Shortly after we finished our steamed egg, the sushi chef began preparing our 12 sushi. They served us 麥金鯛, 牡丹蝦, 伊左目, 北寄貝, 墨魚, 帆立貝, 池魚, 三文魚籽, 赤海膽, 深海池魚, 鰤魚 and 野生拖羅.

As their sushi were all imported from Japan, thus their sushi were fresh in taste. Some of the sushi were added with green lime, thus it helped to bring out the freshness of the sushi and was refreshing. Salmon roe and sea urchin seaweed were flavourful, while their scallop, squid and prawns were very fresh.

自己食物方面,我哋叫咗一個有20款式嘅Menu,有好多唔同種類嘅魚生同埋壽司,我自己好深刻印象嘅係呢一款拖羅!因為平時識到嘅拖羅同呢度嘅真係好唔同,呢個拖羅嘅油脂味道好濃郁!而且真係入口即溶嘅感覺,一擺入口嘅油脂味就知道係靚嘅魚生!❤️❤️

午市廚師發辦分別有前菜沙律、茶碗蒸、十二件壽司、味噌湯同甜品或咖啡。

蕃茄沙律及茶碗蒸
凍蕃茄去皮後配上醒胃醬汁,加上蔥花同生蒜茸,味道酸酸地非常開胃。

帆立貝口感甜美而且有Creamy嘅感覺,肉質細嫩清甜爽滑。

金目鯛
金目鯛來自日本伊豆或四國等地,盛產期為12-2月。
金目鯛油脂分泌均衡,肉質偏彈牙,魚肉味偏濃,配上鮮海帶絲令魚口層次感提升。

深海池魚
池魚來自九州長崎縣,盛產期為5-9月。
池魚肉質非常結實爽口,而且味道濃烈而帶有淡淡油香。

三文魚籽
三文魚籽非常出色,完全冇任何腥味非常新鮮。而且每粒魚籽外皮香甜、脆身且帶有類似酒味嘅清香。


鰤魚
鰤魚來自日本東海及九州沿海一帶,盛產期為12-1月。
經師傅火炙後逼出咗魚肉嘅油脂,入口味道偏酸。

馬糞海膽
馬糞膽來自北海道,四季盛產。
絕對係令我瘋狂嘅另一道壽司,海膽味非常濃郁,鮮甜幼滑而且入口即溶,有如食緊海洋味嘅忌廉一樣!

野生拖羅
野生拖羅主要產地來自北海道,盛產期11-2月。
非常高質嘅拖羅,因為係野生嘅關係,所以佢地會喺海入面有較多嘅運動量,由而魚肉同油脂分佈平均。拖羅幾乎入口即溶,再而慢慢滲出油脂香味以及魚肉嘅鮮味。

味噌湯
細粒嘅蔥花可見師傅精緻嘅刀功。


靜岡蜜瓜
以一片香甜清新嘅靜岡蜜瓜作結,大滿足!
