生蟹🦀:刺身蟹真係第一次食,起初都不敢試但本著不時不食的心,嚐了一口,何奇鮮甜無比,蟹黃蟹膏鮮美無比,非常濃厚,而蟹肉量十足,富有彈性讓人回味不已。

生燒鰻魚飯:高質,就是要趁熱吃!香脆嘅魚皮,鰻魚肉由分飽滿甘香,淋上日本直送鰻魚燒汁味林醬油味香濃,一啖接一啖,幸好細細碗,唔好咁快餐爆肚😎

大蜆清湯:入門級別,暖暖胃,蜆肉大大粒,就係要食佢原身的鮮甜,蜆含豐富鐵質,補血效用有助維持新陳代謝,整體湯頭不放太多調味料務求可以食到蜆的鮮味。

太刀魚天婦羅配龍蝦汁:太刀魚油脂比例豐富,肉質細嫩柔軟味道和口感最佳,非常適合油炸做天婦羅起嚟甜鹹濃郁回味無窮。沾上龍蝦汁,提鮮!

北海道海膽:日本海膽體積比加拿大海膽要細,但一底的海膽好賞心悅目,顏色偏墨綠,食落口感奶滑而濃郁,入口即溶!

兵庫縣室津蠔🦪:肉顏色偏奶白,肉質爽口,蠔身小巧,海水味唔太重,鹹甜適中,滿滿蠔的鮮甜。

千葉縣地金木鯛:肉質Q嫩,食落比較清淡,刺小肥美,全新鮮紅色,口感豐腴。

日熟成深海池魚:熟成可以將如來纖維分解成天然糖分和谷胺酸鹽,提升魚的鮮味,肉質會變得結實,如果配合紫菜是何等美味。

臨近母親節,諗住帶從來未食過omakase嘅呀媽好好咁慶祝一下。點知換來一餐三千幾蚊不知所謂,極度失望嘅晚餐體驗!從來冇寫過食評嘅我都忍唔住要帶一篇文,可恨嘅係我唔可以留多幾個負皮🤬!我哋係第二枱客人到達,師傅第一時間就整咗一粒Wasabi,侍應就斟咗啲豉油俾我哋先。呢個位其實我已經有啲疑惑,因為之前食開嘅omakase不嬲已經係飯團調晒味🤔但係接下來嗰幾個菜式完美解釋咗點解要自行調味。。。我阿媽不嬲都已經食得清淡,但呢間餐廳嘅菜式係冇味,係完全冇味呀🤯!呢個時候已經開始有啲失望,但接住落嚟嘅事簡直令我哋心情跌落谷底🥲。坐低食咗30-45分鐘後,又入咗一台客,都係由我哋師傅負責。呢個時候我哋已經食咗幾個菜式,師傅一心不能二用,完全掌握唔到出菜式嘅時間。佢不斷出菜俾新客,而我哋食完一碟就要等成15-20分鐘先可以有下一碟食!諷刺嘅係,因為有一枱客生日所以不斷請各位師傅飲酒。咁師傅呢就不斷行嚟行去,呢頭飲下酒~嗰頭整吓嘢食比新客~雲遊完太空之後先記得整件壽司俾我哋食🙂!隔離遲過我哋到嘅另一枱客,食嘅速度早已超越我哋!隔咗半個世紀之後,我哋同新客嘅出菜進度終於一致,但呢個時候食龍肉都冇味啦!

如是者我哋食咗將近三個鐘,一心想快啲結束呢個一個地獄體驗。但呢個時候成餐飯進入咗高潮,亦都係最荒謬離譜嘅位。就係因為夜晚10點堂食限聚令,所以我哋俾人趕呀,飯都未食完嫁大佬,俾人趕出門口呀🤯!眼見隔離枱客食多我哋幾件壽司,條氣真係好唔順!

成餐飯真係好不可思議地荒謬,最荒謬嘅係俾咗咁貴嘅價錢一心諗住好好慶祝母親節,換來嘅係食到一肚氣!越寫越嬲,餐飯嘅體驗仲係歷歷在目🤬。成間餐廳不論係食物,服務定師傅質素都完全不值得一提👎🏻!

早2個月預先book左星期六lunch,期待很久,果然冇令人失望!準時12:00到達,舖頭啱啱開門。入面環境闊落、舒服,一行幾人都叫左$650位嘅lunch omakase (加一後每位$715)。每一道菜都好喜歡,有12款壽司、3款刺身、茶碗蒸、麵豉湯同甜品。其中最印象深刻係(i)右口魚刺身同燒裙邊、(ii)海膽杯、(iii)油金魚壽司配上柚子碎、(iv)剝皮魚壽司(壽司飯內有魚肝,正到不得了!)一定會再來,師傅有傾有講,態度非常好,presentation亦一流!性價比高,期待下次光臨。
