I came to Taihang for another reason, which is thanks to Sonned Cad. Their coffee tastes amazing, with the last time I tried their Honduras Masaguara Sherry cold brew being particularly delicious. SonneCAD acquires these Honduras beans that have a taste similar to Sherry whisky. Finca Mocha is known for soaking the beans in a recycled sherry cask and fermenting them at a low temperature for 30-40 days after the washing process. The beans are then dried and stored in a cool, dark place, resulting in a strong whisky aroma, rich body, and sweetness. This time, I tried the ice hand drip version, which was still good, but I wondered if the cold brew tasted even better.

I was completely surprised by SonneCAD's Ethiopia Guji AnaSora G1, also known as White Peach Oolong Tea 2.0. This coffee is something they take pride in producing, using the Stronghold roaster from Korea.

The coffee is processed using the enzyme-washing method, which brings out impressive white peach notes. It is now my favorite coffee.

☞ 呢隻係咖啡師推薦新手入門嘅一款,而且都係好多人選擇嘅一款,呢隻咖啡除咗本身酵素水洗帶出咗佢獨特嘅白桃香氣,再經過三重熱能嘅技術,經過攝氏超過450度高溫焠練出一支帶出一種如港式奶茶般嘅香氣咖啡;而我一聞嘅時候,的確係好重白桃烏龍嘅氣味,跟住飲落好易入口,而且飲到中間帶少少酸味,去到最後仲有少少回甘,真係唔錯。

其實一入來,小店都已經瀰漫着陣陣清幽的咖啡味,香濃而不刺鼻!擁有嗅覺的享受之餘更可以近距離欣賞咖啡師即場沖調咖啡的功架,利落純熟的手勢有如看了一場咖啡show


小店樓高兩層,下層有咖啡師泡煮咖啡的吧枱和幾張簡單的枱櫈!2樓設計休閒簡單亦不失格調,以幾組紙枱櫈和木製的傢俬,配以牆上的紙板掛畫真的有一種優哉游哉的感覺 我特愛那塊用咖啡畫成的彩虹掛畫布確實十分有特色!


話明係一間咖啡體驗店,你來完之後你一定會有一番好深嘅感受,同埋上咗一堂好寶貴嘅咖啡文化課一樣, 小店入面嘅咖啡豆都係由店主喺世界各地搜羅嘅冠軍級咖啡豆再自家烘焙, 當你冇咩頭緒要飲咩口味嘅咖啡嘅時候, 店員就好似個咖啡導賞專員咁, 拎出個iPad出來,好有耐心咁同你介紹每一種唔同類別的咖啡豆,例如豆嘅產地,氣候,種植過程,同埋佢哋嘅獨特味道等等,客人都可以根據自己嘅喜好而選擇所喜歡的咖啡 

其實成個咖啡體驗過程真係好獨特,品嚐咖啡之前,店員會以一個小小嘅玻璃杯裝起咖啡渣,讓客人先聞一聞咖啡渣嘅氣味,讓你的嗅覺記憶先來一點衝擊;沖好嘅咖啡會放入去個玻璃樽,用玻璃樽來做器皿,係因為咖啡係玻璃樽入面可以減低咖啡同空氣接觸和溫度的改變,這樣就可以保持最正宗嘅咖啡味,亦可以透過玻璃樽而令客人可以真正睇到咖啡嘅色澤;其實成個咖啡品嚐過程,我覺得店主都會照顧客人嘅視覺嗅覺味覺嘅享受,務求可以讓客人Step-by-step去體驗每一道咖啡真正的味道

來自洪都拉斯嘅咖啡豆是店家花香系列咖啡豆☕嘅其中之一,亦都係較受歡迎的其中一款,這個洪都拉斯咖啡豆會試到Whisky🥃和朱古力🍫的味道,第一啖會有微微的酒香,回甘有一種淡淡的可可味,還有由於呢一個咖啡豆其實係放入雪梨酒桶發酵過的,所以除咗有優雅嘅花香之餘,微酸得來亦有一種飽滿的甜度,醇香又有層次


🔮Colombia Café Granja la Esperanza (By CGLE)
來自哥倫比亞希望莊園生產嘅其中一種超高品質咖啡豆,店主已拍賣競投嘅方式,投得這道曾獲獎無數的咖啡豆!這是一種偏fruity的咖啡豆☕,聞落有一種果香,睇番資料原來咖啡豆是與黑莓,蔓越莓,榛果,橘皮等一同發酵,第一口飲落去略酸,但後續厚醇莓果的香味會隨隨冒出,;奇妙的是,飲到後面,咖啡已放涼了一些,咖啡的味道又有不同,果香味更出,更像一點果茶香,微酸甘醇帶點清新的咖啡香,確實很特別 


這次咖啡體驗之旅確實令我對咖啡文化有另一種更深嘅體會!慢活在大坑,來個悠閒的下午放空或週末的me time refresh,感受一下咖啡的真正義意確實也是一種享受!

假日當然要嘆番杯咖啡,慢活一下⛱去到大坑,即刻比呢個門口吸引住上網一睇,原來係由戰前唐樓改建😱而咖啡亦都可以揀自家烘焙既咖啡或者店主亦都有喺世界唔同地方搜羅唔同咖啡豆今次揀咗哥倫比亞咖啡豆🫘飲落第一口覺得原來咖啡係可以咁唔同😆飲落嘅咖啡都有機會有加奶加糖但係今次飲嘅咖啡係完全冇任何添加仲要係店主即時沖調而二樓上嘅環境都非常之清幽有養寵物嘅各位,呢間咖啡店係寵物友善可以帶埋屋企嘅寵物一齊嚟陪你嘆咖啡🤣順便陪你打埋卡🥰
