之前友人推薦過這間位於太子的蝦煲專門店,今日恰巧要去太子開會,下班便與另一位朋友去嘗嘗。一進門就看到大大的水槽,入面的蝦真的非常活潑生猛,一坐下就打開菜單,很多菜式可以選擇,單是蝦煲也有十款,店員推薦了這個港式限定避風塘蝦煲。蝦煲的蝦極大,蝦頭入面的蝦膏很多,少少辣非常暖身。之後我們點了個火焰雪山焗鮮魚,一上菜的時候師傅叫我們小心一點,原來是在沾滿白鹽的魚上灑上燃燒中的液體,形成了火焰。 畫面好看,吃起來也不錯,外皮焗了但魚肉仍然滑嫩,這個真是必食之選。最後點了油麥菜,但菜的油多了一點。友人點了青檸梳打說很不錯,我點的珍珠奶茶也挺好喝。本身想點甜品但我們已經食得太飽已經食不下甜點,店員推介原個菠蘿上的菠蘿雪葩,聽起來十分吸引,下次來一定要試一試。

另外和友人叫了個四神湯~原來係著名台灣小吃。四臣神湯是以淮山、芡實、蓮子、茯苓四味中藥,加入豬肚或豬小腸,煮成湯來食用。在台灣,為減少藥味、增進口感及成本考量,通常以薏仁來取代茯苓。餐廳都用了薏仁取代茯苓。雖然湯不是太多,但用料就好多,好多腸和豬肚。豬腸和豬肚都好淋,湯不會太大藥材味,反而有淮山,芡實等的清甜味。
