今晚老細請食🧧開年飯,例牌嚟呢間鴻星因爲覺得服務好喔😝!第一道菜梗係發財好市,發菜都夠我地每人一小撮食攞個👍🏻好意頭,蠔鼓都好大隻;之前嘅酥炸蟹鉗🦀真係炸得好酥脆,一咬個炸皮就散晒,每個人都食得好論盡,不過蟹味🦀就真係食唔到喇;再嚟就係冬菇瑤柱燴花膠,冬菇好軟身好入味,花膠就好有咬口;跟住就係清蒸龍躉🐟,條魚真係蒸得啱啱好,啲肉好嫩滑;終於嚟到我最愛😍嘅西芹合桃炒帶子,今次啲帶子冇咩鮮味,反而合桃炒完都好脆口加返啲分;最後當然上甜品紅棗糕,呢道菜已經好少係酒樓見到,或者係我唔留意,每次食都覺得佢嚟得太遲,因為佢唔太甜亦好重紅棗味,好軟身但唔黏口,不過食到最後只可以勉勉強強食到一件咋😭!

以前喜歡帶屋企人去,因為有得book枱;嘢食都好味;雖然不算熟客;但如果去家人飲茶;佢係首選。裝修後第一次去;但感覺不同了,首先門囗那位reception態度麻麻地;book咗枱去到話執緊檯都唔緊要;要我地大大小小到門口等;執好又唔出去通知。好彩D侍應態度幾好攞返分。但點心質數比以前差咗;但價錢又貴咗。覺得物非所值

前陣子鴻星裝修, 今日經過見到新面貌, 不知食物水準有否提升?只有兩口子食飯, 吃不了太多餸菜, 最後點了個龍蝦伊麵跟蜂蜜叉燒。叉燒賣相非常吸引! 不過味道就難食是因為有陣豬'除´味湧出來! 肉質不軟, 有點韌。 百多元一碟叉燒, 怎可能比街市的燒味檔差!? 真的非常難食! 但畢竟也不便宜, 所以也只好硬著頭皮吃光。他還說我邊吃邊黑面, 當然啊!一心想食美味叉燒, 但難食還要勉強自己, 心情不壞才怪。龍蝦伊麵就比較正常, 上湯烹煮不會太膩, 味道不錯! 份量上基本一個人也可以吃光整碟。龍蝦不是大隻那種, 肉不是太多, 還好肉質尚算彈牙, 且帶點鮮甜, 還不錯吧! 不過被那個豬'除´叉燒嚇怕, 加上價格亦頗貴, 埋單差不多500元, 但就只有兩個菜, 個人覺得不太抵食, 今次之後, 都不會再來了!

難食是因為有陣豬'除´味湧出來! 肉質不軟, 有點韌。 百多元一碟叉燒, 怎可能比街市的燒味檔差!? 真的非常難食! 但畢竟也不便宜, 所以也只好硬著頭皮吃光。
他還說我邊吃邊黑面, 當然啊!一心想食美味叉燒, 但難食還要勉強自己, 心情不壞才怪。

龍蝦伊麵就比較正常, 上湯烹煮不會太膩, 味道不錯! 份量上基本一個人也可以吃光整碟。

龍蝦不是大隻那種, 肉不是太多, 還好肉質尚算彈牙, 且帶點鮮甜, 還不錯吧!

不過被那個豬'除´叉燒嚇怕, 加上價格亦頗貴, 埋單差不多500元, 但就只有兩個菜, 個人覺得不太抵食, 今次之後, 都不會再來了!

之前常到這裡飲茶,昨天是裝修完後第一次。之前雙熟的知客不見了,有舊人企在知客岡位,但無招呼我,自己搵位坐,好多空枱。點心款式少了很多,我嫣媽喜愛的粥、腸粉、煎糕和煲仔飯全都欠奉,我感覚點心全是中央廚房預制的。但味道還是不錯。價錢也加了一成有多!由於點心選擇少,暫時都不會再來了。順帶一提,上次在這裡吃晚飯,感覺是太多油特别是其中一味抽皮蒸排骨。

點心選擇同以往差不多,少了砂窩飯(我奶奶至愛),變成蒸飯。最奇怪是我們想叫鮮蝦蒸腸粉,服務員告知是沒有拉腸粉😦,最後我們叫了其他點心。

我們亦叫了蟹子燒賣皇及豉汁排骨蒸陳村粉。兩者比較,陳村粉做得更出色,排骨又稔又滑,陳村粉亦好薄,加咗豉汁,十分惹味。燒賣亦有鮮蝦,蝦肉與豬肉比例勻稱,味道OK。可惜我地掛著食而忘記影相。☺️☺️


最後食麻沙滋(似擂沙湯丸)作甜品,可惜這個甜品不太合格。這個甜品賣相美,用黑色石板上,但一咬落,發覺湯丸皮太厚兼唔熱,完全沒有那種暖暖窩心的感覺。雖然裡面的黑芝麻蓉做得唔錯,少少甜及充滿芝麻香,但彌補不了外皮厚實的缺點。

新年食開年飯,最怕只能夠食套餐。所以年初五這裡還有不少點心選擇,真的很好!↑狗年新年有特別的點心~我們點了2份「金蠔狗仔包」🐶其實1份有2個,桌子太小不夠位的關係,我們把它們放在一起↑薯仔炒牛柳粒看著不錯!↑必需一讚當日的炸點心做得很好!上菜是脆的!雖然新年人流多,但不會預先炸起~↑另外炒腸粉也值得一提!腸粉皮夠薄但不會黏在一起,輕輕炒過而帶點焦香味,再撈豉油,好食!↑菜餃的餃皮稍嫌有點厚,而且太軟,一夾就爛了。其他點心就跟平常差不多,新年繁忙時間能保持一貫水準,算是不錯👍🏻

↑菜餃的餃皮稍嫌有點厚,而且太軟,一夾就爛了。其他點心就跟平常差不多,新年繁忙時間能保持一貫水準,算是不錯👍🏻

所謂不時不食,在不同季節,這酒樓均有不同的以蟹為主打的招牌菜式推出。但這次蟹卻居次席而成贈品,主角卻是古都烤鴨。整體菜餚碟頭份量不大,我們10人吃的是12人飱,但卻僅可夠飽,若是12人一定不夠吃!再者烤鴨太瘦太乾欠肥美!而生炒糯米飯則太濕和「淋」,可能糯米浸或蒸的時間太長,可說乏善足陳!相反,免費隨宴附贈的阿拉斯加蟹卻獨領風騷:)替此席挽回積分!蟹味肥美鮮甜,凍食更能存其菁華,若有清酒佐膳,更為美事。不過,單是這蟹已值回票價了!

到左秋天,又係食蟹嘅季節,雖然今年大閘蟹被封殺,但都無阻我食蟹嘅興致! 今次去食鴻星的古都烤鴨宴,但重點係佢個餐入面隻阿拉斯加蟹!首先上的係古都烤鴨,以北京填鴨的方法去食,呢隻鴨雖然細隻D,但都皮薄餡正,鴨的油份剛剛好!另外就細呢個一鴨兩吃,用鴨肉煲湯,味道雖然淡D,但呢個季節最需要湯水滋潤一下!主角到! 呢隻蟹好大隻! 雖然已經凍左,但蟹肉非常鮮美,而且好多肉,好似成條大蟹柳咁!啖啖肉!鮮甜多汁!唯一真係整左好耐,等成半個鐘先有得食! 隻後都有其他海鮮,味道都唔錯,但無特別驚喜!
