大女期待的梳乎厘!要食得夠快。梳乎厘源自法國的, Souffle 本來的意思是「使之澎脹」。主要材料包括蛋黃及經打勻後的蛋白,烘焗到內裡的空氣澎脹,所以凍左就會縮水。味道很清,沒想像中的甜。大女很滿足,很飽。

食慾是心情,因為是慶祝,便食得開心。希望她在之後的參觀能一直保持好心情。

公司新來的同事大家一起約去吃飯,本來是很開心的事情進來之後大家坐定,一桌有9個,過了30分鐘都沒有人來點菜,一直跟對方說請服務員來幫我們點菜,但是他們都沒有人來,最後真的快要接近上班的時間所以大家都什麼東西都沒有吃就回去啦!非常失望的用餐體驗絕對不會再來了,香港最爛的餐廳就是這一家送給你。我們在餐廳沒有用到餐但是還是有喝白開水,而且有吹到冷氣所以基本的用餐體驗還是有的但是基本上我們就吃了空氣呀空氣呀

My parents and I went to CWB Pak Sha Road Tai Ping Koon with the intention to attend a Mother's Day dinner booked for 730pm . Unfortunately,  we had an ultimate threatening encounter and bad experience.

 As soon as we arrived at the entrance of the  restaurant before 730pm , the door man or male server, whoever it's named,  first of all stopped us from entering,  shouted at us saying no table for us, the restaurant is full.   My mother gently responded that we had a booking for 730pm and that particular person continued to harass us in his loud and rude tone, as if the entire restaurant had to hear.  He said, " no table,  the first batch of customers all seated, useless to wait".  My mother then asked if we could come back later for an available table, he further yelled , "nothing available whole night,  and we (TPK) normally do not take reservations, we (TPK) shouldn't have accepted your booking.  I don't understand why she (the person who answered our call earlier for reservation) took your name down for 730pm! Go go go, nothing available tonight,  can't give you tables. "

My parents and I were shocked and very disappointed.  No to mention that my parents are senior citizens, over 70 years of age.  That evening was meant for celebration of the respectable Mother's Day.  Yet,  we received the most disrespectful treatment from such a reputable Hong Kong diner. We left with indescribable distress and distrust, and dare not to set foot in this place again.

Two waiters was beside our table throughout the dinner and they were talking in mandarin. They stood around chatting more than working. I didn't expect 5 star service in Tai Ping Koon but kind of made me wonder what they are doing. Our seats was right under the AC!...it was quite cold.

We dug into the flat noodles once it was placed on the table. Sliced beef was thick and tender. The flat noodle taste like Chinese style fried beef except it was less greasy. The Flat noodle fully absorbed the Swiss sauce and the color of the flat noodle is very dark but was not salty. The soy sauce made the noodles sweet, savory and interesting flavor. Very delicious!! Majority of the flat noodles is very greasy when you reach the middle and the noodles is normally flooded with oil. Well, it didn't happen in here! No greasy and oil spots!

Wow, the chicken wing is so big. It's bigger than the normal chicken wings we normally buy from wet market. After the first bite, $176 is totally worth it. The skin was fully covered with Swiss sauce (same taste as the flat noodle). Chicken wings is tender and very delicious! Potatoes was sweet and matches well with the Swiss sauce.


My first time experience in Tai Ping Koon after SO many years is good but the AC made the food cold after 3mins on our table (which was a little disappointing).

唔知你地既童年係屬於咩味道呢? 而我既童年最開心就係同屋企人去太平館食乳鴿 瑞士雞翼同梳乎厘 ! 而今日就襯早早地仲未好多人排隊揀左呢間老牌子西餐廳 太平館 入到餐廳 個一陣懷舊味簡直係湧埋黎 無論餐具 裝潢 都係十年如一日 我都可算係由d 侍應由哥哥變到做叔叔 ! 細個總係一班屋企人食 所以就會有多d款式食 但今日呢 得兩個人所以就叫左呢個 瑞士雞翼餐! 有一個呠酒豬扒飯 瑞士雞翼 同餐飲 因為我同朋友都想食甜品所以就冇叫太多主飯 個呠酒豬扒飯既豬扒係用左麵包糠炸成既 所以食起上黎都比較脆口 再加上呠酒汁配飯 個口感都非常之豐富 而個瑞士雞翼都係保持十年如一日既味道 雞翼浸到脹卜卜 啖啖肉最後唔少得我地既重頭戲 梳乎厘 以前細個侍應哥哥會淋上冧酒再點火 但而家可能係安全問題 所以冇做到啦 但拎到出黎都仲係全場注目 因為個size都幾大下 食起上黎仲係蛋味空氣感十足 四個人share都係幾夠 童年味道唔係成日都食到 所以間唔時黎下呢度食飯都係十分之回味😋😋😋

個呠酒豬扒飯既豬扒係用左麵包糠炸成既 所以食起上黎都比較脆口 再加上呠酒汁配飯 個口感都非常之豐富 而個瑞士雞翼都係保持十年如一日既味道 雞翼浸到脹卜卜 啖啖肉


最後唔少得我地既重頭戲 梳乎厘 以前細個侍應哥哥會淋上冧酒再點火 但而家可能係安全問題 所以冇做到啦 但拎到出黎都仲係全場注目 因為個size都幾大下
食起上黎仲係蛋味空氣感十足 四個人share都係幾夠

童年味道唔係成日都食到 所以間唔時黎下呢度食飯都係十分之回味😋😋😋

太平館餐廳其實係香港老字號,分店都有幾間所以我都並非第一次光顧太平館餐廳過往曾經光顧過尖沙咀分店,而銅鑼灣分店則是首次。兩間分店之間的分別,在食物方面差異不大,而最大差別在於用餐環境尖沙咀分店明顯環境優雅得多,寧靜清幽,座位都寬敞得多而銅鑼灣分店則十分逼迫,人來人往,自由行陸客甚多,店內嘈吵混亂,格調庸俗。店內侍應雖然穿著整齊制服上菜,但細心一看為數不少的手袖污黑有跡,實在驚嚇所以如果想安全舒服用餐,建議還是移步到尖沙咀分店吧廢話講完,講返食物重點雖然銅鑼灣店環境欠佳,不過平心而言食物質素屬於高水平點了一個2人晚餐套餐前菜沙律,配菜新鮮,蝦肉飽滿爽甜清炒時蔬,賣相欠奉不過配合了煙肉炒,菜又新鮮,味道不賴主菜當然要試瑞士汁炒牛河非常出色,油份不多,但每條河粉都炒得均勻熱辣,牛肉的鬆肉粉並不過火,能夠品嚐牛肉原味肉汁太平館必點食物必不可缺大大隻瑞士汁雞翼它的瑞士汁相信獨步香港,要做到如此香甜濃郁,雞肉又嫩滑入味,暫時無出其右甜點似乎係布甸,味道頗香滑,但不清楚名堂是什麼整體而言,食物質素必定滿意,不過價錢略貴,還是尖沙咀的環境才更為值得吧

太平館餐廳其實係香港老字號,分店都有幾間
所以我都並非第一次光顧太平館餐廳
過往曾經光顧過尖沙咀分店,而銅鑼灣分店則是首次。

兩間分店之間的分別,在食物方面差異不大,而最大差別在於用餐環境
尖沙咀分店明顯環境優雅得多,寧靜清幽,座位都寬敞得多
而銅鑼灣分店則十分逼迫,人來人往,自由行陸客甚多

點完湯 就送上微暖餐包 一行6人 每人一個 開頭仲以為點幾多個湯先有幾多個包以前好討厭呢個餐包 但係當越來越小見到呢種餐包既時候就覺得佢好珍貴 男仕們 哥哥同爸爸就點左個牛尾湯 好濃味 我就覺得味道重手左少少我就未坐低既時候已經睇中左呢個燕窩雞蓉湯 我諗可以養顏 阿嫂就嗌左個海鮮湯 勁足料 有鮑魚 蟹肉 等等 入口既海鮮味一D都唔假 ! 百幾蚊一碗 絕對係交足功課!嗌左2份蝦多士 唔太油 炸粉又唔厚 多士中間仲夾左肝醬  側邊D沙律都好好食 夠多沙律醬點左個乾炒牛河 呢個就比瑞士汁少河遜色 唔會話特別好味瑞士汁炒河 係菜遠牛河既朋友 精髓係個汁 所以醬汁既比例既比較多牛舌 厚厚既牛舌 好少見 我開頭覺得就咁睇都幾難接受 不過食落又真係幾好味 唔難咬  唔同出面又UN又老燒魚 比較多骨 乳鴿係咁多道菜之中最失色 唔香 肉質較乾 巨型梳乎厘 6個人分都覺得多 好香蛋味 瑞士汁雞翼 全晚既焦點 雞翼漲卜卜 無雪味 雞肉都好滑 都加埋無敵瑞士汁

平安晚前夕,大家都想嚐試下新的餐廳來慶祝聖誕。這間餐廳內部結構是英式風格。待應十分有耐性和態度很好,我們坐的桌子很細,放了2碟菜已經很逼。我們食完,不停地叫待應收碟。他們不但沒有表現煩躁,反而問我們要不要換新碟食,他們真的很好!!這間餐廳雖然較貴,但食材十足,份量很大,所以我覺得幾抵食!鮮牛尾湯濃湯,很重牛肉味,餡料也十足。焗洋蔥湯  清淡,很重洋蔥味,餡料也十足。大蝦沙律 很少餐廳還會有這傳統沙律食,這入面有蘋果、薯仔、青瓜、大蝦、蕃茄。太平館瑞士汁炒牛河河粉炒得很干,牛肉煮得剛剛好,但太多汁了,有點鹹。太平館瑞士雞翼 8隻 我最喜歡這個,一黎瑞士汁很好味,二黎雞翼煮得好滑好軟。而且,這個有“米之蓮”之稱。太平洋焗梳乎厘這個是店內最具特色的甜品。它很巨大、柔軟、滑口、不太甜等等。這一定要同人分享,它有你的臉那麼大。(P.S. 女生們,一定要同朋友一齊食這間,1個人食一定食唔曬!)
