食到差唔多,主菜黎啦!黃金蝦煲,一睇就知係邪惡之物,好好味,一煲有八隻蝦,兩個人分都好夠,其實黃金蝦只係其中一種煮法,我見餐牌有好多口味可以揀,所以應該總有一款係你杯茶。話明煲上,當然係熱辣辣啦,食嘅時候真係要小心辣嘴。仲有樣嘢唔記得左講嘅,係餐廳門口其實放左個大魚缸,你入黎嘅時候應該會見到好多蝦係度遊緊水,亦標榜緊佢哋嘅用料係絕對新鮮咁話啦!食完濃味嘅招牌菜,再食返個清清地嘅油麥菜,fit 哂!

打開OpenRice 搵下太子有咩好食啦,就搵到呢間蝦棧,係食台灣嘢,見到D人推介蝦煲,好吸引!所以就同男朋友去試下喇!因為男朋友唔食得辣,所以冇得食檸檬蝦煲,我地揀左個咸蛋蝦煲,醉雞卷,生燒花螺同炒冰菜,再叫左支台灣大啤,先來啤一啤,原來台灣啤酒D味係好清,好啱女仕飲,醉雞卷味道非常清新,酒味唔太濃,仲有小小甜味,口感唔錯,之後咸蛋蝦煲到喇!D蝦其實都算細隻,賣相其實唔太吸引,男朋友食落口後um左一聲, 之後就話不得了,D咸蛋溶哂喺隻蝦入面,特別係蝦頭,加埋D蝦膏,真係勁好味,生燒花螺只係普通咁燒,但又確實幾鮮味,冰菜係第一次食,原來都幾好食,幾爽口,雖然今餐係貴左D,但我覺得係值嘅,因D嘢太好味喇!題外話,侍應服務超好!

到過台灣夜市都會看到一些賣熟食蝦的小檔,有奶油,檸檬,胡椒,椒鹽等等......今天無意之中行到花虛一帶正想晚餐吃甚麼好,就看見一間門口不怎麼起眼的店,有一個魚缸有前面,也有廣告,餐牌給路人參考,探頭一看內裡客人也不少,亦剛好有位置所以也想試一試台風晚餐廚師當晩推介了一個炸魚蛋,外層包了雲吞皮,內𥚃魚肉加了一些蝦醬再加了一份炸豆腐,這個豆腐看似平平無其,但入口不像廣東菜中炸一口豆腐的質感,因為它並不是以一般滑豆腐製成,有點像蜂巢豆腐的感覺,不過我還是欣賞本地的炸豆腐外脆內滑的口感所有蝦類都是以鑄鐵煲上,可以把溫度保持,一上枱就散出一陣胡椒香,蝦頭的膏浸入了胡椒汁,入口十分滋味,不過188一煲略嫌貴了些滷肉飯份量不少,喜歡它不會太油,可能是為了迎合香港人的口味最後怎可錯過甜品,原隻菠蘿雪芭,很清新

我同男朋友又約咗係我哋嘅中間點見面 食餐飯 揀黎揀去就揀咗呢間台式蝦煲專門店 我地bk左6點鐘開餐一入門口就見到大大個嘅魚缸裝住好多好生猛既蝦我哋一坐低望下個嘅Menu就諗住揀個蝦煲聽老闆講 胡椒 奶油 檸檬辣蝦呢3款都係用正宗台式既做法 而避風塘蝦.鹹蛋黃蝦就係用比較港式既做法 迎合港人口味最後我地揀左個奶油蝦煲 ($188) 我地落完單之後 店員係直接去個魚缸度撈d蝦入廚房煮 真係估唔到八隻大頭蝦整齊地排列係煲裏面 香氣四溢 我地就即刻興奮地開動 一反轉隻蝦就見到滿滿既蝦子 我仲以為係小店特登釀上去 點知老闆話係蝦本身有架 季節性限定 隻蝦未剝殼 我地已經係咁吮 蝦頭又有滿滿既蝦膏 真係愈食愈興奮肉質鮮甜彈牙 係夾集左奶油.牛油.蒜蓉.洋蔥等各種配料既精華 仔細d睇清楚原來大頭蝦肚入面都藏左滿滿既蝦籽醉雞卷 ($88)未放入口已經聞到濃烈既酒香 用左花雕酒 杞子等材料 肉質就較為結實辣酒煮花螺 ($138)呢味菜又係用煲上 真係有成煲咁多 份量十足 花螺隻隻鮮甜 咬落又爽又脆 仲有少少既辣酒味 食落好過癮小店有提供竹簽 等我地可以好容易咁一粒一粒挑岀黎魯肉飯 ($58)我地兩個人分
