Omakase 聽就聽得多,但平時見個價錢咁貴,都唔捨得食。今日係屋企人生日,所以特登帶佢嚟試下Omakase。係Openrice 見到食評同環境好似幾ok咁,所以就book 咗位了。果然無令我失望,就咁睇門面已經好有日本feel。我哋坐bar枱,可以睇到師傅嘅手藝,真係非常之厲害!我哋嗌咗鰤魚腩、生蠔、海膽 、鰹魚刺身同中拖羅。個海膽壽司真係好難忘,勁鮮甜軟滑,我應該可以食到一大板。原來係拍賣級海膽,唔怪之得咁好味,仲一啲腥味都無喎。屋企人食得好開心,仲話一定會再嚟!

有朋友住元朗,係我生日約我去元朗,話要帶我去食omakase。我地來到呢間餐廳,我知道呢間餐廳開業唔係好耐,餐廳所選腱既食材每日由日本漁市場空運直送到港,保證食材新鮮。原來餐廳採用全預約制,所有一定要先預約。餐廳整體設計簡約,給人舒適感覺。海膽(拍賣級海膽):我好鍾意食海膽,但好怕係香港食,因為怕食到唔好味既。呢度既海膽入 口即溶,而且非常鮮甜。剝皮魚加魚肝醬:我未食過剝皮魚刺生,估唔到甘好食,加上魚肝醬,味道濃郁又特別。三文魚子海膽飯:呢個不得了,海膽和飯撈均,再加上鮮甜既三文魚子,一口食落,整個口腔充滿鮮味和甜味。香箱蟹:有蟹膏、蟹肉和蟹子,蟹味十足,鍾意食蟹又怕麻煩既朋友,好鍾意呢個一口就可以食晒一隻蟹既香箱蟹。

雖然筋子望落去同三文魚籽有啲相似,但大粒好多,咬落去更有口感

Omakase 以前大多數係D 高級地段,好似中環,銅鑼灣,尖沙咀呢D黃金地段因為食一餐價錢都唔平架,起碼四位數起跳不過近年大家對飲食要求都提升左,Omakase 越開越多 家下連元朗都有開啦~舍利鮨呢間位於元朗的日式餐廳,價錢屬於Omakase 的親民價. LUNCH SET 3位數就搞掂餐廳標明食材標明由日本漁市場每日直送好多人以為Omakase 只係廚司發板,其實真正的Omaskase 係要不時不食廚司會根據季節,時令,當造的海鮮而推出不同的菜式俾客人架~就好似家下冬天當造的就係呢D 白子白子講緊既係魚的精囊,每年由10月尾至翌年3月最肥美而家下1月當然係最頂級架雖然白子聽落有D怪怪的,但上網搵過佢既資料,原來白子含有豐富的蛋白質、而維生素B有助於推動新陳代謝,促進蛋白質和脂質的轉化和吸收,鉀則有調節心臟和肌肉功能的作用。所以被日本人奉為補身極品。至於口感嘛,入口係滑滑的,無根無渣,類似豆腐的質感,因為食材好新鮮,完全無想像中的腥味,反而有淡淡的鮮甜味~ 而另一個日本直送的,要數呢個海膽北海道富美丸海膽有留意開的朋友都知北海道富美丸的海膽品質超高的,今日呢板海膽更係拍賣級別既第五

平時食鮑魚,大家都只會食中心既部份
但原來淨番個舊黑媽媽的野 (鮑魚內臟) ,可以做成鮑魚肝醬 (過程我當然唔識啦~XD) 
估唔到平時掉棄的食物,經由師傳調製後,會變成另一種面貌和味道
(感覺有D似份子料理咁~XD) 
鮑魚肝醬比想像中易入口好多,亦無想像中既苦澀味
配上鮑魚食,味道又幾新奇喎~

又一貝殼類~ 爽口鮮甜唔韌~
