今日經過,見到呢間米芝蓮推介嘅酒樓,想去試吓門口有少少難搵,上到嚟仲有見到好大個招牌,好有以前舊式香港風味嘅感覺午市嘅小菜款式都算多,價錢就一般 湯嘅款式就唔會一日都唔一樣,都係老火湯,而且寫明冇味精,係住家老火湯喎今日係西洋菜湯,果然冇味精,純天然材料,西洋菜味好濃,好夠火喉魚香茄子煲,份量都幾大,送飯食就最啱啦。最特別係茄子煲唔係用豬肉碎,係用雞粒炒香,除咗茄子之外,仲有雞粒食添滑蛋蝦仁炒叉燒:火候十足,滑蛋鮮嫩,蝦仁又係新鮮嘅,加上大大嚿叉燒,炒埋一齊,每啖都有叉燒香味。份量都幾大下,兩個人未必食得晒兩個餸姐姐好好人,見我哋第一碗湯飲晒,但未食完飯,主動話幫我哋添湯飯後甜品去雪耳紅棗燉龍眼:清甜潤肺,好好飲。

一年又就嚟完喇,每年我哋屋企人都會出去食團年飯,由於屋企人鍾意食中菜,所以每年都係揀茶樓黎食,今年睇到呢間星記海鮮飯店,所以一早已經book咗枱,不過我嚟嘅時候唔係正日,所以餐廳都唔係特別多人,但係好多都係家庭客黎。一入到餐廳,見到餐廳寫住米芝蓮推介,先至知道原來餐廳係拎過米芝蓮一星嘅,我同屋企人叫咗三個小菜,分別係呢度嘅鳳梨馳名生炒骨,星記小炒王, 同埋椒鹽大尾魷👍 呢度既生炒骨真係唔錯,粉薄肉多,炸得唔會太過火,而且菠蘿嘅酸甜剛剛好,另外,生炒骨唔會太淋,食到真係啱啱炸出嚟嘅😍食下食下,覺得唔係好夠食,所以另外叫咗鹹雞半隻,咸雞都好值得推介,咸雞一上到嚟就聞到好香嘅蒜頭味,因為雞一係用咗香蔥同埋蒜蓉一齊炒,另外雖然係得半份,但係份量係冇手軟到㗎,一食落去鮮雞味好出,果然侍應冇介紹錯。最後要介紹一下呢度嘅湯,呢個係湯水每日都唔同,嗰日咁啱就係蓮藕章魚老火湯,啱曬全家一齊飲,蓮藕粉中帶爽,另外我哋叫咗一煲,呢度係叫做例牌,分量真係唔少,都夠我哋四個人每人飲兩碗,另外,仲有啲湯渣食下🥰🥰

同樣非常家常嘅一道菜,雞件以蒜頭同香蔥炒香,鍋氣十足。

煎咸雞用咗大量蔥蒜起鑊香到爆,話明煎咸雞當然係有鹹香味,我好鍾意佢夠入味得黎咸淡啱啱好,空口食都唔會太咸。 生煎嘅雞肉完全唔會乾,水潤嫩滑,重點係非常乾爽,夾起完全冇油,好健康。

去中環搵朋友食個快飯,佢話呢間係佢新嘅飯堂,原來係米芝蓮推介嘅中菜館。午市有$88套餐包例湯,一個餸,一碗飯同埋糖水。見佢係馳名凰梨生炒骨就叫黎試下,同埋一個臘腸粒扒菜苗。馳名凰梨生炒骨: 上菜嘅時候已經覺得好有鑊氣,佢唔似平時出邊酒樓食開嘅生炒骨,通常嗰啲會好多汁係隻碟到,但係呢一個夾起嚟嘅時候會見到一絲絲嘅。雖然冇乜汁,但係每一粒都係啱啱好,而且新鮮炸起,豬肉亦揀得好好,唔會話特別多骨,肥瘦剛剛好絕對值得一讚。凰梨亦都唔覺得係平時食開嘅罐頭菠蘿。臘腸粒扒菜苗: 份量好多,而且菜苗都夠兩個人食。上面嘅臘腸粒芡汁臘腸粒唔會吝嗇,加埋菜苗啱啱好。呢個會較濃味,所以配埋飯啱啱好!甜品: 冰糖蓮子紅棗雪耳,啱啱入冬夠晒潤,雖然只係酒樓嘅糖水,但係每一碗佢都俾足哂料!總結:呢度坐得舒服,雖然係酒樓,但係地方乾淨,而且所有侍應都好好禮貌。我哋平日嚟,大概一點過少少,已經見到全場滿座啦。中環以呢個價錢有咁嘅質素絕對值得嚟!有機會再試埋佢嗰晚市先!

馳名凰梨生炒骨: 上菜嘅時候已經覺得好有鑊氣,佢唔似平時出邊酒樓食開嘅生炒骨,通常嗰啲會好多汁係隻碟到,但係呢一個夾起嚟嘅時候會見到一絲絲嘅。雖然冇乜汁,但係每一粒都係啱啱好,而且新鮮炸起,豬肉亦揀得好好,唔會話特別多骨,肥瘦剛剛好絕對值得一讚。凰梨亦都唔覺得係平時食開嘅罐頭菠蘿。


臘腸粒扒菜苗: 份量好多,而且菜苗都夠兩個人食。上面嘅臘腸粒芡汁臘腸粒唔會吝嗇,加埋菜苗啱啱好。呢個會較濃味,所以配埋飯啱啱好!


甜品: 冰糖蓮子紅棗雪耳,啱啱入冬夠晒潤,雖然只係酒樓糖水,但係每一碗佢都俾足哂料!


總結:呢度坐得舒服,雖然係酒樓,但係地方乾淨,而且所有侍應都好好禮貌。我哋平日嚟,大概一點過少少,已經見到全場滿座啦。中環以呢個價錢有咁嘅質素絕對值得嚟!有機會再試埋佢嗰晚市先!

以前喺灣仔經常食星記午餐,原來而家只係得返中環店,念念不忘當時留下嘅美好印象,今晚同朋友嚟回味下。椒鹽大尾魷可以話係我人生食過最厚嘅炸鮮魷,厚肉得黎好彈牙,鮮味好濃,粉漿仲要超薄但都做到甘香酥脆,三兩下就同朋友搶住食晒,必食。鹹蛋蒸鮮肉餅真係做到名副其實,並唔係普通嘅蒸肉餅,好明顯咁食到肉嘅鮮味香甜。 平時呢啲家常菜都食得多,我鍾意師傅好有心機咁將成隻鹹蛋黃平鋪喺肉餅上面,連鹹蛋白都融入左係肉餅,蛋黃起沙,完全滿足到我對鹹蛋嘅慾望。小炒王好多時因為韭菜花夠香,其他配料普通都已經好食,但呢度完全刷新左我對小炒王嘅要求同想像,每一款配料都做到極致咁好食,夾埋一齊真係無懈可擊。 尤其鍾意炸白飯魚酥脆唔過火,脆得黎仲感覺到白飯魚嘅質感,食到尾都依然咁脆。 當中無論海鮮定乾貨質素都好好,包括蝦仁、鮮魷、蝦乾,用料比起屋企不計成本咁煮更加靚,真心物超所值。
