今日同朋友到這間吃專門吃蝦店,之前在台灣都吃過類似的,現在不用坐飛機到台灣也可吃到😍看到老闆在門口的魚缸餵蝦,而且蝦都超大隻,還有來自自加洲的爐魚都是自家養殖的。店內的座位舒適,枱面上放了一個放垃圾的筒。未吃晚飯前先去了洗手間,廁所非常乾淨,裹面還有塊精美的鏡子,而且洗手盆非常華麗。十種蝦的煮法,我們選了奶油蝦,一上枱時聞到超香,奶油味和蝦很夾,第一次吃這個煮法,令人回味無窮!而且這大頭蝦膏爆多的!吃完後服務員幫我們重新換了一套碗筷非常細心。之後到油鹽水鮮北寄貝,這北寄貝超大隻的,我連那個湯都喝了非常鮮味。之後就吃火焰雪山焗鮮魚,這可算是店內令我最難忘的一道菜,店員在上面加上火焰效果,這魚吃的時候嫩滑無比,加上那秘製醬汁,令人齒頰留香!那個樹子冰菜也是非常嫩綠新鮮的。值得一提的是珍珠奶茶的珍珠是非常軟身的,最後再配上椰子味雪糕,今餐可唯非常滿足!

呢度嘅甜品平時好少餐廳有得食,特別係我至愛嘅椰子雪糕,雪糕好硬身,正符合我對雪糕質感要求,非常濃郁嘅椰子味道,好正。

總括而言,對於好鍾意食蝦嘅我,都覺得呢度嘅大蝦烹調方式同埋味道好特別,另外其他台式食物都好有特色,所以可以不妨一試。

今日凍冰冰得10度,仲要落毛毛雨。咁凍嘅日子梗係要食翻啲暖身嘅野。行過太子日到有間用蝦到主打嘅餐廳,即刻入去叫翻個蝦煲暖下身先。一入到餐廳已經見到好大個魚缸,入面有好多蝦係到游下游下,隻隻都好生猛。我地就叫左一個避風塘蝦煲,煮嘅時候廚師係蝦背𠝹左一刀,所以剝殼比較方便。蝦嘅肉質好彈牙,食落有小小嘅辣,較多嘅係蝦嘅鮮味,炸蒜就增加左口厚。每隻蝦都好多膏,好滿足!一口炸豆腐唔係炸到好香口個睇,睇落似係滷豆腐嘅質感。表面有一啲胡椒粉,好似咬緊魚蛋,質感較有彈性。蘸上醬汁,味道變得更加豐富。香煎墨魚黑白卷個樣好似春卷,入面包左黑白兩隻色嘅墨魚蓉,每隻色有五舊。食落外層好酥脆,內層仲食到一粒粒嘅墨魚肉。生燒海花螺份量都幾多,隻隻啲肉都凸曬出黎,好方便拆肉出黎食。因為個花螺煮嘅時候無落太多調味料,所以食到螺肉嘅原汁原味,好新鮮。黑椒牛仔骨醬汁味道酸酸甜甜 帶少許辣味 醬汁可以用黎送飯 牛肉數量尚算多 配料除加入大量洋蔥外 還有少許黃椒及紅椒 讓菜式的賣相更吸引。
