在銅鑼灣鬧市要找一間上乘的日式餐廳似乎好不容易,輾轉給我找到這一間裝修賣相已經很吸引的居酒屋!我們又是早過營業時間到達!我們被安排到一個小廂房坐下,自成一角,光是優質的座位已經令我們胃口大開!居酒屋主菜當然是beerビール🍻!還買一送一!不可不叫!要喝酒當然需要佐酒小吃,我們點了鹽燒赤雞頸肉串,汁燒大帆立貝,椒鹽燒原塊雞皮,汁燒自家軟骨免治雞肉棒,燒軟骨免治付月見雞肉棒,椒鹽燒雞軟骨,椒鹽燒墨魚咀,海苔黑豚肉鵪鶉蛋等等,當中雞皮和雞肉棒更吃了一客再來一客呢!所有串燒都十分好吃,唯獨泰式豬頸肉較為遜色,還是不及泰國餐廳整得那般香脆入味。最後當然要叫來昆布湯稻庭烏冬作結,這個清湯湯底絕對可以令稻庭烏冬吃起來更爽更滑!

Happy to find a skewer place that we will come back again! Service wasn’t fast as there were limited staff, but they were trying to be as attentive as possible. Food was great, esp the grilled oysters and tomato salad. Portion isn’t big for the price we pay, hopefully they could improve on this. Overall we had a great night outing.

Happy to find a skewer place that we will come back again! Service wasn’t fast as there were limited staff, but they were trying to be as attentive as possible. Food was great, esp the grilled oysters and tomato salad. Portion isn’t big for the price we pay, hopefully they could improve on this. Overall we had a great night outing.

最後一道菜係腐皮餃子。話說我呢個朋友超鍾意食腐皮,但腐皮餃子就真係第一次聽。我哋原本以為呢種餃同平時食開個啲水餃好似,但估唔到原來佢係煎餃嚟㗎喎!煎到香噴噴嘅腐皮,包住餣得夠哂入味嘅肉碎,冬菇同馬蹄粒,非常有嚼頭!朋友食完之後,都忍唔住大讚甘香彈牙呀!


食咗咁多道菜之後,我同朋友都捧住個大肚腩離開。
