我地掛住傾計,其中一邊燒得耐得濟,面頭有少少焦黑,不過切落去都唔會太熟。呢舊西冷牛扒較我平時食的厚實,不過好易切開,同埋食落又唔會好韌。另外肉味頗濃,燒左一段時間都有肉汁。

因為我唔中意食太熟的牛扒,所以我見燒到差唔多就將牛扒切粒,然後放入碗中。仍然好熱的石板就放回取餐處😂😂😂

試左少少男朋友的磊牛扒,我覺得磊牛扒比西冷少左d牛肉的香味,同埋可能燒的時間較長,所以硬身少少。


另外,我個人比較喜歡沾照燒汁,因為我覺得照燒汁的甜味能令牛肉味道更豐富。不過男朋友就覺得配少少辣的黑椒汁反而更惹味。😂

第二次嚟食啦!又係咁多人,証明都好多人鍾意食牛。鍾意得,就梗係要去"牛專家" 的地方食。一入去就見到自助點餐機啦,清晰易點!原來牆身有介紹牛的唔同部位。取了自助點餐,白飯,麵豉湯,沙律,飲品,餐具都是自助形式。醬料就放在眼前,樽身乾淨,要幾多唧幾多。依然最愛牛肩肉,因為少筋位,肉質夠嫩,味道鮮!300gm的份量都唔少,大大舊!我將牛肩肉切開一粒粒去燒,感覺燒極都仲有呢,哈哈!加上黑椒燒,好香好惹味!一口牛,一啖飯!正!仲要有三種飲品揀:洛神花山楂茶,菊花茶及綠茶。山楂茶帶酸,開胃之選。菊花茶清熱氣,食石板燒飲冰凍菊花茶啱洒!
