點解疫情之下幾個串燒師傅都可以唔戴口罩?!?!凍肉擺曬上bar枱,亂糟糟,極不雅觀🙈 坐bar枱等如對住一堆凍肉+冇戴口罩的師傅🤦🏻🙊🤦🏻 見到bar枱上放調味料的盤鋪咗塵,落order用的筆沾滿味粉,都幾影響食欲🙊大部份串燒都過鹹,食完成晚都極口渴。還好生啤買一送一。叫咗個生蝦,但食晒熱食最後先到,蝦肉唔爽,唔夠新鮮。又俾食評呃咗,竟然一個負評都冇🤷🏻🤷🏻🤷🏻原來要寫夠200字先可以評分,怪不得冇負評……

由於我們上一輪halloween訂的餐廳過於令人失望而且食極唔飽,我們掃興而離開,隨便找了一間樓上的居酒屋打算吃些東西。幸運的是偶然來到這間燒烤堂,大家好像沒吃過東西一樣點了好多食物  每一樣食物都好好味,我們一行8個人應該點了20多-30樣,幾乎大半個menu都試過! 很開心能夠在偶然找到這家不論在裝修、食物、氣氛都很像日本居酒屋的餐廳,感覺就像在東京和朋友食飯一樣。論食物質素和價錢,港多很多這類居酒屋,有些主打中高級環境食材,有些主打地道,不論什麼類型,這間餐廳的競爭力絕對不低,難怪在平日夜晚10點多都仍然滿座。不會逐樣食物論了,每一樣質素都不錯,而且價錢便宜,埋單每人花費200+。

一直係燒烤堂嘅忠實粉絲,由紅磡店一直食到銅鑼灣店。青檸梳打,非常大杯,原個青檸,相當醒神解渴。柚子梳打同樣大杯醒神。每次必點的檸蜜牛油包。麵包烤得香脆,表面搽滿蜜糖,新鮮檸檬汁帶來酸甜味,中間還有芝士夾心,配上邪惡牛油,永遠不會令人失望。燒茄子蒜香味超濃郁,吃過很多家燒茄子,還是覺得燒烤堂的最出色,總是吃得一點不剩。泰式燒豬頸肉邊位燒得微脆有焦香,配上自家製泰式醬汁,欲罷不能。燒雞皮我認為來燒烤堂一定要吃燒雞皮,脆得像薯片一樣,燒脆雞皮需要很多的時間,在別家絕對吃不到同樣出色的。蒜燒廣島蠔廣島蠔非常肥美,肉嘟嘟的非常飽滿叫了一個鰻魚炒飯填一填飽肚子。最後叫了烤芝士年糕作甜品沾上煉奶同吃,完美結束。

銅鑼灣登龍街已經是食街,各式各樣的食肆林立,今晚就約了朋友吃串燒,聊聊天。焦糖鰻魚芝士玉子燒創意燒物,厚厚的玉子包裹著鰻魚塊和著芝士,芝士被燒得半溶,配合玉子的嫩滑和鰻魚的油香,外層更有焦糖的淡甜脆,創意驚喜。椒鹽燒阿波羅尾七里香看見名字完全冇厘頭,於是問店員才知道是燒雞串,於是叫了2串,雞肉嫩滑焦香。鹽燒赤雞頸肉生烤雞頸肉,簡簡單單用鹽燒就能帶出鮮雞尾。泰式豬頸肉燒烤過程中的豬頸肉油脂減少,油脂甘香,配上酸酸甜甜的泰醬,更是惹味。鹽燒牛舌腩我最喜歡的厚切牛脷,牛舌軟嫩爽口沒有渣,燒烤後的牛舌牛味更出。燒軟骨免治雞肉棒燒軟骨脆口混和免治雞肉,兩種口感一軟一脆,口感豐富。椒鹽燒雞軟骨脆脆雞軟骨用上椒鹽燒烤,惹味。牛油芝士焗露筍露筍燒烤過軟身多汁,加上半溶芝士和牛油的香味,真是欲罷不能。檸蜜牛油包牛油包已經香脆,加上檸蜜甜甜地,不太喜歡吃麵包的我也吃了一塊。昆布湯稻庭烏冬吃了這麼多的肉類燒烤,最後也需要一碗熱烏冬嚟為今晚的晚餐劃上句號。

買一送一Sapporo啤酒。第一讚。麻辣拍葉有啲辣,太咸。可以不叫。烤雞翼,不錯吃。我每逢食串燒必叫之物,無論喺香港,台灣,日本都是必叫。呢間嘅雞翼中規中矩,不錯。勝在夠平,叫多幾串送酒不錯。雞皮不錯燒雞皮,夠特別。唔係平時常見好似鵝腸形一串咁。係一大塊。一個字夠脆。適中,必叫之選。牛舌不錯牛舌,亦是我平時必叫之物。這間店將牛舌分開不同部位,不同價錢賣,稍維離譜。一般日本中價串燒都會一串齊哂不同部位。如果你只叫平嘢,當然會貴過佢依家咁。銀杏,夠軟,不錯。雞肝正常尤魚餅可以不叫。
