For the starter, I chose the tartare di manzo piemontese. The beef tartare was amazing - it melted-in-my-mouth and had a great balance of flavors from the piemontese sauce. Main dishes came after, one of them was Prosciutto e bufala. The salty flavor of the Parma ham pairs perfectly with the creamy texture of the mozzarella and the nutty flavor of the parmesan. The rocket salad at the top was fresh, while the tomato sauce has a bright tangy taste.

今晚收工同同事去中環搵嘢食,我哋經過地鐵站附近,見到有一間叫Spiga嘅意大利菜,睇餐牌應該都好好食,所以就想去試吓。餐廳真係好有氣氛,睇個裝修就知道非常高級,再加上燈光嘅效果,令到成間餐廳都好有格調。同其他西餐廳一樣,首先麵包係唔少得㗎,我哋叫咗三個主菜,包括有羊架,龍蝦同埋三文魚。首先講吓個羊架,因為佢係即刻整嘅,所以需要一啲時間,可以早啲叫咗先。羊架比一般其他餐廳食到嘅厚身,而且比較柔嫩,食落去充滿濃郁羊嘅味道,但唔係羶味,應該係羊仔肉。食落口就已經知道食材嘅質素,一般其他西餐廳根本無辦法比較。然後再講下個龍蝦,爽口之餘,亦都大大件,醬汁同埋海鮮嘅配搭非常之配合,可以食得出唔係擺左好耐嘅海鮮,應該係活生生拎去煮。另外到三文魚啦,都係非常之新鮮嘅食材。好嫩滑。我哋另外亦都叫多咗一個Pizza, Pizza嘅份量都比較大,可以足夠三至四個人食。喺Pizza上面嘅火腿,豬味好濃郁。最後到咗甜品呀,我哋都叫咗一個Tiramisu,仲有一個cheese cake 。佢同傳統嘅Tiramisu 唔一樣,外面有一層脆嘅白朱古力,再包住入邊嘅芝士,然後仲有底餅,令你食落去嘅口感完全唔同,好特別。

芝士蛋糕亦都係非常之好食,入口即溶,用了非常之高級,亦都好有心思,賣相非常之好。
