🍣 We were then treated to a delightful trio of fresh sashimi, each piece bursting with flavors that delighted our taste buds. The seasonal specialty, crispy fried horsehead fish, added a delightful crunch to the experience.

🥩 The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the sukiyaki. We savored cuts of A4 wagyu beef, including the mouthwatering ribeye, tender sirloin, and succulent shoulder slices. The chef’s expertise shone as they introduced each cut, sharing their unique characteristics and ensuring we appreciated the nuances of the beef.

🥬 To balance the richness, the chef prepared a selection of Japanese vegetables between each beef course, offering a refreshing and palate-cleansing interlude.

🍚 And who could forget the heavenly chicken and egg rice? The essence of sukiyaki sauce transformed into a velvety, smooth egg coating, lovingly drizzled over tender chicken and fragrant rice. It was a comforting and satisfying delight.

🎨 What truly touched our hearts were the delightful drawings on the dish, crafted by the talented staff. As we celebrated our 5th anniversary, they surprised us with these artistic creations, making our evening even more special and unforgettable. We also love the green tea shaved ice dessert.
