周六傍晚提前了半个小时来排队,终于吃上尖沙咀人气最高的泰式大排档。·开在这地段,性价比还是可以的,虽然食材一般,好在调味在线,有不少在香港其他泰国菜餐厅中没见过的菜式,整体来说还是值得。·服务态度不错,环境也很泰,不过人家只开晚市,且用餐时间卡得很严。如果不能赶在第一批进去,大概率排队1h起步,冲不冲看个人吧。·【醉猫炒河】名字听起来像下酒菜,其实就是泰式炒河粉,不过用的是宽河粉,薄而弹韧,轻松挂上肉碎和酱汁。·鱼露和辣椒组成咸甜微辣的滋味合奏,还加入了不少蔬菜,颜色丰富的同时质地还干干爽爽,基本是桌桌必点的主食。·【烧牛肉】牛肉烧至半熟,口感烟韧多汁,浓郁的肉味混合着脂肪香气充盈着口腔,份量也不少。·【酥炸皮蛋虾饼】感觉像苏格兰蛋的泰式版本hhh,皮蛋外圈裹了厚厚一层虾饼,金黄酥韧,毫无违和感,搭配甜辣酱,皮蛋本身奇特的味道都不突出了。·【泰式椰汁鸡汤】冬阴功汤在泰餐中的代表性太强,在我看来盖过了椰汁鸡汤的好。尤其在寒意逐渐浓重的冬夜,一碗在小锅中煮得微微冒泡的椰汁鸡汤下肚,温暖瞬间具像化了。·冬阴功是种直爽的酸辣,椰汁鸡汤则是又奶又飒,结实的鸡腿肉、柔嫩的菌菇、好像怎么舀也捞不完的香料……温柔与鲜辣打通了味型屏障,煲出一锅食材丰盛的大融合,椰奶再多点就更好了。·【芒果糯米饭】【飞天通菜】这俩都是正常出品。 continue reading

呢間餐廳收藏左一段時間,但礙於小店無得BOOK枱之餘,仲要晚上6點先開門,加上好多人都話要排好耐,所以遲遲未有去試🙉。適蓬平日星期四早收工,5點55分到達店外排隊,但由於朋友未到,所以未能成為第一批食客。最終朋友嚟到,剛好有位,6點40分可以入座。目測店內可容納38位客人,某D座位較為寬敞。每枱必點之一---醉貓炒河$88即叫即炒,快速上枱!! 配料有洋蔥、青紅椒、蛋碎、車厘茄、金不換、肉碎,辣度我覺得微小辣。聞落鑊氣香,不過食落香氣一般, 我自己就覺得呢個炒粉一般 ,而且好油🙉, 不過男友就話幾好食。人氣推介-----燒牛肉$138牛肉份量唔算少,呢個價錢嚟講好抵食,我地一致認為係全餐最好味嘅食物,如果再嚟都一定會再點佢!!😋 牛肉粉嫩、軟熟、多汁,外層微微焦香,淡淡嘅牛味,唔沾醬汁已經好夠味,最適合配白飯或者酒😏串燒拼盤$158/12串其實另外仲有款得雞豬共6串嘅拼盤,不過男友想食雞軟骨,所以點左12串。豬、雞、雞軟骨、腸仔,每款各三串。當中雞肉最軟滑、豬肉調味最好,帶點肉嘅雞軟骨亦唔錯。但我個人覺得似港式串燒多過泰式😅,本身有腸仔已經好港式,再加上串燒嘅蜜糖甜味特出,而旁邊嘅沙嗲醬亦太甜、而無花生香,同我心目中嘅泰菜有D出入。小店無加一,三款食物合共$384。小店提供信用卡或八達通付款方式。比大家做個參考,小店當日6點15分先滿座,而我地7點半離場,門口依然大排長龍。 continue reading

人氣泰國餐廳果然係夠晒人氣,六點幾已經打排長龍,雖然排隊時間長,但都值門票價。不論餐廳環境同裝修都好高質,成個感覺好似去咗泰國街頭食野咁。女友無介紹錯,叻叻!我哋點咗燒牛肉,上菜速度尚可。炒河夠鑊氣,味道香辣,但我唔太食得辣下感覺略嫌太辣,食完有啲焗促。燒牛肉份量好足夠,牛肉都炒得好香,帶有少少蜜蜂焦香,加埋泰式辣醬就令牛肉更加惹味。整體成餐飯性價比都好好,可惜既係只開夜晚,午餐想嚟食都無。 今次只同女朋友嚟無得叫太多野試,下次約朋友聚會嚟呢間都係唔錯既選擇,可以叫多啲野Share~ continue reading
