今日來到這間人氣星馬菜餐廳!餐廳裝修企理。環境舒服,有格調,而且座位算闊落。餐廳使用電子下單方式,侍應態度有禮親切,而且上菜及收碟速度快!醬油三寶+油飯(餐)雜冬瓜湯 $93醬油雞醃得很入味,可以不會點任何醬汁來吃,雞肉十分嫩滑。豬手都很嫩滑,滷水蛋都很好吃!配以清甜冬瓜湯!湯入面有雞雜,雞雜沒有異味、爽口。巴東牛肉配江魚椰漿飯 $85椰漿飯配上軟腍的巴東牛肉,當中有一大片的蝦片、魚乾、花生及滷水蛋。巴東牛肉好腍身及入味,分量不少。椰漿飯椰香味濃郁,配埋鹹香的魚乾及花生,口感豐富。參巴辣醬通菜 $42 (套餐加購$21)分量算多,馬來西亞的參巴醬與蝦醬一齊炒通菜,少少辣,鹹香惹味。Susan雞翼(三隻) $44 (套餐加購$22)原來是三大隻雞全翼!醃得入味!炸到香脆可口,雞翼保持到肉汁!咖吔油條配薄荷朱古力雪糕 $38是創意十足的甜品!外熱內凍,外脆內軟,配上薄荷雪糕吃,一冷一熱好特別,而薄荷雪糕與咖央醬好滋味!開心果椰子奶昔 $32奶昔以開心果和椰子做主角,口感滑順,開心果濃郁,與椰絲及椰子味配合!整體很有層次。 continue reading

之前去長沙灣食嘢已經經過呢間好想試,於是的起心肝約去食,唔約真係唔會去呢頭。雪糕班蘭奶茶雪糕係椰子味,不咗一嚿嚟食幾好食,不過班蘭奶茶就飲唔出斑蘭味,一杯淡啲嘅奶茶咁。咖央多士嚟到見到個牛油勁厚,好震驚!不過咬落原來剩係得半塊近切面嗰邊嘅牛油,但食到尾其實個量都夠,太多就太油膩太滯,但係斑蘭味就比較弱,主要都係食到鮮油多味。新鮮熱食都係好味嘅!辣醬玻璃魷魚通菜估唔到幾好食,少少辣味道豐富,而且跟餐加錢嗌都唔孤寒,好大碗。海南雞喇沙喇沙湯底唔錯,湯夠熱,油麵米粉各一半,又有豆卜又有魚蛋幾豐富!不過真係要趁快食,啲湯比麵吸收得好快。但海南雞就弱啲,以雞嚟講唔差,但就食唔出海南風味,有啲似白切雞,個海南雞辣醬都普通。椰子雞煲湯好清甜超好飲,忍唔住飲咗好多碗,椰肉亦爽滑。不過雞就真係冇乜味,完全要靠豉油去帶出味道,不過個豉油加咗辣椒青檸沙薑點出黎個味都唔錯,只係本身期望會有多啲椰味唔需要靠晒醬汁。跟雞煲個油飯都唔錯,其實都唔清楚呢種算唔算油飯,因為佢感覺完全唔油,同細個食啲飯嘅味道都唔同,比較乾身同埋重香料味,但係好食嘅。 continue reading

今天到長沙灣看完電影後,正值下午茶時間,我們選擇了「蘇山雞飯」作為用餐地點,位置寬敞、人流不多。這次我們點了兩款餐點:海南雞飯和海鮮喇沙😋👍🏻海南雞飯表現出色,雞肉嫩滑多汁,份量充足,配搭三種醬料——辣椒醬、薑蓉和甜醬油,每一種都別具風味,提升整體層次感。然而,略感遺憾的是飯不太熱,稍稍影響了口感 🙈另一款餐點——海鮮喇沙,同樣表現不俗。湯底濃郁,椰香與辛辣平衡得宜,不會過於刺激。海鮮配料方面,包括魚蛋、魚片、大蝦和青口,分量適中。喇沙的麵條轉了老鼠粉,吸收了湯底 🍜♨️此外,餐廳提供的熱檸檬薏米水作為免費附加飲品,既暖胃又清新🍋。我們還特意加了$12點了牛油果椰子奶昔,口感香滑,椰香濃郁且帶一絲牛油果的細膩,作為甜品飲品非常滿足 🍵總結來說,「蘇山雞飯」的出品值得一試,尤其是南洋菜式,以人均$60 - 70,非常抵食 🤭🤭 continue reading
