我見好多人都會點呢道菜,餐牌亦好標榜佢,所以,其中一道小炒就揀佢。大大碟,外觀做得幾靚仔,而啲生炒骨較大粒,好肉地。 外層炸得香脆,肉質卻咬落鬆化,每粒掛滿汁,卻唔會有多餘嘅汁漏晒晌碟底,最正喺啲汁稀杰度啱啱好,甜酸細緻,唔會有嗆喉感,果然撚手!

另一道茄子煲亦出色,送到嚟真喺煙縷四起,仲聽到滋滋聲晌,夠晒熱焫焫,此外,加入鹹魚蓉,香氣更喺四溢,都咪話唔吸引。茄子煮都好腍滑,卻無過火而「爛蓉蓉」,雞粒嫩滑惹味,所以,就算一道平常嘅茄子煲,都可以做出不一樣嘅效果,可謂功力加上心思。
