蘇豪東的餐廳主要以西餐為主, 日本菜餐廳次之, 沿着海邊走走, 同一條街分別有鮨玥, 味自慢和埠. 鮨玥的裝修較為光鮮, 而且以壽司和刺身作主打較貼合我倆當時的胃口. 午市Omakase大約五百多元, 有八貫壽司及兩道前菜, 可以媲美不少港島區鮨店的午市, 反而它的七貫壽司連烏冬也只是一百八十多元, 相對而言化算得多, 魚生用料新鮮而種類還算可以, 特別欣賞赤貝的爽和甜而完全沒有餲味; 中拖羅和吞拿魚蓉顏色粉紅而吃起來油香豐富, 沒有筋膜口感也算順滑, 舍利酸度較重, 質感相對黏身, 壽司當然容易成型, 但同時也影響了飯粒和魚生在咀嚼時的結合.魚生飯價格豐儉由人, 點了較貴的北海丼, 除了在壽司吃到的魚生外, 也有海膽, 三文魚籽, 大拖羅和鮑魚, 單看魚生份量和種類就知道它不是流的. 丼飯調的味道與口感與壽司差不多, 海膽沒有腥臭而味道較柔和, 原隻鮑魚連殼賣相好看, 但口感偏韌, 而且醬汁太甜, 影響了整個丼飯的味道層次, 這就有點可惜.

慢步東區蘇豪的海旁再去找找美食,這就是我的樂趣之一,這裏的西式食物較多,日本料理店比較少,就選了這一間。天氣比較熱,先來杯三得利生啤酒,夠凍,暑氣全消,用雪魚干下酒就是配合。還多來個唐揚炸雞,雞肉嫩滑多汁,外脆內軟。脆口食物只得一個又點足夠,要多個唐揚日本池魚苗,一口一條,鹹鹹脆脆的,甘甘甜甜的,送酒一流。在日本料理店必點刺身,選了特選刺身盛,磯煮鮑魚軟身鹹鮮味濃,帶子新鮮味道甜美,中拖羅油脂適中,油金魚厚切飽滿感十足,赤蝦刺身真的多膏。當然不能缺少飯氣,特盛蔥吞拿魚腩卷,飯卷裏有滿滿的吞拿魚腩蓉,新鮮的吞拿魚就是好味道,而且非常飽肚。味道: 池魚苗令人有驚喜環境: 舒適衛生: 整潔服務: 尚可價錢: 食物跟價格成正比

普通既卷物,不過不失,牛油果,青瓜絲令卷物食落好清新,軟殼蟹唔覺一口油,帶輕微脆脆口感,可惜紫菜韌左D。

生薑燒黑豚丼

黑豚咸左DDD,一定要連飯一齊食,有肉香,飯量好足,男士都一定夠飽,鐘意食日本米既人,會好滿足。

蔥本鮪魚腩海膽丼

好足料,唔腥,加拿大海膽既量一D都唔孤寒。
入口時仲保持到偏凍溫度,證明佢地凍櫃保鮮做得好好。呢一點對刺身好重要。👍

食完個飯,唔夠喉。再叫多份100g既海膽刺身。 100g絕對有多無少。好鮮甜大滿足。

日本壽司又點少得拖羅
叫呢個本鮪壽司盛,就岩哂,試哂幾個唔同部位晚吞拿魚。
入口魚油即溶,鮮味至極。
直得一讚,個壽司飯,唔會太重調味,唔會死實,鬆軟飯團。壽司師父功架唔錯。

「牛油果軟殼蟹卷」
平時食親軟殼蟹都總係油苙苙!
所以我都唔太鍾意叫嚟食,但朋友又成日都好鍾意食

不過呢個做得好好,完全唔會油苙苙,
夠乾身又夠脆!
再加埋中間嘅牛油果🥑&青瓜造就左多重口感

同時亦多左份refreshing 嘅感覺!

「唐揚池魚苗」
炸池魚仔唔係度度都整得好食!
有啲唔處理肚位就拎去炸,就好容易有苦味~
但呢度係無苦味㗎

如果飲埋sake🍶就簡直perfecto


鯉景灣除咗食西餐之外,其實仲可以嚟食日本料理,真係值得嚟食!
