這裏的燜鍋,全部都是席前即煮。落柯打後,店員會捧出一個紅噹噹花瓶,當着人客面前下油、下蔬菜、放肉、加醬……完成大約十多分鐘,就有得食。燜鍋的份量,足夠3至4人分享。意猶未盡,還可以加雞湯另點生料,以打邊爐延續。

巴莎魚是一種淡水魚(我也是google才知道),為無鱗魚類。今天是第一次吃,印象不錯哦。巴莎魚完全吸收了醬汁的味道,但口感很嫩滑。
吃完食物後,只要加點水,就可以變身成爲打邊爐,成為一物兩吃!因爲很喜歡這裡的醬汁,我們接著挑的材料都是以比較『吸味』的食材爲主,例如竹笙、凍豆腐等哦。

After steaming and cooking the pot for a while and all the ingredients are well done, we can start the feast!

What's good about this stew pot is all the ingredients could keep its original flavour and the meat also absorb the sweetness of the vegetables. Chicken meat was still tender and juicy after cooking. Shrimp is big and fresh. Pork meat is kind of like pork neck meat so it's not hard too! And since i dont eat goose intestines so i dont have any comments on it. And what i like about this pot is that there are loads of vegetables such as celery, garlic, onions and carrots, which is a very good news to non-meat lovers!

You may add additional ingredients later as well and the portion is definitely satisfying.

Overall, with such a reasonable price it is a great deal. Another good option apart from hot pot in Wan Chai from now on!

I really like the spicy source, seem like it is some kind of Hoi Sin source plus hot spice. The flavor blend well with the meats and I was hurry to eat it with a bowl of rice.
When all the sauces were dried off, the waitress asked whether we want to add water to carry on our hot pot. But I am afraid we were so full already. I will definitely come again soon!
Other Info. : The simmer pot is very nice indeed, however, the service standard can be more proactive!

糖醋排骨份量十分大!味道甜甜酸酸!十分開胃!

食物雖然普普通通,但以灣仔這一區來說這個價錢有5道菜相當吸引!大力推薦!

三汁燜鍋~嘗過了麼?之前成日返大陸做嘢,成日都見到黃記煌,大陸有成五百幾間連鎖店。因爲太多人排隊,所以成日都去唔到。今日Lunch Time經過,不如試下佢哋既Set Lunch啦,睇落去都幾大。我個日去嘅時間都早,所以唔使等。店員推介榖飼牛肉燜鍋,我嚟嘅目的就係想食燜鍋,所以直接落Order.正所謂不到長城非好漢,不吃燜鍋非食客。哇!!嚟喇!如果原個鍋一個人食唔晒。可以選擇Set Lunch 迷你鍋!呢個option真係激窩心!同埋賣相好得意!一個人食剛剛好。講返個牛肉鍋。燜完嘅牛肉好入味,同埋好嫩滑。對於一個打工仔嚟講,$58係灣仔區係可以接受的。下次一定會約埋朋友時晚餐。

呢個option真係激窩心!同埋賣相好得意!一個人食剛剛好。
講返個牛肉鍋。燜完嘅牛肉好入味,同埋好嫩滑。對於一個打工仔嚟講,$58係灣仔區係可以接受的。

下次一定會約埋朋友時晚餐。
