如常經過西洋菜南街見到有間新開鋪頭大排長龍,梗係去八卦吓啦 原來係食石板牛既!見到都流哂口水 排就排啦三款牛既部位,牛肩、牛扒、西冷,每款有200g, 300g, 400g,先係點餐機(見下圖)點餐同俾錢,之後搵位坐,等食醬料有粉紅岩鹽,黑椒仲有黑椒汁同照燒汁牛肩肉 300g $110牛外面係熟上,裏面係生既。自己想用石板煎熟牛扒,想幾成熟都得!個人就覺得切件煎好,方便食呀ma燒肉既香,肉質結實得黎有口感 簡單黑椒同黑椒汁仲惹味牛扒200g味道我覺得牛扒好食過牛肩肉,口味既野各人不同啦。但係兩款都好食既總結,7點去排足20分鐘先食到 可想而知有幾多人食啦!鍾意自己落手落腳煎牛嘅朋友唔好錯過啦

老公選的是磊牛扒,樣子跟我選的不大差別。切開發現,這個是比牛肩肉多了一條筋。老公說這款牛扒質感不太淋,咬落比較有口感,亦有很多肉汁,不韌。他也只是灑了一些海鹽,他比較喜歡較簡單的吃法,覺得好好食。

白飯是任添的,入口軟熟。牛扒太好味,配飯吃最好。我們沒有拿沙律及麵豉湯,免得浪費。

這間餐廳對牛魔王來說,真是很好,又飽又好食。地點及交通都很方便,吃完想逛街又可以,回家又可以,總之下次都會記得它。
