一些的餐廳食日本嘢 ,慶祝朋友生日加歡送朋友,我們嚟到帝苑酒店的四季菊。呢間餐廳以天婦羅及鐵板燒見稱,我們都點了一些。特別推介的是天婦羅蝦,蝦很新鮮爽口,本人平時不太吃炸物,但四季菊的炸蝦就真心覺得好好食。西京燒銀鱈魚,魚很滑,醬汁也好好味。刺身及手握壽司也很有水準,剩係睇見個樣都開心晒。牛肉火鍋也ok。個湯剛滾起時聞到好香的京蔥味道,牛肉也很嫩滑。建議不要淥太熟。餐後仲有雪糕,有海鹽,芝麻,紅豆,同埋柚子。餐廳服務好好,地方尚算寬敞,是聚會的好地方。

另外,過左一個月後,因為四季酒店staycation package去左中環四季菊食晚飯,鐵板燒的而且確幾好食,我會選擇中環店日後再光顧
