銅鑼灣一向都出名多高質餐廳,特別 V-Point好多知名食府都進駐呢個地方。今次就同同事特登去入面 高級日本料理食Lunch。鮨蕾 Sushi Tsubomi可以飽覽維港海景,再配合室內裝潢感覺相當舒適時尚,而Lunch餐牌亦有多款選擇,當中包括有Omakase或其他日式料理。兩個set都係有更前菜、麵豉湯、雪糕、飲品。同埋而家如果download返佢個Apps就有95折優惠薰‧刺身壽司定食賣相相當吸引,當中有2款刺身、3款壽司以及A4和牛烏冬。整體刺身相當新鮮,而且佢嘅拖羅都好有驚喜,肥美之餘唔會有根。熟成拖羅壽司個人就非常欣賞,因為呢個係師傅 招牌菜,用咗10日去自家腌製拖羅,令到味道更濃郁,而且已經把筋溶化,出色。玉子外貌相當似海綿蛋糕,但係無用麵粉整的。質感食落去相當綿密軟熟,且帶點咸香味。和牛烏冬更是今日的推介,和牛甘白軟綿,入口即溶,配上滑溜嘅烏冬真是一食難忘。滑強豬扒丼吉列豬扒份量都幾多,豬扒亦唔會好厚粉,又唔會好多肥膏,而珍珠米吸晒啲滑蛋汁,成個飯都好好食,最重要滑蛋真係好滑。

這是我在openrice第一個食評,同時亦是一個負評。原本慶祝生日,來這裡吃廚師發板。但是鄰台食客可能是某員工的朋友,他們一起喝酒發出聲浪令我以為到了吉野家。但問題不是聲浪,而是某員工帶她的朋友外出太平門吸煙,他們回來時的煙味令人作嘔。說回食物,因聲浪加煙味已令我吃不出開頭數樣的味道。最後我們放棄有夜景的台,避開某員工和她的食客朋友到了一個bar台。大廚用心制作壽司令我很感動,亦吃到食物的美味。若果你鍾意潛在吉野家加煙味廚師發板。這裡便是了。4星是給大廚精心制作的壽司。其餘1星主要是給某員工。

昨晚去了慶祝吃了餐omakase,雖然不是我付錢仍然要替老公銀包心痛。不過,由環境、服務、到食物都實在令人滿意,偶爾花費一下也是一種享受。這𥚃除了有一個漂亮的夜景,裝飾走的不是傳統日式,而很型格、現代路線。兩個人,想試多點所以選了一個楓一個堇餐,店員又會問需不需要替我們切開生蠔,準備好所以餐具讓我們share,超級細心。首先上了小食是自家制的炸蕃薯片,很薄很脆,而且一點也不油,一下子我們便吃清光了。前菜分別有醬汁枝豆、水菜腐皮、冬菇配魔芋、山芋。刺身款式兩個餐有點不同,堇餐有五樣但楓餐只有兩款。所以我們吃了很多不同種類的刺身:有池魚、拖羅、蝦、帶子等等。最震撼當然是拖羅配海膽,入口即溶,先是嚐到海膽的甜,隨之而來滿口都是拖羅那種油香。生蠔也令人興奮,超大的一隻,不算是很creamy那種,反而很有咬口,很易入口。其他全部都有很高水準,每一樣都讓人有驚喜。兩個餐的熱食有點不同,吃了個日本冬瓜煮茄子配蟹肉湯汁、用上特調醬汁的燒銀鱈魚、炸物天婦羅。兩個人share最好,又可試多點款式。而且其實堇餐十分抵吃,多二三百元但份量多很多,我一個人吃應該會過飽。壽司(堇餐會多一件)令我最印象深刻的是瀨尿

壽司(堇餐會多一件)令我最印象深刻的是瀨尿蝦及熟成拖羅!瀬尿蝦壽司是第一次吃,肉質結實,亦加了點特製醬汁。熟成拖羅好像是弄了五日,連筋也化開了,味道十分濃郁連豉油也不用,很特別!

伊佐木師傅話係夏天必食,食落去肉質爽口,好難形容嘅好味🤩

香港好多omakasa都係得個名,今次朋友介紹,就黎試下銅鑼灣呢間日本餐廳啦!我地叫左「楓」同「堇」兩個套餐,分別係$850同$1150!小食同前菜都無咩特別🤭 我地仲擔心係咪中伏但係刺身一上,我地就知無黎錯喇~唔單止擺盤好靚,而且材料好新鮮,特別係拖羅同海膽,鮮味係口腔爆發,回味無窮👍🏻熟食既表現都好出色,特別推介油甘魚,魚油超豐富,而且好香口惹味!到全晚我最鍾意既壽司,其實壽司飯要整得好,真係好考廚師功力,呢到既壽司飯岩岩好,配上鮮味魚生,真係好好味啊🤭🤭最後用超甜超多汁既蜜瓜作結!水準真係拍得住日本,唔使特登飛去日本都食到高質omakasa👍🏻

最近日本野真係令人人心惶惶,因為好怕刺身有蟲。但對於女人來講,日本野又不可不食,哈哈。所以我同朋友今晚就選擇左一間高質啲嘅餐廳,希望質素會有啲保證。一入到黎已經好surprised,環境好奢華,感覺自己變了闊太。佢嘅前菜,係真正嘅炸薯片,好重薯仔味,好香。由於當晚朋友帶咗佢嘅小朋友,所以叫咗個滑蛋吉列豬扒飯俾佢,豬扒大件,唔會好厚粉,又唔會好多肥膏,珍珠米吸晒啲汁,成個飯都好好食。刺身,我哋當晚主要叫咗𩶘魚同拖羅,好香魚油味,但又唔會感覺肥膩,質感好新鮮。呢一個炸魚,皮炸得香脆,但魚肉依然又甜又juicy。最後一定要講一講佢嘅天婦羅,喺香港從來都未食過咁新鮮咁彈牙嘅蝦天婦羅,必食。

與朋友共三人訂了七點半枱,不過因為一點事遲了20分鐘(我是有致電餐廳講聲)到了餐廳職員都保持笑容沒有不滿意的態對我們,我們點了支大吟釀因沒有貨,職員便介紹了另一支🥃也不錯。職員亦為我們推介點了魚生剌身, 燒和牛, 海膽, 燒魚🐟同鰻魚炒飯,整體食物都新鮮美味特別是海膽,服務態度亦一流
