這位置並不好找, 一到埗, 已被她門前的生猛大頭蝦吸引住. 這間臺灣小菜以蝦煲做招牌菜真是令我滿心期待. 我們一行4人, 叫了胡椒和黃金蝦煲, 說真的, 只要食材新鮮, 調味對味, 就一定好吃, 而這裡, 前者己有, 後者更做得十分出色, 不消一會兒, 我們已把蝦煲消滅得一乾二淨!!! 如果大頭蝦SIZE再大一點就更好!!另外小吃如黑白墨魚卷, 炸豬大腸, 炒椰菜, 東風螺, 椒鹽豬肋條, 臺灣香腸,全部都十分對味, 只希望份量多一點點會吃得更滿足. 因為大家意猶未盡, 叫了鹵肉飯, 蔥油拌麵和新竹米粉, 特別推介鹵肉飯和蔥油拌麵~!!價錢如果以吃臺灣菜來說, 略嫌貴了一點, 但平時食臺灣菜又沒有如此新鮮彈牙多膏的大頭蝦, 所以整體來說價錢合理~! 我下次經過花墟買花, 一定再來幫襯~!!

而當我地享受緊個炒露筍時,侍應已經為我地送上雪山焗爐魚啦!然後侍應為我地條魚點火,而條魚係鹽焗的,侍應小心亦亦將魚的皮切開,已經聞到好香既魚味,我地急不及待為條魚加少少青檸汁,用付上既辣汁點一點,更加令魚既鮮味提昇!我地完全感覺唔到有魚腥味,好食!魚燒得剛剛好,無太多水,都唔會太乾,成件事恰到好處!


祝君身壯健——<羽衣甘藍>
最後,當我地一路食魚時,羽衣甘藍亦都上菜啦。我地都係第一次食呢隻菜,非常有口感,感覺好似好多纖維咁!好清新既,食一啖魚,又食一啖羽衣甘藍,個口感同味覺同時享受緊,非常滿足!

冬天一定要暖身同滋補,位於太子嘅「蝦棧」就可以滿足晒呢兩種願望!尤其係主打嘅暖笠笠蝦煲($188/鍋),即撈300gm大頭蝦,口味超級多,有奶油、椒鹽、胡椒… …小妹最鍾意胡椒味,叫咗一煲,300gm大概有6至8隻,視乎蝦嘅大細而定,而小妹嘅呢一煲有大有細,所以只有6隻,有啲Sad,因為小妹係大頭蝦粉絲,超級鍾意食佢啲膏同啖啖肉,始終感覺份量太少。不過有啲蝦都頗大隻,而且又爆膏,食到小妹不停吮手指。另外仲有「台式黑麻油雞」($168),雞肉好嫩,麻油同酒嘅比例恰到好處,食起上嚟暖笠笠,比起食濃味雞煲更加滋補養生。仲有「樹子冰菜」($98),冰菜喺香港比較少有,要睇季節性,既然見到有就嗌咗一碟,只係估唔到用台式醃料樹子炮製咁好味。

挨年近晚我最鍾意去花墟行街買花,今日朋友帶我去附近一間台式小店食令人食指大動的蝦煲。蝦棧店小小的,位於花園街食肆林立那條街的街尾位置的地下舖。以蝦為主打,店面有很大的魚缸裝滿新鮮四圍游的羅氏蝦即我地叫的大頭蝦,菜單上蝦煲款就有十款咁多,有辣有唔辣。既然到台式店,我就揀左有廚師推介標誌富台灣特色嘅胡椒蝦煲,菜牌列明起碼有300g咁多,可能係蝦大少不一,所以用重量才決定數量多寡。在等待期間先後食左冷盤醉鷄卷,無骨啖啖肉仲酒香四溢,唔錯。個一口豆腐同港式分別頗大,雖炸得脆脆地但非金黃色,豆腐又是嫩的,而變了QQ的彈彈如魚蛋的質地,幾得意。跟住上左個邊爐我還以為是蝦煲用,但轉頭就聞到勁香的黑麻油味,就知是黑麻油鷄煲來了,鷄滑,味香ㄡ不油膩,值得推介。食到只餘細半煲鷄,主菜胡椒蝦煲到,這菜色、香、味俱佳,蝦頭一擲,金黃蝦膏急流下,搞到我急急把蝦放口中,顯得有點狼狽。羅氏蝦肉厚彈牙,膏多但蝦味較淡,好在D醬汁好嗆又濃郁彌補這一方面嘅不足。主食叫左 滷肉鮮蝦米粉,不愧台灣米粉,質滑配鮮甜上湯不油鹵肉及大蝦,好滋味。最後要提一提這裡份梳打特飲調得好好不容錯過。

黑白墨魚卷,腐皮炸得超級脆但又唔會油淋淋,個人比較鍾意黑色,可能多左墨汁,比較juicy,白色就比較乾身😊
