就算係平日,只要工作壓力大,都想好好慰勞自己。今日就去咗西灣河海邊食日本嘢。朋友一呢就叫咗兩杯生啤減減壓~我哋叫咗蘋果汁,都好適合配海鮮。首先叫嘅有特大北海道厚岸蠔,果然真係有咁上下分量,有半隻手掌咁大,而且好好肉地,唔需要調味都鹹鹹地,重海水味。然後係本鮪壽司盛,有三款唔同嘅吞拿魚,本鮪赤身吞拿魚肉質結實,中本鮪魚腩則脂肪分佈均勻,留到最後食嘅大本鮪魚腩油脂感濃厚,入口即溶,絕對係高享受。之後叫咗熱食日本花魚一夜干,言下之意,就係用鹽水浸泡、一夜風乾嘅方法醃製,唔需要點豉油都已經好入味,花魚燒得啱啱好,外脆內滑,雖然調味已經恰到好處,但係餐廳都另外準備咗碟味道偏淡嘅醬油帶出更多風味。然後嚟嘅係生燒白鱔,燒得非常之有技巧,魚皮非常之脆,同時白鱔嘅肉亦都keep到好彈牙。主食方面,我哋就叫咗海三色丼同角切海鮮丼。三文魚好新鮮,而且三文魚味突出,油甘魚就夠肥美。角切海鮮丼用料同三色當差唔多,但係別有口感,牌招牌係玉子燒嚟,食落少少甜。

鮨玥今晚放工好想行吓蘇豪區,就在這裏找到間美味的日式餐廳。餐廳不算大,氣氛都幾好,食完野還可以到海邊走走,舒服!三得利生啤味略甜,泡沫濃郁,喜歡💕唐楊日本🇯🇵池魚苗吃過不停,炸醬薄,但係足以令到整魚苗變成脆卜卜,好好味,下酒一流。池魚王刺身師傅切得厚薄適中,魚片色澤亮麗,吃起來爽脆、味道濃郁。生燒白鱔外皮燒得略硬,但咬起來很香,食落魚骨脆,肉質鬆軟,入味😋特大北海道厚岸蠔真係好大隻,鮮美,好回味啊!北海丼唯一嘅缺點:太多飯。海鮮🦞好新鮮,還有我最喜歡的大蝦,帶子,而且份量好足夠,喜歡。

日本真蠔空運抵港,在和風店咱們經常吃到真蠔,但小的從來沒有深究。這雙「鮨玥」的出品雖然體積比較細少,但入口卻是鮮味十足。大概是因為大廚對食材甚有信心,故而摒棄了一貫放上香葱辣蘿蔔蓉的做法,純粹地和以日本酸汁,讓珍蠔的鮮味能極至地呈現。

刺身拼盤一客九款,三文魚、吞拿魚、油甘魚乃屬必然之選,較另類的則有白身鯛魚、墨魚及鮑魚仔醬油漬,至於貴價食材要數帆立貝、牡丹蝦與拖羅。雖然出品沒有小的至愛之海膽及三文魚籽,但拖羅與牡丹蝦亦足夠令小的滿意。刺身整體亦非常新鮮,莫以為街巷小店便不能提供優質貨色,這一帶的日本居民甚多,要成功留著客戶,食材質素絕不可欺場。

是故咱們吃到中途,「鮨玥」已然滿座,甚至能成功翻檯。在這個被譽為蘇豪東的區域,經營餐廳其實好看不好吃。與中環的蘇豪區不同,熱潮過後西灣河海濱鮮有許多的區外客。至於鯉景灣的老區民大部份都屬小康家庭,傭人天天在家燒菜弄飯,外出用餐其實未必常有。於是在夜間晚市時段,許多餐廳都是水靜蛾飛,途經放狗的人仕幾乎多過於店內用餐的食客。然而何解這一列餐館竟能在逆市堅守?大概是這兒的租金因應市況而給調低了。在晚上悠閒地逛逛海濱,經過燈飾煊麗的餐廳,感覺其實挺舒爽的。

刺身過後輪到壽司出場,由於昔才的拼盤沒有海膽,於是小的特意在壽司裡填補。除此以外還點了活赤貝壽司、火炙北海道帆立貝與及左口魚群邊。壽司是餸多飯少的品種,最合小的脾胃,而且上面的刺身魚全部都非常新鮮。海膽是甘甜的優質出品,帶子與赤貝亦是鮮味無窮,左口魚群邊魚脂豐富,適食一定要食群邊!
