閒日下午茶時段有位直入老伙記招呼周到熟練直接帶我們二人坐卡位下午茶的選擇有很多,價位在$50至$70不等我們點了焗豬扒意粉和瑞士雞翼配火腿蛋炒飯焗豬扒意粉的份量一般男士吃的話可能不夠但這是下午茶呢分量當然不會太大想不到是吉列豬扒,肉不厚、說真的有少少失望意粉不是很熱、諗身合我心意、味道一般而招牌的瑞士雞翼當然不會令人失望雞肉很嫩入味,不會煮得甩皮甩骨火腿蛋炒飯亦是正常質素不斷有熟客到店見到有兩位熟客甫坐下就點了咖喱牛腩飯下次一定要試試很喜歡這種雇用老夥計的餐廳與熟客打成一片環境舒適融和吃到老香港的人情味

意粉不是很熱、諗身合我心意、味道一般
而招牌的瑞士雞翼當然不會令人失望
雞肉很嫩入味,不會煮得甩皮甩骨
火腿蛋炒飯亦是正常質素
不斷有熟客到店
見到有兩位熟客甫坐下就點了咖喱牛腩飯
下次一定要試試
很喜歡這種雇用老夥計的餐廳
與熟客打成一片
環境舒適融和

I went there to have lunch and soufflé as my mom highly recommended the soufflé. Their service is great and very attentive to my kids. However, I was very disappointed with their soufflé. Its sweetness is appropriate and has strong egg smell. But it was not fully baked when it first came out. After asking them to re-bake it, it was still raw.The interesting thing was the other waiter told us to return it once we found it raw. 前一日已訂位,故不用等位。去到時將近18:00,當時若有數張枱有人。是日點了兩個套餐:1. 乳鴿餐  HK$275  ;  2. 瑞士雞翼餐  $228兩套餐均有餐包餐包不像是來貨貨色,鬆軟、皮脆,上枱時是熱辣辣的。乳鴿餐中,可選沙律或燕窩雞蓉湯。揀了燕窩雞蓉湯,內有不少燕窩,濃郁的白汁湯味,唔錯~瑞士雞翼餐,可選鮮蝦沙律或海龍皇湯。揀了鮮蝦沙律。沙律有蝦一隻,切開了一半,都幾大隻,又夠爽。還有蕃茄、青瓜、沙律菜、生菜、薯仔、紅腰豆等,材料豐富,每樣都非常新鮮爽口砵酒焗豬扒飯  --  豬扒很腍,夠哂入味,醬汁很濃,但唔會有酒味,飯是炒底飯,又夠乾身,粒粒分明皮很薄,雞翼非常大隻,肉亦很滑,又夠入味,唔錯乳鴿唔細,肉亦很多,皮亦夠脆。但頗乾身(其實乳鴿又要皮脆,很難做到肉唔過乾),且我不是太有興趣食乳鴿,所以覺得麻麻。自問真係唔識用刀义食乳鴿,故侍應很貼心地給予我檸檬水洗手個葡汁真係好好味,有椰汁香,但又唔會過濃,個汁又夠滑有幾舊雞肉,size唔細,肉亦嫰滑。當中亦有幾舊薯仔作伴菜。整體很好味套餐跟餐飲及甜品是日甜品是啫喱。

Other Info. : 待應都很貼心,唔會唔理三七二十一就猛咁上菜,會睇住客人食完一味,再上下一味菜,唔駛擺到一枱都係,啲嘢又擺到凍哂咁,抵讚! 全部均是卡位,二人的話,夠哂闊落、舒適。 晚上7:00起見開始人多,事前book枱會較保險。

可說是瑞士雞翼是太平館的招牌,也應該是香港瑞士雞翼的始祖
但是跟我平常吃的略有不同
太平館的比較濃味,可說是比較苦
當然不是燒焦的味道,只是較鹹和較苦
不過值得一讚的是肉質嫩滑,骨肉也很容易分離應該是熬了很久
整體來說這個雞翼的味道就不太合我口味,我始終比較喜歡甜的瑞士雞翼

早早地食晚飯,想到去太平館叫下午茶餐,唔使等位~瑞士汁炒牛河水準keep倒,其實鐘意食干炒牛河多啲,不過呢個感覺上冇咁肥所以叫呢個。牛肉很淋,下午茶份量岩岩好!瑞士汁雞翼下午茶餐的瑞士汁雞翼$6x兩隻,好貴!不過真係好好食,我平時食雞翼都盡量唔食皮,太平館雞翼啲雞皮好好食!又脆又彈牙!加上索晒啲瑞士汁,好味道!最終都係忍唔住叫埋個梳乎厘Set(包兩杯飲品),雖然明知食唔晒,但實在太有滿足感~兩個人叫了三個Tea Set加一個梳乎厘,侍應話「小姐,你地有5杯飲品」卮...OK!

已有將近一年多沒有來過太平館,多得早前雜誌內刊登了一段有關田少和太平館三十載情的報導,又忽然勾起筆者對此老館的回憶,今午便相約家母到來吃個快餐。每次光顧這間老牌食店,點的總是離不開瑞士汁雞翼、瑞士汁炒牛河、乳鴿和焗蟹蓋等等的招牌美食,感覺的確有點沈悶。所以今次家母與我便決意脫離多年來的 comfort zone,挑選一些之前從未試過的菜式。幾款初嚐的菜式當中,表面上以這款岑汁牛脷最為特別。從餐牌中的簡單描述所説,這道菜的醬汁其實源自法國傳統的食譜,製作材料分別有鴿珍肝、肉碎和香料。牛脷的口感又真的不錯,但醬汁入口有微微的羶味,吃落有點兒怪。最終還是走不出 comfort zone,無奈地點了瑞士汁炒牛河。河粉和瑞士汁仍舊是對好拍擋,味道配合得相當精彩。牛肉做得十分軟腍,只是肉味差了少許。

是晚和友人慶祝生日點了一個瑞士雞翼,一個干炒牛河,梳乎厘慶祝。瑞士雞翼有八隻夠入味有西蘭花,蒸薯做伴菜但雞翼不夠大隻,一個干炒牛河伴有菜心,牛肉夠腍,河粉夠爽身,梳乎厘大而充麵粉蛋白香,非常好味。

今次去返一間老餐館度食豉油西餐。太平館小編小學嘅時候已經會去食,今次去水準依然keep住咁好。我哋嗌左羅宋湯,瑞士汁牛河,燒乳鴿,瑞士汁雞翼同甜品梳乎利。羅宋湯聽落好似好普通嘅一碗湯,但其實係佢哋熬左好耐,每一啖都好入味。牛河份量三個人share就剛剛好,亦好足料,每啖都有肉片。燒乳鴿屬於小食,份量就唔太多,但由於小編唔太好乳鴿,所以就不予置評啦。瑞士汁雞翼一向都係佢哋嘅皇牌推介,味道同以前食嘅一樣,雞翼係雞全翼,每一隻都一樣咁大隻,真係好好味。至於甜品要等嘅時間就較耐啦,所以個侍應都建議一早叫定先。梳乎利睇落好似好大,但其實食起上嚟一陣風咁就無左嫁啦。不過蛋白甜甜哋好好食。
