好朋友生日, 三個女仔想在假期前夕在銅鑼灣吃飯, 不想排隊又不想被趕, 唯有揀一些上樓的餐廳, 在Openrice search到呢一間, 見有很多好評就抱住不妨一試的精神訂了枱。上到去的確唔full, 只坐了6成, 沒有大排檔的感覺, 是普通西餐廳的格調。上前serve的都是兩個講英文的侍應, 看了一陣Menu都係決定叫set dinner。跟餐的mushroom soup, 很有菇味, 湯裡仍有粒粒的菇咬下三個女仔就點了豬雞魚各一Grilled Seabass味道不錯, 煎得唔太乾但香口雞肉卷加鮑魚, 雞肉很Juicy, 鮑魚...搵左好耐先見到 (只有半隻) 加上汁味道很好反而黑毛豬是失望的, 很乾也鞋口, 反而伴菜的羽衣甘籃及菠蘿很驚喜整體上食物的味道不俗, 但配菜都是一式一樣就比較無心思, 這個價錢提供這個質素僅僅合格而已

與欠未見面的朋友相聚是一件樂事,湊巧在whatsapp的相遇,朋友超忙,一刻都嫌多,只能相聚半刻……牛脷乃小人的至愛之一,用熱烘烘的麵包來焗到香噴噴,就連牛脷緊致的肉質都鬆軟下來。汁醬是日式芥末蛋黃醬,能在濃膩的牛脷包帶出一抹清新。取名大排檔乳鴿有幾大排檔不得而知,只知道此鴿留香,兩三下子已被我們焚化一空。小人其實不明白何謂橡果級的黑毛豬肉眼扒,總之是豐濃不得了,肉質又腍,超讚!普遍來說西冷較牛柳會呈教乾較硬,但這塊西冷燒得不俗,肉腍而不靭。這道羊鞍更見精彩,無骨之餘亦無羶味,極佳之品!半刻的相聚是快樂的,期待下次更開心,可以吃到跟今餐一樣的和味。😊

質素真係好高,水準,味道,服務各方面都真係做得好好而且相對價錢同質素,呢度200蚊一個lunch set絕對超值!
佢根本唔係大排檔黎,根本係高級餐廳!

食過一次之後 印象不錯係銅鑼灣shopping前提議同朋友一齊去食個lunch似曾相識的海鮮拼盤應該係同一間集團但味道仍然不錯最中意係呢個汁燒鮑魚仲有呢個偏向少少泰式感覺 酸酸甜甜好中意下次再來都會照叫海鮮拼盤又飲翻呢個蟹肉湯蟹肉照舊算多 都滿意既磨菇汁牛仔骨真.磨菇都添了分咬口牛仔骨有2大條不錯夠我食雖然係磨菇汁但一d都唔稀仲好香濃最中意既係佢有紫薯薯蓉岩曬我呢個紫薯控佢既魚真係成條上第一次見到西餐食原條魚好新鮮有趣 忍5住po左ig個汁係我中意個個汁凍檸茶最後甜品好似係焦糖燉蛋不過士多啤梨味既都幾香甜少女味

我上個星期突然間好想食下西餐,上網搵資料我比我發現到呢間,餐廳個名好特別佢係西餐不過叫自己做大排檔,真係佢想知道西餐點樣同大排檔可以配合到,把心一橫就約時間試下。上到去餐廳都係用好港式嘅裝修,不過就唔似港式大排檔咁迫夾每一個位都好空間,再睇睇餐牌見到一樣我好想食好耐嘅嘢就係「橡果級黑毛豬」,一見到已經流晒口!幾個朋友都叫唔同嘅嘢食,最後我哋就叫咗「 橡果級黑毛豬肉眼扒」,「活蜆白菌薑味米酒煮鮮蝦」。真係要讚下呢一間西餐廳上菜嘅速度,唔使20分鐘就已經開始上菜!「活蜆白菌薑味米酒煮鮮蝦」上菜嘅時間已經非常之香噴噴,個湯底好清甜,焗蕃茄味唔會太酸唔會搶晒成個湯底嘅味道應該係用雞湯煮嘅,大蜆煮得啱啱好唔會過熟非常之清甜好新鮮,大蝦煮得好入味好彈牙,白菌一咬落去就已經會喺口裏便爆湯汁,真係每一樣嘢都非常之有驚喜。主菜「 橡果級黑毛豬肉眼扒」好快就上咗菜,首先個黑毛豬,一切開就感覺到好鬆化,外皮煎到好脆口不過裏邊一啲都唔乾,食落口每一啖都好多肉汁,脂肪分布得好平均絕對唔會有一絲油膩嘅應覺,食得出一定係橡果級因為完全冇豬嘅蘇味,成塊扒好厚身口感十足,呢個黑毛豬真係人生嘅享受。西餐廳就食得多我感覺到

個湯底好清甜,焗蕃茄味唔會太酸唔會搶晒成個湯底嘅味道應該係用雞湯煮嘅,大蜆煮得啱啱好唔會過熟非常之清甜好新鮮,

西餐廳就食得多我感覺到呢一間餐廳每一樣野有材料去到烹調都係用心去做係你食嘢嘅時間,喺每一道菜嘅味道都食得出,真心推薦你鍾意食西餐嘅朋友唔好因為佢個名有大牌多三隻字就覺得佢唔係一間頂級嘅西餐廳!當
