朋友推薦我一訪位於中環擺花街嘅星記,最初唔知其特別之處,原來係連續七年榮獲米芝蓮必比登推介,失覺了。雖然星記係一間細小的中菜館,但店員服務殷勤,人情味滿滿,試咗佢哋推介嘅椒鹽大尾魷,馳名鳳梨生炒骨。由於午市套餐包埋老火湯,店員火速送上蓮藕湯,對於呢啲長期冇住家飯食嘅我,搵番家嘅感覺!先講講椒鹽大尾魷,有別於一般鮮魷,大尾魷價格偏高,質感彈牙,食得出係新鮮貨,聽店員講食材係每朝拎貨,再加上唔死鹹嘅椒鹽,薄薄的脆槳,真係好好味!另一道推介菜式馳名鳳梨生炒骨,粉槳唔厚身,個醬汁酸酸甜甜恰到好處,豬肉肥瘦適中,一啲都唔鞋!小棠菜炒上海年糕就正常啦!朋友叫咗欖菜肉鬆炒涼瓜,我唔好涼瓜都試咗啖,都可以接受呀!黑椒荷蘭豆龍鬚絲粉絲煲,惹味之餘,粉絲乾濕度適中。成餐飯以一碗紅棗雪耳糖水做結尾,住家菜感覺番曬嚟呢!

另一道推介菜式馳名鳳梨生炒骨,粉槳唔厚身,個醬汁酸酸甜甜恰到好處,豬肉肥瘦適中,一啲都唔鞋!
小棠菜炒上海年糕就正常啦!朋友叫咗欖菜肉鬆炒涼瓜,我唔好涼瓜都試咗啖,都可以接受呀!黑椒荷蘭豆龍鬚絲粉絲煲,惹味之餘,粉絲乾濕度適中。成餐飯以一碗紅棗雪耳糖水做結尾,住家菜感覺番曬嚟呢!

喺日本旅行返嚟,平時有癮食日本菜都減少咗。平日放工不如搵吓中菜,行到上擺花街三叉口,1號廣場上樓搭電梯有間星記海鮮飯店。飯店比一般酒樓細,但都有廿零張枱。平日晚上七點已經滿座,裝潢新淨,有啲仲高端嘅感覺。先嚟個青紅蘿蔔老火湯,唔覺有味精有足夠豬骨味。差不多每台都有燉湯或老火湯,見到隔籬枱有杏汁花膠豬肺湯非常足料。食中餐我通常order屋企少煮嘅餸菜,例如菠蘿咕嚕肉,炸野出街食方便啲。咕嚕肉剛剛一口唔會太大件,有新鮮豬肉香味。椒鹽鮮魷係要讚,粉漿薄薄的,魷魚肉都有五毫米嘅厚度。這碟係最快清。輝哥煎鹹雞賣上,雖然冇錢兩碟咁靚,識落都好有爆炒鑊氣。之後輝哥仲喺廚房出嚟同某啲食客打招呼。

星記一向係中環都好出名, 同朋友做完野夜晚想食餐好嘅, 就揀左呢一間餐廳啦。

首先叫左個西洋菜蜜棗生魚煲豬骨湯, 個湯好濃郁又健康, 仲會俾番成碗煲湯料俾你, 真係幾唔錯。

飲完湯之後第一個菜係椒鹽百福豆腐, 豆腐炸到啱啱好, 外脆內嫩, 加上椒鹽味同埋清爽嘅醬汁, 做前菜啱啱好。

而個馳名鳳梨生炒骨係驚人地好食, 豬肉味好香, 個醬嘅酸甜味又夠balance, 忍味住食完一件又一件。星記小炒皇亦比一般大排檔出色, 蝦球爽彈有口感, 韭菜炒得好香口, 加埋d 果仁真係可以送成碗飯。

最後嘅輝哥煎鹹雞亦都好出色, 半隻雞份量好多, 外皮煎走曬d 雞油, 但係肉質依然嫩滑, 微微鹹味加上蒜味真係好出色, 冇諗過呢度所有嘅小菜都咁好食。

今日下晝同同事出去食lunch 最鍾意食中菜嘅我 捉咗同事陪我去食星記喺繁忙嘅工作入面叉叉電午市有好多款小菜揀 仲有炒粉麵飯不過我就最鍾意食小菜千挑萬選 最後都係揀咗生炒骨同埋鹹魚雞粒茄子煲本身都會送例湯 正常水準 唔會好重味精 咁已經好好㗎喇先講菠蘿咕嚕肉好明顯佢係有二炸因為只有二炸過嘅咕嚕肉先可以一直維持脆口喺呢度去食到最後一舊都仲係脆嘅👍🏼另外鹹魚雞粒茄子煲我都諗咗好耐先叫 因為啲茄子通常都好油膩 油浸嗰種 好似好唔健康 但最後都係揀咗點知嚟到又唔係喎睇得出佢啲茄子係烚咗先炒 當然可能有啲人覺得冇咁惹味 但我反而覺得好好心理上食得好安樂 因為如果係生炒嘅茄子煲 基本上成條茄子都係用油浸熟 係好香口呀 不過都食咗好多油落肚但佢呢度唔係 有驚喜🤩最後食晒飯仲有糖水送添係紅棗杞子燉雪耳 好潤 冬天飲啱晒 加分!
