唯一估唔到,一間貴價日式餐廳,尤其喺酒店內嘅餐廳,啲員工質素居然會係咁?!

疫情嘅關係已經好耐冇同朋友一齊食飯,睇嚟大家都餓咗好耐,所以朋友預訂嘅套餐份量真係超多,四季菊最出名就係食天婦羅🍤,天婦羅真係做得唔錯,唔係出面嗰啲好多油好多炸粉咁,不過隻蝦有啲乾,呢幾款天婦羅入邊我覺得最好食係南瓜🎃同埋九州沙追魚而我個人就覺得呢兩件 火炙金槍魚腩、宮崎縣和牛壽司係全晚最好食嘅,嗰個油香我到而家都仲回味緊🤤以上呢兩個係頭盤,鴨胸同埋魚生不過不失呢個宮崎縣和牛都好好味唔會太油九州鯛魚白湯烏冬其實食到最後已經好飽,但係呢個九州鯛魚白湯烏冬真係好好好好味,結果又係連湯清晒🤤由於只可以上載12張照片,所以我只好揀我最鍾意食嗰12樣嘢,呢個厚切番薯🍠真係估唔到咁好食,外皮炸到脆卜卜,入面軟林林,而且佢提供白蘭地點嚟食,原來係好夾嘅🤤

星期日嚟Royal garden 本身想飲茶!可惜冇位。對面食京菜又冇位。基本上,只有越南同日本菜有位。揀咗試日本菜! 整體,一般!未至於差,不過性價比唔高!叫咗天婦羅、刺身set ,$400上菜速度比較快,沙律未食完就上剌身,但又唔係同步喎,有啲亂。沙律勁多醬,正常。剌身。未算好好,不過一定好過樓下buffet! 個set就係咁,飯真係有啲啲少,半碗都冇,仲有唔熱!天婦羅雖然係出名,但係一樣唔特別!係粉槳少D,不過又唔係好脆。全個餐冇咩特別,service同環境好過西村,不過就冇西村咁好食!So far, 我都係prefer 和三味,環境,service,food quality 都係有多少少質素!

2/5Came here for tempura, but kind of disappointed. Batter was thin and light yet very oily. Prawns are not a hotel rewarded restaurant standards on my point of view. Fish are good but again greasy. Starter duck breast and the steamed egg custard with salmon roe are good tho!

最近,帝苑酒店推出staycation計劃吸引港人到酒店住宿,期間更會提供早,午及宵夜套餐,價錢相當優惠。而此計劃最吸引之處就是午餐時段,可以選擇酒店內指定的餐廳。而我發現四季菊也有包括在此計劃內,所以決定一試。因為四季菊是曾經入選福布斯旅遊指南的其中一間高檔日本料理餐廳。餐廳設計配合日式江戶時代感覺,區域劃分明顯,有bar枱,有vip房,有鐵板燒房。而因為今次我們是STAYCATION PACKAGE, 已指定了午餐的選擇,所以未有特別點其他的菜式。午餐一共有五道菜!沙律和前菜都是一般日本餐的蕃茄沙律和茶碗蒸,味道並未有特別驚喜!我們二人分別點了兩份不同主菜!右邊的薄燒牛肉,燒時加入葱花,減少肥膩感及香口!還配有炸蒜片,口感薯片一樣脆口,跟牛肉一同享用令牛肉更有層次!另外一款主菜是黑豚平燒!把豚肉舖上薄薄一層炸粉來燒,可惜不能令豚肉水份提升!反而令整體更乾身,幸好配有醬汁及洋蔥,中和豚肉的缺點。但味道較為清淡!甜品較為驚喜!因為menu寫上水果啫喱,以為是一般的啫喱甜品!但這個配上牛奶布甸層,令甜味提升。

之前帝苑gift card有75折,諗住買定黎復活節用,點知復活節出左個一位$440 set lunch,同平時既假日鐵板燒$588一位,即已經有75折,gift card可以慳返。食物真係幾普通,正常水準。係甜品有小驚喜,配合復活節有朱古力兔兔同復活蛋,造型都相當可愛。但唔知點解個Teppura雪糕等左非常耐,見到有幾枱客唔等就走添。最後要講下Service ,雖然算係大酒店又係知名餐廳,但啲Service 無酒店級水準,啲侍應講野好硬,同普通高級餐廳差不多啦。

除了假日鐵板燒午市盛宴外,也額外柯打了近期大熱的和牛三文治。看見師傅由煎麵包開始,再慢慢烹調著佐賀和牛,過程雖然慢長,但卻是非常值得的。麵包煎得表面金黃香脆,中心仍帶軟熟,夾著煎得半熟的和牛,一口咬下,和牛入口即溶,甘香的油脂溢出,瞬間溶化了大家的心,滋味無窮。

生日怎能不找間高級餐廳吃一吃?所以生日正日就來到 Royal Garden 的四季菊日本餐廳。由於是平日,不是太多人看了看餐牌就點了海鮮套餐Veggie salad Appetizers:東京腐皮,日本磚菜,鴨胸,日本蕃茄 - 豆腐滑,磚菜口感很特別,滑潺潺的,蕃茄脹卜卜刺身:牡丹蝦爽彈,油金魚又厚又新鮮燒帶子用上燒酒來燒,好惹味很 Juicy 的三文魚,很高 omega 3,皮還是脆的南非鮑魚配龍蝦,全部啖啖肉,但這道菜就有點鹹龍蝦湯:這個湯也是比較鹹 炒野菜:因為已經食得飽飽關係,所以頓時覺得炒野菜跟平時自己在家吃的沒兩樣吃到尾聲,這個海鮮炒飯已經吃不下了飽也要吃甜品,這個像綠茶麻薯,黏韌,配上少量雜果,好吃!這個生日飯十分滿足,雖則有點貴,但謝謝 my dearest 請我食生日大餐!
