想用完各款冷盤前菜之後,師傅開始為我們烹調各款蔬菜配搭和牛。和牛一共分為肉眼、西冷以及牛肩脊,順序由肥至瘦,肉味由淡到濃的次序享用。第一款的肉眼以及第二款烹調的西冷,配蘭王蛋。最後煮的牛肩,則配搭雲朵風無菌蛋。中間餐廳有無限提供日本飯以及加插各款日本野菜以及蒟蒻麵以解膩。和牛雪花滿滿,油脂感極豐盈,基本上吃至中後段已經是全飽狀態。還好末段的滑蛋蓋飯份量不是太多加上蛋漿很惹味,所以剛好能全享用。
