今日同媽咪去咗灣仔一間四川菜館食晚飯-四姐川菜。其實我就唔係好食得辣,不過見媽咪想食就去陪佢試下。去到鋪頭,佢格局係私房菜餐廳格局,都幾舒服,同埋我地到果時餐廳都坐滿人,但大家傾計都唔覺好似茶樓咁嘈。孝順嘅我梗係俾媽咪發版,叫咗個2人餐,有2個涼菜:蒜泥白肉,蒜茸肚絲。加3個熱菜:泡椒田雞,干焗鱔魚片,川式鹽酥蝦。因為我嘅原因,媽咪就叫昨小辣俾我。初初以為會好辣,點知第一味蒜泥白肉黎到,又出奇地完全食到,個蒜味都好濃。第二味蒜茸肚絲呢個就唔辣嘅,d肚絲好黏韌口感好好。到第3.4味嘅泡椒田雞同川式鹽酥蝦,田雞都好嫩仲有小小瓜伴,味道辣辣地幾好食。而我最鐘意就係個蝦,真係好似即叫即炒咁,好熱辣辣,好好脆,我呢d懶人蝦殻都食埋,唔洗剝蝦,真係太好喇!最後嘅鱔,我冇食過黃膳,原來係咁嘅味,同d辣椒炒埋一齊好野味好香。最估唔到原來有個菜餸。食唔到辣都食到同都覺得好食,真係值得下次再去!

呢間四川私房菜係喺灣仔既一個大廈既樓上鋪,如果唔係朋友介紹都搵唔到呢間咁正宗既四川菜。佢晚市既收費係按人頭計算,每位$340,如果兩位既話就可以揀兩款涼菜同埋三款熱菜,如果多人啲可以揀既菜就越多。涼菜方面,我同朋友揀左招牌四川涼麵同埋夫妻肺片。四川涼麵都幾大份,上菜後,可以自己將啲醬料同麵撈埋,由於我朋友唔太食辣,所以我地冇撈哂全部醬,個辣度對於我地黎講岩岩好。夫妻肺片亦都好正宗,同喺四川食過既味道一模一樣。熱菜方面,我地點左招牌重慶水煮魚、香辣魷魚蝦同埋糖醋里脊。重慶水煮魚真係好正,落左好多配料,水煮魚好嫩滑,入面左有好煙韌既薯粉。香辣魷魚蝦係將蝦同魷魚炸左再煮,脆到連蝦殼都可以就咁食架。糖醋里脊呢個家常菜亦都整得好好。餐廳亦都會附送一碟鮮嫩既炒油麥菜。

之前有朋友介紹四姐川菜唔錯,於是就打去book試下灣仔呢間。去到樓下水牌係無1/F,唯有直接搭lift按1/F。出lift門口狀態係咁以為自己去錯左人地後欄,點知右邊木門真係大門口,果然夠隠由於book左入到去就有枱,地方唔係好大七八張枱,另一邊有包間。睇到鄰坐食客都似係附係返工嘅內地人,樓面就係得四姐一個(點解我會知,因為坐左陣咁啱有兩個內地人黎,一入就同四姐打招呼,明顯熟客)講返menu,主要按人頭$340一個,2-3人就2個涼菜,2人就3個熱食,3人就4個熱食。按下圖左下角如此類推。咁我就叫左招牌拌麵同口水雞,熱食當然點都加個水煮魚,再加個糖醋里脊同泡椒肥腸。口水雞一黎狀態就係咁招牌拌麵有四姐親自幫手水煮魚肉超嫩滑,又無骨,一煲絕對多魚肉,對得起價錢。里脊肉會比較結實肥腸腸味好濃送清菜一碟整體都好好食,由於招牌拌麵同水煮魚,必點。口水雞有d失望,不過都唔錯。而且環境舒服唔噥,遲下會再去食試下其他涼菜

可能會問,為什麼跟一般的蒜泥白肉不太一樣,但我想說他比其他的還要好吃!白肉薄切而且不肥,肉質爽口,辣油香又附上白肉,令白肉更香口,而且餐廳把蒜切得超細,吃完其實口裡一陣陣蒜頭味,真的超香!

所有套餐都會送上油麥菜,油麥菜煮得很林,而且很香蒜蓉味,連不喜歡油麥菜的M先生都讚煮得好吃,一下子就吃清光。

第一份上枱的是重慶口水雞,肉質還可以,鮮嫩肥美,呢個辣度我個人覺得還可以,辣油同醬汁完美混和在肉質之中,作為一個前菜,非常開胃。

酸菜魚
點酸菜魚之前,我剛好看到旁邊的客人在吃水煮魚,水煮魚味道好香,可是我覺得太多紅油類了,所以決定點酸菜魚。我個人覺得酸菜魚好好味,酸酸辣辣是另一個層次,魚肉很大塊,兩個人一齊食很滿足,大啖大啖都是魚肉,正!

蒜蓉油麥菜
食完兩款涼菜三款熱菜,最後還有一份蒜蓉油麥菜,油麥菜並不油膩,清清淡淡,為晚餐劃上完美的句號。

個人認為四姐私房菜的CP值還可以,下次可以考慮帶家人來試試。

1. 餐廳闊,空間大,坐得舒服。
2. 氣氛給人隨意寫意既感覺,食飯食得輕鬆自在。
3. 味道可以按返個人喜好選擇小中大辣。
4. 四川涼麵。味道有輕微既麻味。食到好開胃。涼麵清爽彈牙既口感同輕微麻辣味混合一齊,個味道係令人想越食越多。
5. 重慶口水雞。同平時食既味道唔同。呢個口水雞既香料味道重啲,香啲。係食過最正宗既口水雞。味道好食過出邊普通既口水雞。
6. 酸菜魚。酸菜既味道好吸引。又係一道越食越想食既菜。魚肉煮得超級滑。味道唔辣,所以可以食好多好多,整得真係高質。
7. 糖醋里脊。豬肉炸左好香。口感脆同爽。加埋酸甜汁。口感有層次。
8. 三鮮鍋巴。第一次食呢個川菜。炸左既米通點汁,加埋菜一齊食。米通香脆,當個汁整到米通有少少霖時,口感好好。吸左汁既米通特別甜。入邊有魷魚,餐肉,菜。口感好豐富。
9. 清炒時菜可以解一解辣,黎得及時。普通清炒菜都咁好味。呢間既小菜真係整得唔錯,高質數。
10. 飲杯茶慢慢食咁多既小菜,滿足又溫馨。
整體黎講係我食過最好味既川菜。
