話說今日同同事遲咗出發食晏, 點知附近唔少食肆都已經full…唯有行遠少少去咗東匯坊兜下睇邊間餐廳有位, 最後入咗呢間”秋嵐日本料理”。餐廳內地方企理, 座位唔算闊落,lunch menu 款式都幾多, 不過價錢偏貴, 有如dinner嘅價, 不過如果質素好都叫做可接受,order 了一個刺身飯, 一個熱食lunch set 跟前菜、沙律、蒸蛋、湯,前菜係幾條芽菜沙律就只有菜+一粒開邊蕃茄仔, 食落好寡, 少少醋都冇蒸蛋入口即化, 不過唔夠滑, 老咗D極上北海道魚生丼御膳: 呢個丼飯價錢貴, 加埋一成$180個, 有赤蝦、海膽、三文魚、三文魚子、帶子、松葉蟹肉,一望就知海膽唔新鮮, 瘀瘀黑黑, 好彩未至於臭啦。三文魚呢d平價魚都薄切, 帶子唔厚仲要開邊, 赤蝦鮮甜, 但有蝦腸; 蟹肉明顯係蟹柳撕出黎。整體感覺完全唔值!吉列黑豚御膳:吉列黑豚即炸, 外層唔油又香脆, 肉質幾嫩, 配有一個熱辣辣白飯, 不過成個set 加埋一都要一舊水, 似乎又係偏貴。

Stopped by for a simple lunch. The area has been completely revamped and reminded me of those Japanese underground streets (not those shopping mall ones but those connected to MTR stations!).Food quality in the whole was pretty nice, I particular enjoyed the Hiroshima oyster 🦪(so fresh and juicy with a lovely sweet mineral flavour!😍), the ark shell and scallop were decent too. The sea urchin was acceptable I would say, not particular sweet but at least it wasn’t bitter. Overall quality was good

同事介紹既秋嵐日本餐廳,上星期五黎到滿座,今次星期一再早d黎,就有位啦呢到環境唔算逼,不過位同位之間唔算好闊落同事食刺身丼,吞拿魚帶子刺身丼同事話刺身都好新鮮,吞拿魚係粉紅色冇腥味。帶子好厚身,亦都好新鮮我就嗌左牛肉壽喜燒鍋,有白飯跟鍋入面好足料,份量絕對夠兩個人食有好多牛肉,唔同款既菜同菇,湯底好甜另外仲有4樣前菜,有芽菜,沙律,味增湯同茶碗蒸。一個lunch set 有咁多前菜真係第一次試 以呢個價錢黎講,其實都幾抵食下次再黎食刺身!!!!

貝四品分別係赤貝、帆立貝、廣島蠔同海膽。赤貝質感清爽,而廣島蠔嘅味道鮮甜。惟帆立貝嘅質感略嫌欠缺彈性,而海膽亦唔夠新鮮。整體上明太子金槍魚丼較為出色。
The four shellfish are ark shell, scallop, Hiroshima oyster and sea urchin. The ark shell has a refreshing texture, while the Hiroshima oyster has a sweet taste. Nonetheless, the scallop and the sea urchin are not fresh as expected. Overall, the Mentaiko Tuna on sushi rice is better.
